I don't normally get my stuff delivered but did today. The groceries were literally just brought to my house and I have a watermelon that clearly has mold on it and I ordered 2 regular sized watermelon but instead received 2 personal sized watermelon while still being charged for the full size. Also, 8 out of the 10 bananas I purchased look distasteful. I don't normally have a problem when shopping for myself.

This is a nice Wal-Mart grocery store. I am glad they have plenty of good fresh produce. They also have nice bakery items. I really like their coconut cream pie and carrot cake! The store seems clean and safe. They have very good prices!

Manager (blk lady with glasses and short hair cut) stood directly over me at self checkout to make sure I wasn't stealing which made me feel uncomfortable as hell . Like relax mam' Walmart doesn't pay you enough to be that extra!

Great unless you have to go to the customer service desk. Slow, unorganized and not "aware" that customers are waiting in line. Had 1 customer ahead of me and waited over 20 minutes.....

I don't know if I had a glow or what today but the staff at this location were super nice and friendly they spoke and asked me how my day was going and also helped me find items in the store the check and go cashier was very helpful as well.....I have to say it was a great day at the neighborhood Walmart on Airport Blvd. for me today ....Beautiful orchids.....KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!!!!!!💞💌💌💌

I shop at this one...I am very pleased w the selections...the employees are friendly...the shelves are always stocked...they price some of their items lower than the ones I use to go to on cottage hill...it is clean...I only go here now for my grocery needs even though there are 2 others closer to me...this walmart probably has a great manager...he/she is doing a great job...

Stopped me at the door to tell me I had to have a mask on. Female can be plainly seen in the picture wearing a mask improperly. if you're going to require others to wear a mask your employees need to be within the rules of the mandate. I will not be back at this location.

The store is okay, but you can not get hardly any fruits and vegetables on wic because the upc is not coded correctly in the system. It's very annoying and they don't want to approve any of it unless you ask for a manager. So far, I can't buy cucumbers, asparagus, watermelon, or kiwi for my children on wic at this location 👎🏻

I love this little Wal-Mart they are hardly ever real busy and the staff is very friendly. Big shout out to the cashier Tasha she was great today and made sure even with the hang-ups that we all were taken care of fast and efficiently. She is one of the main reasons l shop here is because of her great service. Not to mention they usually have everything l need.

Although not my favorite grocery store, I had a wonderful experience with three employees trying to help me with a malfunctioning motorized cart. Also, the employees stocking shelves were courteous to all shoppers trying to navigate busy ailes.

Wonderful, helpful, caring employees! I'm still getting to know the layout of this store, so I had trouble finding some things, even though I looked around a lot - I wound up leaving with EVERYTHING that I was having trouble finding. I let the manager know about my experience, even mentioning several people by name. Numerous times I asked where something was and then I got ready to go to the correct aisle, but the employees would immediately start taking me there - and they were very busy stocking merchandise. The cashier was also delightful and I mentioned this to a different manager, a manager who was standing close to us. I obviously highly recommend this Neighborhood Wal-Mart. Thank you, awesome employees, for enriching my experience and going above and beyond!

Wrong and unlawful policy at this store. If you come with your kids or family and try to buy a beer they will id everyone including your kids and rude manager or supervisor

The people are so nice there. The staff smile and ask if I need anything. Usually, I find everything I need there, but they were out of 1 item I was looking for today. No biggie though. I enjoyed being able to find a close parking spot as well as a couple other items our regular WM supercenter does not carry. Recommended.

The Sunday morning staff at this was extremely polite ,helpful, well mannered and amazing. I asked an employee, George about Conecuh sausage and if they stopped making it. He said no and told me he could look for me and I said no but thank you. A few minutes later, George came over to me and said look what I found a whole case of conecuh sausage. I said thank you very much and took to of them. This morning crew was the nicest, friendliest groups I have ever had the pleasure of being around in a Wal-Mart in my entire life. I am a disabled OIF war veteran so I have been in a lot of them in a bunch of states.

Trying to shop and some stocker with a bald head charged straight at me into my personal space, while I was looking at product instead of going around me! No freedom to shop? Since stockers have the right of way and we do not as customers. I can shop else where, Amazon,Aldi,or Windixie but you do not care do you Walmart? I was wearing my mask maybe he thought getting in my personal space was a cool thing to showing me brotherly love? I have to wear a mask for 3 more days because of COVID

It's a nice store and usually there's not that many people in there, but when there is, they only have ONE lane open and it backs up all the way into an aisle. I've never had a problem with the employees. They've always been nice to me. I'd recommend this Walmart to others, just not during rush hours.

When it first opened I liked coming to this store a lot, but now all the employees are rude, ignore you, and even walk on top of you while listening to their music from their phones.The pharmacy misleads their customers, and the pharmacist dresses as if he is going to a cook out with his buddies with little to no regards to any sort of professionalism.

We frequent this store quite often. The is always busy. The store is well kept and clean. It is a Neighborhood Walmart so the groceries are well stocked. The issue I have is that the shelves are limited in selection of brands of food. The aisles are somewhat narrow so sometimes it is difficult to move when there are multiple people in the aisle.The store serves as a small version of a Walmart Grocery store. The prices are typical of Walmart. One complaint I have is there is only one or two human operated registers and the rest are self check out. The lines are always backed up on the human operated registers, grrr.

Not bad, but very crowded with Walmart stock pickers. Selection is not quite back to pre pandemic levels. Store is also getting a bit dingy, but it was mid day on a weekend.

I just want to say the employees at this wall mart are always very pleasant and helpful although they didn't have my favorite body wash I'm still happy with it...I just left from here my visit was good just like always but my cashier on 3 was not friendly At all she didn't even tell me my total... Didn't count my change back to didn't speak at all

I don't like the fact of checking my own food out. There were no cashiers . I'm not very happy with that. Once I walk around to get my food, I want a smiling face to ring me up and bag my food. I don't work for Wal-Mart so why should I spend $200 to ring and bag my own food.

This is probably the nicest Wal Mart in Mobile. The pharmacy is especially efficient, and the staff is very friendly. There was no wait for Covid-19 vaccines, and the pharmacist was extra caring while giving my daughters their vaccines. All around good experience.

Good place if you need somewhere to stock up on groceries and general use items. They struggle with keeping stock sometimes, but generally, they have what you need.

The beautiful young lady at the checkout Service Desk was very helpful in getting my return water bottle counted in, and a discount applied towards a purchase of anothwr, because the ticket machine wasn't working today, as it has been in the past.
