Just brought the puppies home from their first adventure to The Barking Lot, WOW what an awesome experience! They are super nice, and got our puppies looking great! So glad we ditched the big box store groomer for a local place that really cares about the pups!

Julie at the Barking Lot does such a great job with our doggies! Julie always grooms our standard poodle so beautifully, and we appreciate that she gives special attention to his ears, which poodles need cleaned and plucked. He LOVES her and the Barking Lot. He thinks it’s a special treat! He looks serious in this photo, but I promise he had the best day lol.

I have THE MOST anxious Cocker Spaniel who shows signs of fear based aggression. The groomer Kim has allowed me to bring her by to say hello every week in order to gain a positive relationship. Kim has been patient with her and has been able to groom her twice. We appreciate the work you have put in her and the great job you did making her look so pretty 😍

Excellent! The young lady came to my car to pick up my pup. She was pleasant and I felt comfortable leaving my pet with her. When i came to get my pup back was groomed exactly as requested. I was very pleased.

The price they told me was the price I paid. I am use to being told a price and when I pick my dog up they have added $5-15 to the price for a service I didn't ask for. Very nice and my dog looked just how I told them I wanted him to look. Happy dog happy mama.

Real nice people. We just drove up they came out got one of my dachshunds trimmed her nails brought her back out less than 5 minutes took the other in trimmed his all in less than 10 minutes drive up service very happy. I will take them for a full groom next month.

I’m always nervous when taking my baby to new places, but Julie is so warming and inviting. She did a phenomenal job on my furry baby and I couldn’t be more happy. He looks so good and smells so clean. I don’t smell any harmful chemicals in his fur. His coat looks great!

Kim always treats our fur babies like they are her own. I like that she doesn't rush them through everything and that keeps them more calm. She does a very good job of grooming and even guessing how we want our dogs cut. We know that they are well taken care of when they are with her because they always greet her with tails wagging.

This grooming salon loves dogs. They aren't just stuck in a cage after a bath. The groomers get to know your babies and their individual needs. Kim is our groomer and I adore her. She is so sweet and takes the time to tell me how they were and if she noticed anything unusual etc.. just a really great groomer and salon altogether.

This is the place to take your fur babies. Julie, Kim, Stephanie and Staff do a wonderful job. Julie and Kim are excellent groomers and my doggies always look great. I highly recommend "The Barking Lot"!!!!

We have carrying our Yorkies there for about 14 years. Kim Roberts is excellent and love dogs, can't say enough good things about her. We have 2 rescues that had never been groomed and she was especially patient and loving with them until they got used to being handled, bathed and trimmed. Recommend Barking Lot very highly.

This place is pawsome...hehe....really great place to take your pet...you drive up to the door and they come out and get your pet and then they let you know when your fur baby is ready to be picked up...ask for Ashley She was wonderful with my Angel...she got a bath and her nails trimmed.

Relocating every few years bc of the military, finding the right goomer is hard! We are so thankful to have found the barking lot! We've been using the barking lot for two years now. They take the best care of our sweet mini poodle. They always get her hair cut right and are so easy to work with on scheduling.

I hate posting things like this, nor am I the type to post about or bash a business, but I am just so mad about this but have decided that I would want this information shared with me.I DO NOT RECOMMEND “THE BARKING LOT”.Our dog, Rex, is a 5 month old miniature schnauzer. I had been taking him to a groomer here locally but decided I wanted to try someone that would be a bit cheaper. I decided to give “The Barking Lot” a try since they were so highly recommended. He had been groomed there twice (in 1 month) and was cut so short the first time that I didn’t even notice anything. The second time I took Rex back, I asked if they could leave him a little longer than last time. They did. When I picked him up, I cried in the car for 15 minutes because he was so messed up. His hair was chopped all different lengths. All schnauzers have what they call a “skirt” where the hair is longer on the bottom... she cut all of that off. She cut all of his eyebrows off. She cut his face down the side and cut his beard two different lengths on each side. After she bathed him, instead of actually drying him herself, she put him in a kennel to fan dry. His hair was going everywhere! He looked worse than when I dropped him off. THIS IS NOT WHAT I PAID FOR. I paid $50 for a service that was nothing but a headache and an inconvenience. I immediately had to take him to another local groomer to get it at all fixed and they were appalled at what she had done, and was not able to completely fix it. This was an $105 experience for me!I hate that I had to post such a negative review, but after thinking on it for a couple of days, I couldn’t let this slip by without warning the rest of you. I know a lot of you guys have had very good experiences with them, and I am glad. As for us? Not so much.

I just moved to town a few months ago and I am so happy I found The Barking Lot! Julie and the staff are awesome. Julie groomed my dog exactly the way I asked on the first try. No one has ever done that before. They are super nice and very accomodating. I highly recommend The Barking Lot!
