Horrible place. I dropped off two prescriptions in the evening after a visit at the ER and they told me that both medications would be ready next morning at 11! The next morning they sent me a text saying that one was delayed and the other one out of stock. Making sick people waiting that long is despicable. I went back and picked up both my prescriptions and headed to my regular Walgreen’s. They were also extremely rude. I will never use this location ever again.

This is the worst and rudest pharmacy that I've ever used. You'll be lucky if you can catch one of the drive thrusters open. If you call then ahead, they fill you with false promises. Everytime I leave there I'm completely stressed out..

First of all I come to this location everyday, everyone who works there is always extremely helpful and friendly. EXCEPT for Mike the manager, he is consistently rude and unprofessional. I’m not really sure how he earned the title of manager considering he has 0 customer service skills and generally looks unapproachable. He might become the reason I never come to this location again and that’s unfortunate for Walgreens as a whole, because I know I’m not the only one. Demote Mike ASAP and promote and employee to replace him and Walgreens can thrive.

I don't know where to start. First of all people behind the counter don't know how to pick up the phone. I was there last week for my medicine. Tech told me 20 minutes. I waited 2 hours. No sorry no apology nothing. My suggestion please remove phone from Walgreens.

I'm from out of town looking to get my prescription transfered. As was told it would take a hour that took 4hrs then when I arrive they were very rude. Because I ask about the medicine. And the cost. Not one of those people in that pharmacy Was of any assistance. Very unprofessional. And no people skills. To make it better!! And I saw how they treated others as well. I will never step foot here again

*UPDATE 12/6/21* My husband keeps trying to tell me not to use this pharmacy because we always have such bad experiences, but I guess the proximity to my house makes me overlook them. I filled my son's prescription 11/8/21, and tried to refill today with the new prescription, but I was told by your pharmacy employee that I couldn't fill it yet. I found this weird because we had run out over the weekend. When I looked into it, 4 pills just disappeared. My husband and his late father had been shorted many times by this pharmacy (hence the reason he tells me not to go here). I've been trying to get ahold of ANYONE in pharmacy or a manager for over an hour, but no one wants to answer the phone. The sassy woman who kept trying to transfer me back over to pharmacy instead of getting me a manager needs to be FIRED. Her attitude is atrocious.I know everyone is nervous about COVID-19, but your pharmacy techs are going to straight IGNORE the customers who walk in the store and focus only on the drive thru customers, maybe announce that you're shutting down over-the-counter pharmacy business for the time being. I actually got out of my car, at 36 weeks pregnant, to get my prescription filled because I've had issues with my insurance suddenly not being on file anymore, and I didn't want to hold up the drive thru. Imagine my surprise as I watched customers come and go through that drive thru, while I didn't even get a greeting. No thanks. I'll go to a different pharmacy.

If I could give them a zero, I would have. Horrible customer service!!!! Disrespectful associates and Manager. If you don't know how customer service is suppose to be given, you should find another job! By the look of the rest of these reviews. This store needs a revamp or retraining!!!! The customer isn't always right however, if all your customer need is a receipt it should not be a big ordeal!!!

I just left there and the cashier was rude and had a lot of attitude. I noticed before I got to the counter but my son and I were standing in line together. She had everybody back up to the stickers which was not a problem but when it came to us my son went first and before he finished paying I stepped up because remember we was always standing in line together anyway. So this cashier bend under the shield and says your gonna have to step back behind the line. No problem but I left my two items on the counter. She had me turn around and get those items and go back behind this line. Now at this point I'm heated. She just seem really extra. So once I got to the counter my son was at the door and I told him to get out the store she then looks at the security guard and express how ready to go and that she's glad to be off tomorrow. Well I'm sorry she even had to clock in today.

The staff is nice. Unfortunately the pharmacy hires ghetto queens that just want to get their nails done and not fill prescriptions tho. Lines are always backed up and its always this young girl at the drive thru that looks like she can care less about customers and their needs.

I like this Walgreens because it's kept well & close to where I work. The retail areas and employees are great. It's nice and clean. Don't try to use the text message system to refill your prescriptions if you want them to actually be ready when you get there. The pharmacy is okay. They're slow, but they have always been friendly enough.

Some of the pharmacy employees seems to be trained to be on the streets not behind counter and service customers. Add to all of that the long waiting hours. I am an over 10 year customer.! But I have to say some of the adults are better to deal with.

This Walgreens is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I am 2 weeks out from surgery that repaired 2 broken feet,2 broken ankles, and 2 broken legs. I had 2 wait 2 extra days to get my normal monthly prescription of tramadol just because "Walgreens wanted me to wait, per the tech!" Today, I called at 9 am to get my prescription processed anx at 10:30 received a call saying my prescription was filled and ready for pickup. At 4:30 my mother took me to pickup my prescription and the same,stupid tech, told me I had nothing ready! I said I have tramadol because you people called me and confirmed the prescription was ready! She said the pharmacist was going to have to speak to the doctor before filling it because he gave me Norco that will be out tomorrow!! Yes with a surgery as bad as mine they send you home with pain medication to help you. This is blatant discrimination and I spoke to my attorney tonight and a lawsuit will be filed against Walgreens first thing Monday morning. I have also spoken with my church and a picket line will start Monday morning until the store closes and they no longer will be able to mistreat another legitimate patient. This was uncalled for.

Very rude cashier. Named Tamara. I needed 70% alcohol for someone.They were out. On my way to leave, I saw a 70% alcohol hand sanitizer. So I grabbed a bottle of it, and a bottle of moisturizing hand sanitizer for myself. As I was walking to the register the cashier passed me and said I will only sell you one of those. I said they are two different kinds and I need them both. She said I will only sell you one. So, I turned around, started walking back to actually put it back on the Shelf where it belongs. She passed me again and said I will only sell you one. I said ma'am, don't you see me standing here putting it on the Shelf? Now the thing that bothers me about this the most, is the shelves were full! I can understand if they were running low, as everyone needs some. There was a plethora of dang 70% hand sanitizer and multiple other kinds. There's a way to handle things, that was not the way. I used to go to this Walgreens just about every single day. It is going down down down down. I actually drive down airport to go to the other Walgreens. They have a better rating, customer service, and much cleaner store.The reason they had to quit staying open all night is because they've ran off so many of their customers. It was once a clean organized store with okay customer service. I'm not really sure what happened, but It's a shame.

Incompetent and absent of customer service. Pharmacist Rufus J. and store manager Mrs. Kimbrough. With 4 refills remaining on my emergency asthma medication and my physician on the phone, refused to fill my prescription claiming technical difficulties. They've treated me with disdain ever since they came there 2 years ago. I think they're racist bc of their attitude towards me. I'm a 10 year customer but, not any more.

So to give a little back story I found out yesterday I was miscarrying and my husband went to Walgreens to drop off my prescription he was told it’ll be a hour and half. So he and my 2 year old waited and eventually left after a hour and 45 mins. He was asked to keep circling around. So I came this morning and was told the price and I was short a couple bucks and I said I will be right back. When I got back I was told it was put on hold and to come back in 30 mins but I went shopping and came back within a hour and was told it’s not quite ready to circle around and I’m currently still waiting on my prescription. This location is horrible. I will continue my future visits to the Walgreens on Tillman’s counter and cottage hill. Please take your business elsewhere. Wish I could give zero stars

This is by far, the most worthless pharmacy to get your medication filled. The staff is very rude, incompetent, and the attitude really is just bad. They have the nasty music turned up so loud you can't not hear them, or have a audible conversation. You can expect rude arrogance nast employees here. I recomend you go elsewhere to fill your medication. Even if you have to pay more.

I went to drive thru window to get husband prescription when I had got home they had given me the wrong medicine I went back and went inside and the lady acted like it was my fault I gave my address you made the mistake she was rude and so was the pharmacist who had to correct I asked for a receipt where they told me it credited my card and they ignored me I will be getting in touch with someone about this I was treated wrong and they could have made my husband very sick or worse

DON'T GO HERE!!! The pharmacy is unbelievably bad. The management, staff and general operation are pathetic. Was told my prescription was ready for pickup over the phone. When I arrive to pick up told "not ready" and kept waiting for over a hour to fill 1 prescription. Staff seemed annoyed and unconcerned. This place is a dumpster fire

Came in at 8a.m. and there was no pharmacist around for me to even pick up my husband's medicine. The employee couldn't even tell me when they were expecting the pharmacist so i can get my prescription. I wish i never dropped off my prescription at this Walgreens the night before otherwise i would've taken my script elsewhere because my husband needs his medicine NOW.

Just horrible. I placed an online order because I'm sick. They canceled my order with no explanation at all. I called them not 1x but 2x and was hung up on. The manager Mark had no clear explanation on why my order was canceled. I asked for the district manager's number and he refused to give it to me.

Pharmacy lies to it's customers. My patient was told that they never recieved a prescription request. I confirmed it. 4:54 the previous day Walgreens recieved the prescription request. Online health records do not lie... this pharmacy does...(edit): after 15 minutes on hold to speak to an associate, they tried to make an excuse and blame it on the electronic prescriptions. Which is complete and utter bs. The electronic prescreption confirms within minutes of being sent. Excuses and lies. this place is awful. I recommend everyone who uses this to find a new pharmacy

March 15 8:29 the pharmacist on duty was very rude to my husband. My husband filled my prescription as always gave his ins card when he went to pick up the prescription they charged his ins but wouldn't allow him to pick it up because they had a 7 year old address and a two year old #. Well he told them birth,as and that it was no longer my number. He says the pharmacist herself was rud and wouldn't help. So he came home and got me. I just left the hospital and was under meds I get there they didn't ask for ID and called out an old number I no longer had. I told them it was not my number. They rung me up so I asked why my husband couldn't pick this up they said he couldn't very well I want to know he couldn't verify what I just didn't. Makes no since but obviously because I was there with him which they don't know if that was me or not let me get the prescription

I wish I could give them a -10! They are so slow you should pack a lunch. They allow people to sit in the drive up to fill prescriptions. I e been waiting in line for an hour at the drive up. Take your money and go someplace else, hopefully they will go out of business.

Terrible service. I don't blame the pharmacists themselves; they seem overwhelmed. The rest of the staff just doesn't seem to care. They know you need medicine more than they need your business.The fact that this location is only open from 8am-10pm but their listing states 'open 24 hours' should tell you something.

Pharmacy almost impossible to reach at times. 10-20 minutes everytime I call. People working the pharmacy drive up have an attitude. Excluding pharmacist, which seems overworked. Usually one up lane be closed.

Pharmacy has horrible processing times and equally bad customer service. Staff was rude and did not answer questions that I asked - they would just stare me down and walk away. I'm changing pharmacies permanently.
