My pup was recently diagnosed as diabetic. This place has been extremely dedicated to her needs and very reasonable price wise. I appreciate every from the front desk folks to the vets, I'm very glad I have you on this journey to keep my furry child well.

When I go to the vet, like anyone else, it's a very stressful event. Unfortunately for me, I also have schizophrenia and the amount of stress causes me to struggle to think straight and make the best decisions. It's to the point that most people will assume I am on drugs. Working with this veterinarian clinic has helped tremendously when my baby boy's health issues occur.The wonderful, friendly staff explain things in a manner I can understand and repeat as needed. Not only are the staff great, but when I go to this clinic, I know its going to be affordable. Other clinics I've used will basically hold your pet as ransom to pillage your wallet. Not stressing about extremely high prices is a feeling that can't be put into words!It's been such a positive experience that it's not quite as mentally crippling. I would highly recommend this veterinarian clinic!

Not expensive & pet care is genuinely incredible!!!I was blown away by the bedside manner of these vets and techs. Even watching them with other people's babies was an absolute picture experience. Well trained staff take their time with each animal and their person. They answer any and all questions. They don't make you feel bad or negative at all. As nice as this facility is, they don't come off as snobby or insensitive.We look in a very sweet feral, we did all the things to get her better but she took a turn and we thought we were going to have to let her go to sleep. I visit my regular vet, whose apparently doesn't work on Wednesdays.... So I went to this facility. Until I talked with the vet tech, I didn't catch her name, but man is she really helping pet parents feel welcome there. Anyway until I talked with her I believed my baby was going to have to go to sleep. Turns out that didn't have to happen. She was checked out, stayed over night, got fixed and is now at home on the mend.We have used the Montgomery Animal hospital for years thinking not knowing what we were missing out on. The gentleness, the nurturing, and the affordability paired with clean facility.After visiting Pretty Care Center we will no longer be using our current vet.The experience and good intentions are palpable in this place. The front desk ladies can get a little fussy by end of day but they are older and whose grandma does get a little fussy after a long day.I have 6 cats and 2 dogs whom I love with my whole heart. So I'm ecstatic that I found this place. No doubt my previous vet would have willingly put my girl to sleep without ever attempting to save her.Thank You Pet Care Center!!!!!!!

Visited on a Saturday morning, with no appointment, and a very sick kitty. The lady at the front desk was probably the busiest and yet nicest lady. We got in and Sarah Beth was our nurse, Dr. White was our vet and she took good care of our kitty. We appreciate them very much. Would recommend!

Pet Care Center is NOT what it once was. It has been sold. New ownership has made changes that are not for the good. Prices are much higher. Boarded my dog for five days and took food. All the food I took was still there when I picked her up. She was skin and bones. She could not get enough to eat when I got her home and was obviously about to thirst to death. I am so disappointed my dog was treated this way. They used to be the best around but not anymore!

I was going to leave 2 stars but beyond the receptionist everyone is great. It’s just the one bad apple that ruins it. I’m not sure who the old lady is at the front but my puppy had a procedure done & I was calling to check on her because they had to keep her overnight. The older lady was rude & hung up in my face for checking on her. When I called back she stated “you calling to check on your dog, she’s good” no additional information. & seemed like she was trying to rush me off the phone. I care about my sweet baby so much and one bad person makes me want to take my baby elsewhere.

We have been coming to the Pet Care Center for many years, and we have always had a pleasant experience with them. Today was no different. Dr Day was so friendly and gently with our chihuahua, Tiny. My husband had to bring our 14 year old rescue dachshund here back in July and had to be put down. We received a sympathy card from the staff here a short time later. They are so caring!!

These guys are wonderful, caring, knowledgeable and friendly. Whatever the reason we’ve had to visit, they’ve been more than accommodating and understanding. They accept walk ins. Prescriptions are available in office so no running around afterwards. It’s a very clean and organized facility. Aside from all of that, Pet Care Center is the most affordable veterinary practice I’ve ever taken a pet to. They’re great and I couldn’t recommend them more.

I been using this pet center since 2014. They seem to always service great business. I recently went to them for an annual and grooming for my dog. They groom price me an estimate over the phone and stated it won't be no more than what she quoted me. She did mention price went up and I understood that. When I drop my dog off next day and pick I was told a higher price then what was stated. Talk to groom she explain about annual shots my dog and something with extra on grooming. I can suggest to others to get another cost price before picking up your pet. I would thought they told me the total before picking up. That's my slip up for not asking again. Smh

I brought a feral cat that I found that was extremely sick found out she had upper respiratory infection and feline leukemia. Unfortunately she didn't make it. I rescue cats been doing it for years and have been here with many other of my pets. The love and care they showed for this baby was phenomenal from the front desk to the Veterinarian everyone was so compassionate. I've dealt with plenty of other places over the years and hands down this place was the best I've seen.

They seem very trustworthy and I feel comfortable asking them any questions I have regarding my pets. They helped me retrain my rescue pet that was very aggressive towards strangers a few months after I got him. I appreciated the time they took to answer my questions regarding his behavior. They also price matched the heart-worm medication I buy which is nice!

We are very happy with the care we receive at the clinic. They do not schedule regular appointments but are very efficient. I have never felt rushed during our appointment. Dr. John is very thorough and provides good explanations. He is very compassionate and was good with us when one of our oldest dachshunds had to be euthanized. I have never felt like it was a "money grab".

Industrial smell, but there's no staff or vet more caring than these! Super gentle with my fearful dog, remembered and recognized us at the grocery store and asked about her! Seriously, who cares that much nowadays? These loving people. They seriously treat my dog like their dog.

I've known Pet Care for over 40 years, I first met Dr. Danny Mount back in 1985 when I raised Doberman's. I would and have told hundreds of people over the years about having a Veterinarian doctor who cares so much about your Pets. And most of all the amount of money you will save. My pets have always been taken very good care of with Pet Care center.

This group of vets are the most caring I have ever found. They truly care about the health and well-being of the animals in their care, and do everything in their power to get them healthy and keep them that way. When life happens and the fur baby reaches the end and just can't have the quality of life they deserve, the staff are compassionate and I truly believe they feel our pain. I especially want to shout out Dr. Jon. He goes above and beyond, sometimes at his own expense. Bud the Doxie, and Trouble the DLH thank you for all you have done, no matter what the outcome.

Best care best prices and all the staff are knowledgeable. They saved my dogs life. He was in bad shape and the doctors and probably everyone that works there had a part in our dogs recovery. Explaining everything all of the options etc etc. I could write many paragraphs praising pet care center!!

I'm fairly new to Pet Care Center. The staff members are friendly and efficient.Dr J. Mount provided excellent care for my fur baby after her release from the animal hospital. He even asked to me let him know how she is doing. Pet Center is always clean and affordable. They check all the right boxes! Very pleased!

We had a very good experience with our sweet baby Coot after he contacted Parvo. We were very pleased with the treatment and care he received. But I wanted to give a special shout-out to the one behind the scene, Ashlan Shepherd that went above and beyond taking care of him and keeping me updated. Updated to add: It's been a few years, and this is still my main vet clinic.Visited for the first time on Saturday. Phenomenal experience. I came in with 2 cats in their carriers and a puppy on a leash. It was no issue. I was out of there within 2 hours (as a walk in!) The pricing was more than fair and the vet I met with knows what he's talking about. Recommending to everyone!!Will be back!Update to add: I still use Pet Care Center to this day- the vets actually care and will give their all to do what's best for your baby.

Both Dr Danny Mount and Dr Jonathan Mount are incredible. The entire staff is friendly and the prices are better than any other vet. We have been using them for years and have never had a bad experience. I trust them 100%.
