First time ever boarding my 11-month-old puppy and he had zero separation anxiety, even after 5 days! He got to play outside and was so happy-looking when I picked him up. He clearly had a great time. I think he made furriends 😂 The owner, Kelly, and staff took such great care of him. I really don’t think he wanted to leave. Highly recommend.

Cannot say enough good things about Pet Palace. My puppy had so much fun. I was updated on how he was doing, they post plenty of pictures. I did not have to worry about him at all.. he was having his own vacation while we were on ours. Thank you Pet Palace for taking such great care of our pup.

I had to board my 2 dogs over the holiday weekend. I have used 3 other services before, including their vet that offers boarding. Each time my dogs came home crying and nastier than I have ever seen them. Last time my bulldog had a contusion on her eye with no explanation! So we decided to try Pet Palace. We heard great things and I'm so glad we did!! These people truly LOVE animals! (Crazy that that impresses me, but seems like even the vets aren't that enthused with their day job) I feel that they loved on my animals, when I picked them up my Pom wasn't upset, our bully was happy to see me but wasn't frantic. They even washed their bedding!! I paid to have them bathed and nails clipped, again, they did a better job than the vet! I am so happy we found a place we can trust with our animals! The staff was so nice. I felt like I was picking my kids up from a daycare. I feel they really care about the quality of service they give and I will not take my fur babies anywhere else!

Love Pet Palace Hotels! My two dogs have stayed here about 4 times now. One of my dogs is older and had never been boarded before but Pet Palace must have made her feel at home because I never have problems getting her back through their door when it's time to board her again...she happily runs inside! We love that our dogs can participate in "doggy day care" playtime and don't have to spend all day cooped up inside their room. They always come back healthy and clean. The staff is always so friendly. We will be using Pet Palace Hotels even when we move about an hour away to Titus! We wouldn't trust our furry children with anyone else!

Beautiful job consistently! Benji loves it there. He always smells great, clean, nails perfectly manicured and he doesn't scratch himself to death after his care there. They even clean his ears and take care of his glands. Reasonably priced. Pleasant staff, flexible schedule. We can often get him in on short notice. Always pleased!

The entire staff is fabulous! They have gone above and beyond for all of my pets. Most importantly when I have to board my animals I know they were being well taken care of! When your dog gets super excited to go to daycare you know you’ve put them in the right place!

This place has it all. It has a vet on standby and a shaded post area for our fur babies to play in and they even even get a nap time in the m in some Of the day. Put that with a wonderful groomer they are all set for their visit to East chase for some shopping. The staff were really attentive and caring. I feel very safe leaving my 2 girls there anytime.

I particularly was not impressed with this place mainly because my dog after staying two nights smelt horrendous. The ladies that work there are however super friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about animals.
