Unfortunately most times we pick up our order from this location, there's either been a ridiculous wait time (an hr or more on two occasions), or wrong and missing items. Just happened again today with them giving different brands and weighted items, without the notice of substitution authorization/heads up. The convenience of location doesn't make up for the inconvenience of having to drive back to the store or go through customer service to work out refunds/exchanges.

Very clean, well stocked. First time in. Found what I was looking for without any problems! Different layout from others I've visited but basically the same! Bakery/Deli are just inside the entry! Yum! No issues. No problems. Quick in and out, bota bing, bota bam! Of course everyone was nice. Self checked out so I knew I had the nicest cashier! LOL

Today at the neighborhood market on Cottage Hill Rd, I needed help in the deli but there was know one manning the department. Even though I asked 3 different employees know one was willing to help. I gave up trying, self checked the items that I had and left! Very frustrated and disappointed!

In my opinion, I think this is the best Neighborhood Walmart in Mobile. It seems organized. I may even consider driving a little extra farther, passing the Neighborhood Walmart that's closer to my home, to go this Walmart on Cottage Hill Rd regularly.

Waited over 45 minutes calling and calling pickup order number over and over and no one would answer. Finally flagged employee delivering next to me getting their groceries after 5 minutes. I just had surgery and couldn’t walk in easily. After saying ‘well you’re not checked in’ yeah I know no one will answer the phone or see my car here. Terrible service. Then she did not even speak to me, or look at me when she handed me my bread through the window. Not a word.

My gf just left the store extremely upset. She went to use the self-checkout and it was dirty. She asked two employees standing close by if they could clean it and they turned around walked off! When she was leaving, the same two employees, and two more, were standing close to the front doors talking and laughing and doing absolutely nothing! I hope the manager sees this and actually looks into it!

Went in the store tonight and was told there is only self-checkout after 8:00pm. If my wife hadn't been with me, I would have walked out and left my $188.00 cart of groceries sitting at the checkout. I DO NOT WORK FOR YOU WAL-MART. I will shop at Publix right across the street from now on. The people in this store are always unfriendly and rude. I have complained to the corporate office numerous times about this store, and they just don't care. I guess corporate likes their employees to run their customers off.

Pharmacist is terrible and still waiting for manager to return call. I’d rather drive 3 miles to a different location than step in the door of the one 1 mile away.

This is the second time I've put a grocery delivery order in from this location and hasn't been delivered at the time set. I don't care if it has to come the next day. I understand things happen. But I feel they're inconsiderate of their customers. Nobody contacts you to let you know it'll be the next day before you get your items. Their excuse is that an outside company does the deliveries. Not the customer's problem we're dealing with your location figure it out. I would've kept it at 1 🌟 but the manager is kind and accommodating so I bumped it up a 🌟 for him. Thanks Cedrick.

When I arrived to pick up my order, I called the number posted to pickup the order. I got no answer after letting it ring until it hung up. I did this several times. Eventually ,. A delivery attendant came by and said they don't answer the phone. Not sure how you're supposed to initiate your pickup when you arrive.

My friend and I went in to shop. It was drizzling and there were NO shopping carts available. I asked if we could get a cart. I was speaking to the cashier at self checkout. Then the lady at the service desk felt the need to get in the conversation. Then another employee walked up talking loud and making smart remarks. Then all three were talking ugly to me at once. We left and we won’t be back. I would give zero stars if that was an option. There should never be an employee talking to a customer that way, let alone a group of employees. I asked them three times to get a manager. They refused and kept acting like trash.

I love this Walmart...it reminds me of the one I used to frequent in Miami but even better. Everything I needed was right there and the store was so organized. Everything looked so fresh. I also liked the customer service, the cashier was so friendly and professional, checking out was quick. Another thing I liked about this Walmart is that I didn't almost get run over by a speeding car.

Doesn't stock many products other like Walmart neighborhood markets do. Price didn't match price on the shelf, they immediately admitted it but it took them 3 tries to correct it. The service desk should have someone with the required key staffing it.Stock levels are improving but still a long way to go.

I am totally impressed! There are two W/M Markets closer to my home where I usually shop, but thinking this location will become my go to store. Very clean, organized and totally stocked. Found everything I needed and more. Store was quiet (maybe I was just lucky!) but it seemed like a whole different group of W/M shoppers!! I WILL return!! What a pleasure . . .

My mom likes a certain chili paste and several Walmart's have been out of stock of the kind she likes for a while. She went in and asked someone about this the other day and the manager took the time to find out when it would be arriving on the next truck. Thank you for doing that, whoever you were!

I went to that particular Walmart because it's one of the larger stores and they typically have items that the other ones don't. However, the shelves were pretty bare this morning, which was a bit of a disappointment. The cashier who checked me out was extremely nice, quick, and helpful.

Very clean and well organized.Just be aware that the closing shift employees are campaigning for this location to close much earlier than Midnight; they purposefully lock the entrance and in addition block it with carts and/ or pylons to discourage you from shopping here, sometimes as early as 10p.m. Only the door marked "Exit" will also function as an entrance.

Currently sitting outside and have been for almost an hour waiting for them to bring out my online order!!! They message me and said it was ready but evidently it's not. This makes the 2nd time I've had an issue with their online grocery depot. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FFOM THEM AGAIN!!!

The store is never clean, the people don't greet you when you come in there. And whoever's reordering stuff never orders the same thing. What company personnel decides what is reordered for that store because they do not know what they're talking about.

I drive an extra ten miles right past my local one bc this one is much cleaner and still has check outs. It's hard for people to check out there own groceries when they are disabled. And although some of the staff is extra rude plus the more well to do customers that look down on me for using an electric cart,i still go bc it's that much cleaner and organized than the one in Therdore

Would be no stars if possible. Been ordering our groceries from there for over a year. Never a problem. Today they decide to make my wife wait for over 1 1/2 hours and then say oh sorry, we gave them to someone else. Won't be back.

This was our local, corner "grocery store" for 5 years while we lived there. They have everything you want. Always well stocked... except for Sundays. Never go on a Sunday evening especially. Stock is low on Sunday evenings. They seem to do a good job of hiring here... staff is always super friendly and helpful.

I dropped my cash once, but thank goodness that one of your employees made sure I got it back because she asked if I lost any money and I checked my pockets and was missing two fifty dollar bills. She gave it back to me because I said I was missing exactly what she found. I would have been very hungry that week if week. Now I am a regular customer there. Your employees know me, or at least recognise me now. I just wish you carried small packs or tuna in sunflower oil. Long story short, best place in town to shop for groceries.

Good quick in and out place to go with self check out. But the customers are sketch more than not. I've seen people stealing beer, yelling in the store etc. Publix has a better environment.

I use to shop here...not anymore...they changed the layout...its a mess...I can't find anything...frustrating...at one point they had the bread by the cleaning products...not fully stocked...ever

Pretty bad experience!!!! Been there for a refund at the pharmacy three times. And there’s always an excuse. Mrs. Terry always had a “good excuse “. The first time that they were about to close. And the last time that the Store Manager was not at the store….
