Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. I called them to get a price on a prescription. The woman told me I can't pull it up in their system. She acted like I made the drug up. I asked her to check with the pharmacist & she put me on hold for a long time, picked back up, said hold & then hung up. I called back & spoke to the pharmacist & was told they don't carry that but he did give me a price. He was professional. How hard was that??? Not sure why she feels she needs to be nasty to a customer. All she had to say is let me check with the pharmacist. I guess she felt I was being rude to ask her to do her job.

Terrible pharmacy and would suggest others to use a different one instead. The pharmacist I spoke to was extremely rude especially after waiting 14 minutes on the phone to speak to them. The lady that initially answered the phone should at least apologize for the wait times and let customers know that they're busy instead of picking up and putting them back on hold.

👎👎 Thumbs down to the Pharmacy, for not looking at prescription properly to see that there was refills, before deciding to tell the customer there wasn't any.. Also having the medicine call in twice due to poor communication.. Let's not mention the friendliness of some of the pharmacy employees are horrible.. The store is clean and tidy, it is a nice place to shop. But I wouldn't do business when it comes to my medicine, unless there training ,attitude, and skills have improved.

This Pharmacy is great . When wallyworld would no longer accept Tricare , Walgreens did. The pharmacist and techs are always helpful and knowledgeable from my experiences so far. My family now goes to this Walgreens for all our prescription needs and seem to be very helpful. Also the store is very cleans and store associates are always very nice and friendly, greeting everytime some comes in the door, that's hard to find now adays, but not at this store. The prices are a bit much on some things, but that's to be expected with everything going up now. Wish it was a 24 hr Pharmacy store though.

This pharmacy is always hopping but these ladies are always so nice my husband and I got our flu vaccine last week and it was amazing we so thrilled no pain just smiles. Stay strong ladies.😊😊😊😊😊

This is the slowest, most inefficient pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I waited on hold for 15 minutes to check on the status of my prescription and the call was never answered. But i guess I'm stuck with them due to circumstances beyond my control. Even my Dr. said they were bad.

Terrible pharmacy. Drive thru lines are always almost to the front and after waiting 30-45 mins in drive thru your medicine is still not ready and they will tell you to come back in 20 mins only for it to still not to be ready. You better believe the pharmacists got time to sit back there with their fancy Tumblr cups and make jokes about which Johnson you're talking about instead of asking for a first name. No professionalism at all!!!

I don't know why I continue to go here. No matter what day, time of day, or in store or drive thru you are always waiting a minimum of 30 to pick up prescriptions. Absolutely ridiculous.

I swear I wish rite aid wouldn't have sold out they are so slow they are as bad as walmart pharmacy and now it's basically here or Frisco I'm at the point to start driving to frisco
