I didn’t like my puppy’s haircut service, my dog is a shih tsu and had his huge eyelashes for which this type of breed is forbidden to cut them and they cut their eyelashes so short that it has affected my puppy, my dog does not stop scratching his eye and you also tell them to make a type of cut and they make another that was unrecognizable. I will definitely not come back to this place again.

This store is laid out neatly and efficiently! I was looking for a birthday toy for my nephew pup, and I asked one of the managers for a recommendation. Andrew was so helpful and nice! He recommended a strong toy for a chewy Corgi, and he loved it! I was very impressed with the knowledge and selection at this PetSmart. I would definitely recommend!

Great place for your fur baby favorite pet(s). Very handy place for our cat especially. They have food and toys and grooming supplies. Much more for birds fish reptiles and other small mammals like gerbils and Guinea Pigs.

Poor Grooming Salon customer service. This store offers a walk-in bath service on availability only. Called the morning of 11/06/23 and was told to bring my dog between 2:30pm-3:00pm only to be turned away upon arrival. The manager on duty (Trina) was very condescending and quite rude. Trina's exact statement "we don't control what appointments are scheduled online." No apology and no accountability. Will never utilize the grooming salon at this location again.

My experience at this Pet Smart was excellent and I received the help that I asked. The employees displayed great customer service even though I was the last customer in the store. I was have a great experience every time I shop for our Oscar.

Look, we’re all tired of politics in retail stores. See photo of Pride Month display in store bragging that the store donates to clearly political/ideological organizations. I’ll shop elsewhere now. Shame - because I shopped here A LOT.

My dog Sandy enjoys her trips to this store because there is so much to explore. We have to go up and down every aisle, greet every dog, and look at all the toys.The staff is always helpful and can answer all your pet concerns, location of items, and assist with sizing of collars or harnesses.

I came here today to get some of my bird food and check out the fish. I also got some animals tags that you can get engraved there for a family member. All the staff is super nice and they also have cats in an area fro. The humane shelter that they try to donate out there.

A large offering of goods, well laid out and easily accessible. The store was clean and well stocked. I found helpful antibiotic spray, needed since my vet was closed for the holiday. My children enjoyed looking at the pets offered for sale. We purchased a beta (they had many tiers of these in different price ranges) for less than $10. I noticed 1/2 dozen or so blue parakeets, some rodents (a chinchilla maybe,) kittens up front, and the betas- again I was there looking for medicine to treat bad blisters on my puppy's front feet. There appeared to be a veterinary office in the rear of the store but as I was there late it wasn't open. Dogs were welcome in the store, other pets may be as well I don't know. Christmas items were on sale . And if there was a down side it was only that there was a single employee up front at the register, so with people checking out you really couldn't interrupt to ask any questions. The check out employee was most courteous and friendly to all.

Never again!The staff never spoke a word when we (my dog and I) entered the store.I WAS planning to purchase a designer collar, a bag of high-end quality dog food, a winter coat, and toys. I also planned to purchase a few tropical fish, etc. None of that came close to happening.The collar section was in such disarray that I could not find my dogs size. The dog attire section, it was a JOKE! I found maybe 6 coats, all large dog sizes, and they were meh at best.As far as the dog food, PetSmart doesn't carry the high-end brand my Rat Terrier loves (Orijen Regional Red).I never looked at the fish, I figured they wouldn't have what I wanted after not finding anything else I was looking for 😒.I definitely will be shopping elsewhere, such a disappointment after driving over 80 miles (my nearest city for a pet store) 😳.

We were welcomed by a sales assistant as soon as we walked in. After we explained we didn't need help at the moment, they moved away and gave us time to shop. When we couldn't find something, they stepped up and made suggestions but again allowed us space. A good experience, no pressure, we'll definitely shop there again.
