It was okay. Alot of stuff in there, but really cluttered. You may find a coffee cup on the cereal aisle. Or deodorant on the canned goods aisle. But if you got time to plunder through everything you may find some good deals.

Very disappointed in customer service. I came to this store (Family Dollar by Walmart on eastern)tonite at 9:36 pm the door was lock and the workers were standing at the door talking. I was the only person in the parking lot. The sign on the door and website stated they close at 10pm. When asked if I could come in I needed to grab some things a worker told me no they are close because the neighbor is not safe. Which I understand but they need to change the sign on the door and on the web if closing time is 9 or 9:30 instead of 10pm. It would have taking less than 5 mins to ring up what I needed for my child. Also the door could have stayed locked after she let me in. Family dollar please have your employees have the store open and available for paying customers Or at least let paying customers know the accurate hours of open and close. I drove less than 3 mins down the street and dollar general was open and that’s where I spent my money. Same neighborhood and the store was open and the staff was friendly.

The cashier was the sweetest young lady. She was stocking some items along the front register, and I was still browsing through the items at the front by the register. When she noticed me I was still browsing but she said "Oh I'm so sorry I didn't see you." She proceeded to get up and go wait at her register until I was ready to check out. Perfect example of Exceptional customer service.

I absolutely love the cashiers at Family Dollar. They have me laughing everytime I go there. I stop by sometimes just to say hi. You also can't beat the prices. Keep up the good work guys.

Horrible experience. The entire time the cashier is on her phone talking about her vehicle that needed to be dropped from her insurance. Then I asked for a receipt she said oh aint no receipt. They haven't had receipt paper for 3 weeks. Oh to add the store always look horrible. Does corporate ever visit this store?

There is a young lady light skin with glasses every time I come in there she has a attitude I dread coming in this store location because of the lack of customer service they are very rude like if this is not what you wanna do there need to be other options beside coming to work everyday with a attitude like somebody did something to them

Great place to find small items like air freshener At a great rate. I must say since the pandemic Customer service just doesn't exist anywhere I don't really look for that anymore. I guess everyone's going through something.😣

The cashier openly looked my husband up and down. She tried to hit on him and when he didn't respond how she wanted she was rude and cussed at him. We will never go in this store again.

This store employees LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS the last thing the cashier & asst manager should be saying in front of customers is how they are ready to go home and why ppl are coming in that they should go to walmart. Line would be long and the other person wouldnt bother opening up another line. Corporate needs to put new ppl in this store ASAP it's horrible

This store has very rude and unprofessional workers! Very ghetto and over priced on all items then any other family dollar. Highly would NOT recommend !! If anything the store should be Shut down!

Asked the clerk for a shopping cart she said their all in use... not 1 customer in the store walked around only to find 6 carts full of merchandise that they are stocking. HORRIBLE. I WONT BE BACK
