What people fail to realize is that the store have shortage on employees. The store can’t operate with one person from open to close I’m sure. A lot of the stores lately have been closing early or opening late because they don’t have help.

Google and all signage says the hours are 8am to 9pm and it's 8:31am and doors still locked and homegirl behind the register just chillin staring at the door like she ain't got nothing to do...bless her heart! I'm sure if she realizes or not but that's a sure fire way to get fired...

I absolutely hate this store. It hit or miss catching this place open. In the middle of the day you can pull up and the place completely close. Inside and outside of the place be nasty, product all over the place, nasty attitude employees that make you feel like it's an inconvenience for them to do their job. 11/26/23 update. Store closed again 11am smdh

Why is this location always closed? On a Saturday around 5:30pm don't make sense to me. Not the first time or even the 10th. Need to hire new employees that want to work. Going to family dollar from now on.

I love this store and the head store shift leader Daphane she is very helpful an sweet when I first went there an needed help looking for an item she had gotten all her customers out the way first with no problem or back up an explained to me where that item I didn't see was . I really appreciate her for everything I don't go in there often only if my store next to my home doesn't have it I go there an she is much help every time . Also I thought she was manager the way she handles her job is incredibly amazing 💯 she loves her job an takes it very serious

This is a terrible store. Manager changed store hours split shift in them being open when you go to that store when it is supposed to be open it’s closed I went there on Saturday, September 2. They were supposed to be open to 11 o’clock. I got there at 10:30 they were not open and employee was sitting in the parking lot waiting on the manager to come open the store. How can you run a business like that?

11/17/2022. After leaving the old Selma road location. I came here. The workers were nice but almost every aisle there was carts. One aisle I needed to go on had three carts in the way. I couldn't walk down it so I just said nevermind. And went to check out what I had.

Common sense should be not put a bag of chips in with drinks. So I asked politely to bag separately so with attitude she grabs and squeezes bag while placing it in another bag crushing most of my chips. Which is why I wanted them separated to begin with. Very rude customer service. Wish the self check out worked more often.

One of the worst dollar generals I’ve lived by. The store is closed more than it’s open. I go there all the time during business hours and doors are always locked.

That is a friendly store go there often.Well 4 years ago it was a friendly store but today it is not because the store is always closed. Today at 1:32 I drive up closed signs on the door. The other day at noon store closed. The store does not benefit the neighborhood if it is closed all the time. Then when it is open it is never fully stocked. This store cannot keep employees they change all the time and when they are open the employees are complaining that they are working alone. Whoever owns this Dollar General needs to think about closing this store. It is never open. People have to go to the nearest which is Family Dollar. Never open.July 22, 2023 @ 3:15pm closed again.

The cashier (Dabney or daphne) I don’t remember her name was so sweet! You can tell she actually cares about her job and loves her customers! If she’s not a manager yet she definitely needs to be!

Very clean for a dollar general, and well stocked compared to most too. You could actually walk down every isle without totes and cardboard acting as obstacles. The cashier was very friendly, smiled, and was overall very pleasant. Very impressed!

Manager on staff advised me of energy product which wouldn't make my heart have palpitations. I was able to work a full day plus an event and not crash with no effects following her recommendations.

The Cashier (Dafphne) did an amazing job providing Professional Customer Service to a rude irrate customer who decided to have her child hold up the line until she finished shopping. Not only did Dafphne do her job properly but she also went the extra mile to make sure ALL customers (including the rude lady) was not inconvenienced by properly taking necessary precautions to give them proper customer service. Dafphne, I pray God give you better customers to come through your line with Respect for Others.

I’m guessing the cashier Amber is some type of Manager that’s there in the mornings , She has a nasty attitude towards the customers , constantly uses profanity out load while elderly customers are in the store as well as other customers ! I am a very loyal customer to this facility and I really don’t feel comfortable shopping there anymore a few days ago she constantly watched me and followed me around the store ! Her attitude is completely unacceptable and the way she treats the customers I don’t see the store getting business for much longer especially not from me ! I am completely unsatisfied with the way that I am treated when she’s in the store when she’s at work, when I asked her why was I being followed around the store she replied back and said that if you don’t want me following you than you can take you piece of s**t a** money elsewhere and that my money want be missed being that the store makes so much more other money ! This store will never get my business again

It wasn't a long line in there we walked in and then they had a very wide selection of things and there you know as far as big as I'm snacks and drinks and juices and you know I'm battling in some towels for the bathroom and I got kitchenette stuff in there they got garden stuff in there they got medicine in there you got movies and you're always really nice in there a clean they have a public bathroom for handicapped in there too ... Sincerely ETA

The poor manager is stuck with employees that dont do their jobs. There were 100's of boxes in the aisles that should have been on the empty shelves but weren't. The manager was working his tail off while cashiers work so slow to check people out. At least their bathroom works now. We love the convenience of the store and hope it doesn't close because of this but wouldn't be surprised.

Unpacked merchandise blocking isles. Very junkie. Takes a long time to locate items. But while you're searching for what you came for you find out of place bargain items. Good location especially for the area.

Sometimes they don't have what I need..... Have holes in the walls... Need more merchandise on shelves.... Like medications.. Overall good and very close to home...
