I recently visited Piggly Wiggly and had a mixed experience. While most of the cashiers were efficient and friendly, I encountered one cashier who seemed quite disinterested and slow in processing transactions. This lack of enthusiasm did affect my overall impression of the store's service quality. I hope Piggly Wiggly addresses this issue to ensure consistent and pleasant shopping experiences for all customers.

Stop going here a few months ago, due to the meat department, stopped by today and the store looked much cleaner, but didn't have any dealings with the meat department.

Customer service could have been a little bit better. The chicken is good it was hot and fresh they were just bringing it out!I have never gotten the chicken and been disappointed. You cannot beat the price of an 8-piece dark $3.99!

I went here a few days ago and wanted to love it. It is employee owned which means money is staying in the community. UNFORTUNATELY, this did not work out as I hoped. Upon picking up a lovely package of steaks; to my shock, there was a big black hair clearly across the center front of the package. If the did not see it during packaging and they did not see it while placing it in the sales cooler, what else are they not seeing? I left disappointed.

People are fairly nice store is clean the deli the food needs to stay fresh but its eatable. From what i seen so far i guess certain days are better then others. Ill stop there you really dont have any other choices in this town.

The store is always clean the lines are almost always long the deli food can be a big disappointment but the manager has no problem reimbursing a transaction tho. Overall a pretty decent grocery store.

Service was slow even when store had only me and my husband there. Ordered a BLT and water. My hubby ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with sweet tea. We were charged over $21 for the meal which didnt taste fresh either. Just down the road another small diner sits and serves a large club sandwich with an order of fries with it and cost under $7. To me that is a big difference there especially for the amount of food you get in comparison. Wasnt happy with the total and thought there is no way both meals cost over $9 each. They used to be the cheapest on their menu. Wont be a next time for me. Not worth it.

Giving them a 5 🌟 rating because of the hot food bar; it has some of the best fried chicken and at the fraction of the price of competitors. Some of the items on the shelves, in the cooler, & freezer are also at the fraction of the price of Walmart etc...

Groceries at an okay price--you definitely pay the 'don't have to go to Walmart' tax. Lately they have run out of some things. But they keep the joint clean.

Definitely need to open more checkout stations when needed. 5 checkout stations available, only 2 open. Stood in line at least 10 minutes. Put my items back and went to Darby's. Piggly Wiggly checkout is pathetic!!

It is the best store we have in all of Monroeville we do all of our shopping there if we can and normally they have the best value for the buck and usually have everything that we need the people and the service are absolutely extraordinary.

The deli has the best fried chicken ever and the price for a 25 piece mixed is low check it out but call ahead for over 16 pieces
