CVS on Narrow Lane Road has the most disrespectful employees that I have ever seen. I'm talking strictly about the pharmacy where all of these individuals who has went and got a certificate for a pharmacy tech and there behavior is appalling. The funny thing is the individuals I converse were all black. You stand at the counter ten to fifteen minutes before they even acknowledge you. When they do come you kinda wish they hadn't. I had an ongoing thing with these three black ladies for four days and still as of now do not have my eye drops. I called my doctor's office and had them use the Forest Avenue store. I spoke with a lady there and the conversation was totally different. She assured me my drops would be In TODAY. I can understand one day of frustration but four days is ridiculous. CVS you are probably losing customers because if behavior like this. It is there responsibility to take care of your customers no matter what they have to do whom they have to call to get it right not to have people running back and forth to pick up meds. My thing with my prescription is they wanted to charge me a $175.00 for drops I've only being paying $38.00 for. Just to clear the record I could have paid the $175.00 but why should I when I have insurance. Three insurance as a matter of fact but they didn't want to do what it take to straighten this out. I don't have any intention of stepping foot back in this particular pharmacy no time soon. Apparently, they get the training to be a Pharmacy Tech so give them training to be a respectable human being.

NARROW LANE RD PHARMACY!!! When I say this location is very unprofessional, rude and racist. Was waiting In drive through line for 30 min before they closed. When I finally get to window,black women with little Afro closed window In my face. I go In to explain to them I have been waiting, the white lady I guess she the supervisor was extremely rude. I understand you all close at a certain time but your suppose to tend to every customer especially if your the reason we was waiting. Will be getting my lawyer involved!! Plz don’t go here switch your prescriptions somewhere else.

I hate this store so much. They never answer their phones🤦🏾‍♀️ I have been calling since SEPTEMBER to refill a prescription but it seems like they’re too dumb to answer the phones..

I was very displeased to see only automated checkout available. I bought two candy bars that were on sale. The automated check out did not give me the sale price. I feel if the store is going to only offer automated check out it needs to make damn sure that all sale prices are entered into the kiosk.

On Narrowlane Rd there needs to be some retraining for the worker's on how better to talk/treat your customers. The women workers are so uptight, rude, short, and disrespectful to certain customers but the one's they know. I don't see how they still work for this company.

This is by faarrrrr the worst CVS I have used. They are seriously unprofessional , rude, and horribly trained. I'm debating between switching to another store or leaving CVS completely . They NEVER have my prescriptions ready. Its ALWAYS a problem !! They have literally they have told me one thing and told my doctors office another. I have personally had my physician sit in on the call to prove that they actually were lying to me about receiving my prescriptions. While the doctor received rude but still accurate information.

I would give this store a F for several reasons. 1) The employees aren't cheerful/cordial/friendly. Everyone there has frowns and act as if they hate their jobs. Granted no one can be happy go lucky 24/7. But when I approach you nicely as a customer I expect a smile, eye contact, and general respect along with some friendliness behind it. 2) You can only get a money order from here unless you have cash. They also charge 50 cent more than anyone else. Also their ATM has a high fee of $2.75+ and it's a Guardian Bank ATM 🙄. 3) There are locks on everything and it's hard to get someone to assist you with getting the lock boxes off or to get assistance with opening the cases. 4) The pharmacy always say that they never receive your prescriptions and they send you on wild goose chases to get your medications. They also don't have the simplest medications in stock. 5) The store and system doesn't always give you your discounts. I go to this store because my employer is linked with them to receive certain discounts with your prescriptions and it's 8 mins away from my house but with all of these issues it's not even worth coming sometimes in my opinion. Also they never have change, not even for $50-$100 worth on a weekend day. And the managers aren't bothered by telling you they have no change. No apologies, etc. This store has potential and needs to do better. Be empathetic to the people and the community around you.

My fiancé and I left his doctors' visit around 4:45pm, at which the office closed at 5pm. The doctor electronically sent his prescription to this pharmacy. We came to pick the script up at 7:31pm, where the female working the drive thru stated it was with the pharmacist currently, so we told her we'd wait. Currently it has been a hour since our last interaction of attempting to receive his prescription and we're still waiting. I totally understand there's a wait when dealing with prescription, but this is just bananas.

I needed it for my asthma after leaving the ER. It was bad enough when my husband dropped it off they said they wouldn't have it ready until the next evening because they were backed up. Then the pharmacy tech argued my husband that it was basic Albuterol and it wasn't. Lisa the pharmacist explained to the tech that it wasn't. Next evening I am having an attack. I try to drive through. I'm behind two cars. I wait in drive through 45 minutes. When I finally make it to the window I wait an additional 10 minutes before anyone even came to the window. She comes over the intercom and says it'll be just a moment twice. Finally she comes to the window (Asian pharmacist), gets my info, only basic Albuterol had been filled and was ready, she proceeds to tell me that I have no script for DuoNeb. Then, she argues with me that DuoNeb is just Albuterol. I explain to her it isn't. She looks at me as if to say. I'm the pharmacist, what do you know...She looks the med up in the system and then says give me just a moment. Closes window. At that point I go park. Go in. They tell me I don't have a script. I debate that I do. They scramble through papers. Find it and tell me to hold on. Finally they fill it and I go. All while in the midst of an asthma attack!

Worst CVS I have ever used. That's why I go all the way to Forest Ave. Pharmacy staff is so unprofessional and nasty attitudes. Forest Ave and Zelda road locations need to train this pharmacy staff.

Went to get pick up a $100 Western Union money wire one evening after work they said they didn't have enough money. Seriously after being open all day u don't have a $100?? 🤔 I didn't believe it.....I just think they were being lazy, but hey what do know.

Pharmacy Co workers are very rude and disrespectful and they will put you on hold..i don't like the one on narrow lane r. But the other one I liked is on Vaughn rd they are very friendly and helpful and fast.
