Pharmacy tech couldn't have been any ruder. I've not had terrible experiences there, but after the way Andrew (claimed to be the pharmacy manager) treated me there today I will not be back. I transferred my prescription while still in line. The store employees are nice, just not the pharmacy.

The absolute worst pharmacy customer service I have ever experienced. My doctor called in a prescription for me. I stopped by walgreens today to do some shopping and went to the pharmacy to let them know that my prescription would be ready to be filled on 4/4/24. They told me that they refused to fill it unless I had my other prescriptions transferred to them. At the same time, they said they were not aware of my other prescriptions, makes no sense, consistently contradicted themselves. They were willing to fill it 6 weeks ago but I didn't need it and asked for it to be put on hold, I was told no problem. All of my prescriptions are from the same doctor, no pharmacy or doctor shopping. Your technicians, Pharmacists and so called Pharmacy Manager who by the way is dressed so unprofessionally, a tshirt with written personal beliefs on it, hard for me to believe or take him seriously as the pharmacy manager. My doctor is fully aware that I use another pharmacy for my prescriptions but since they have been unable to get one of them in stock they called it in to Walgreens. I asked them today to fax my doctor's office to inform them that they will not fill the prescription and why, they said no. The reason was they had other customers to deal with. When Winn Dixie Pharmacy closed they transferred my presciptions to Walgreens, I immediately transferred to another pharmacy because of my previous experience in your poor customer service. My gut tells me you do not care because I received a phone call asking why I didn't stay with Walgreens, I replied because of customer service, the response was thank you and then I was disconnected. You may not care about this because you think you hold a monopoly on numerous people and their medications in this area but at some point, your unprofessional behavior that affects your clients well being along with the rude customer service will. Also, is it suitable for your employees to be snapping gum and blowing bubbles behind the counter? I hope you take this complaint seriously, not just for myself but for your other customers as well. PS: Check your reviews in the last few years, I am not alone on my evaluation.

If I could give this location less than 0 stars I would. You wait for over 15 minutes for someone to answer. No one in the entire pharmacy unit is competent, whatsoever. Nor is anyone friendly or remotely interested in pretending to enjoy their job. They let me go over a week without a medication, claiming it was out of stock and have done so many times. I usually use independently owned pharmacies since I was a licensed technician in one before, but since moving I used bigger chains for easier access. However, this Walgreens did it in for me. Never again.

Do not fill your prescriptions here unless you wanted to be spoken to like a dog. I understand being understaffed, but the day I tried to fill a prescription they had FIVE people behind the counter and were still incredibly rude. I had to come inside and sit and wait with mother who had been released from the hospital and hour before. I have NEVER encountered the level of rudeness at a drug store that the woman working the window managed to achieve.

The service was terrible it was about six technicians and a pharmacist all they doing was playing joking around. Took my 83 year Mother’s ER prescriptions there @ around about 11am still didn’t have it ready before they closed now my mother has to suffer through her illness longer due the lack of concern of this pharmacy I will never use them again. And I will be contacting management. They were also are very unprofessional!

This location is horrendously understaffed. It was bad enough a few years ago when the Rite Aid across the street closed down, now the CVS on Govt/Broad has closed down. At this point you may need to clear hours from your schedule if you need a refill or just have a question. FORGET about calling; you will not get through, and if you go in person wear comfortable shoes because you will be in line a LONG time. Then expect rude treatment because the too-small pharmacy team is clearly overwhelmed. I don't blame them for being stressed but at the same time it's stressful being worried about having your family's medical needs in question and having a frowning face snapping at you and showing no empathy whatsoever.By the way, the influx of prescription patients from the other stores shutting down also means there are more people buying snacks, household goods etc., and there's another long line, because there is almost always just one cashier (despite multiple registers).YOU'RE GETTING TONS OF BUSINESS, STORE OWNER. CONSIDER OFFERING A DECENT-ENOUGH WAGE TO ATTRACT SOME APPLICANTS FOR POSITIONS THAT NEED FILLING.

Waiting in the pharmacy drive thru, two employees walked past and stared directly at me. When I pressed the call button after a few minutes, the first words from the attendant were “you don’t need to press the call button, we know you’re there.” Very unimpressed with customer service. However, they were able to sell me a COVID rapid test.

Wlagreen’s Pharmacy is usually overwhelmed. This problem coincided with the closure of Rite-Aid and the decision of a local college & academic hospital to steer all of their employees there. The pharmacy is always 5-6 patients deep. To call in a prescription today I was on hold for 15 minutes. I would prefer to go elsewhere. Once you get waited on, the pharmacy staff is fine. The delay to service, however, is enough to send you looking elsewhere.

I stopped by here tonight, 2/15/19 to use the restroom so I was standing outside of the ladys room waiting to use it because I seen another lady walk in before me, I am also pregnant and it’s very evident that I am pregnant. So while I’m waiting a woman employee was with a bright blue shirt on with a name tag of JESSICA (a heavy girl) walks up to the door and said “it ain’t locked it’s got 2 stalls” walks right past me and uses the empty stall. Very inconsiderate and rude!! She obviously knew I was waiting to use the bathroom and bombards her way past me, very disappointed in Walgreens right now! They should hire more considerate and respectful employees then that.

Great store an awesome staff however if we could keep the crackheads and homeless shoplifters out of there that would be great.This one guy came in there just now smelled like a combination of road kill run over skunk , body odor urine and poop and doe piss. To be honest with you I was thinking about just buying his ass a bar soap and some Clorox to drink.Best store in mobile all these folks need a pay raise

This is my preferred place to go. They are always friendly and helpful. The shelves always have stock. The store is clean and a person can be comfortable in the store. Usually I go in for one thing and come back out with ore. They seem to know where to put sale items I need in a place I can’t miss. It’s at the loop area so convient to a large area.

This pharmacy is the WORST!!!! The pharmacist is so rude and so is the staff. They put you on hold for forever and hang up on you. If you’re looking for a pharmacy, I’d suggest a different one.
