What i fail to understand is WHY is this store closed in the middle of the day???? Like what is the reason for this??? People cant shop if yall constantly closed...it says they open if you looked them up but when you go to the actual store they closed like make it make sense

This Family Dollar is constantly closing an hour and half before closing. It is 730p and the POSTED HOURS are until 9pm. There are customers inside checking out and they have to be let out by the employees. 3 cars have pulled up to find the same thing a locked door. There are no stores in this neighborhood to shop or. Do better.

Well it was easy to enter the the family dollar store from the high way and exciting it was just as simple...And I was greeted by employees and and well they also asked me if I needed any help with anything at all, just let them know and they would more than happy to help me... and I really did appreciate them for just being concerned of there customers... Arrived to the location on Mobile Highway at 8:15 Only to find the doors locked.Ununiformed black male came to the door and said they were closed.I replied but the website says that it closes at nine he shook his head and I walked off in grave disappointment.ThirdEncounter with this location

This place needs to be shut down permanently. They never open the time they have on their website. They close whenever they want. The prices doesn't match when you get to checkout. Evidently "corporate" has no clue what is going on. Tear it down and replace it with an ice machine (something useful).

It was almost an hour and a half before closing time when I visited the store. The check-out line was so long, because the on-duty manager was so busy trying to clean up and complete tasks that she should have been during either after her shift or closer toward the end of her shift so she could assist other personnel with checking customers out. It was horrible, won't be retuning back to that location in the future!

They allow some businesses come and purchase all the economy stock items at retail prices, when they should have a limit for customers to purchase.,since these customers get a non-taxable exemption. Doesn't seem fair, when they can go to a wholesaler and still use the no tax exemption for their purchases. Overall they have great customer services.

some of the rudest employees i ever seen in a store was hollered at cause i walked up to a register that the lady was closing all she had to say was im closed instead she hollered to top her lungs at me i put my stuff back and left WILL NEVER GO BACK IN THIS LOCATION THEY ARE HORRIFIC HERE

Like the Manager and most of the employees
