The only redemption comes from Leslie, a competent, efficient, and charming tech in the pharmacy. Otherwise it’d be a zero-star review. My doctor can’t get through to the pharmacy, if I call, it’s a 30-minute wait. If I go in person, it’s a longer wait. I’m in the process of transferring my things elsewhere.

Don't even waste your time here. Especially if you're getting pictures developed, they look at you like you asked about quantum physics. After 10 minutes of them looking for my pictures they finally realized their photo developer machine is broke down. Its literally sitting on the floor unplugged. Who hired the clerks working today? Its like the blind working with the blind.

Pharmacy review: Dropped a prescription off no big deal. They said it'll take 25-30min. Received a notification that there is a delay because the insurance was out in wrong. I updated the insurance information online. Everything was processing. Waited 45min and then went inside to pick up the medicine. They said they needed to put the insurance information in again and had us step back out of the line. No biggie that way they can keep serving the customers. Got back in line for them to tell us they can't fill the prescription because they didn't know the relationship between my husband and our child. Starting to get annoyed because we have been waiting for a couple of hours now with a sick 8month old tagging along. Bring a book because you'll be waiting awhile.

Has the worst attitudes for customer service. They never smile. Their pharmacy employees need more training. My meds was called in to the Community Pharmacy of Walgreens on Springhill Ave. I went after work, 6pm. Asked to pick up my meds and was told, they are closed, come back tomorrow at 8:30am. Next day, at the Community Pharmacy andwas told, system down. But, you can go to the other pharmacy and get your meds transfered from us to them. The young lady should have known her job.

Whenever I order my medications online and come in to pick up, they are never ready or somehow are unable to be found even though I have an email that says it's finished and ready to pick up. Wait lines are usually very long. Wait line on the phone are worse and after waiting 20 minutes, they may simply just pick up the phone and hang up. Not sure if management issue, employee issue, or just a general disregard for anything. Either way, pick a better, different pharmacy.

I don’t use the pharmacy but more the store side so this review is more for that. I come in Freud early for a snack a drink or a stuffed animal. They always have what I’m looking for and are very polite. I never have to wait unnecessarily long to check out

Every time I go the pharmacy takes care of me and I’m able to walk out with my meds with in a few mins! Never any issues! I don’t know why there are several bad reviews but I can tell you that’s not my experience at all they are friendly and go the extra mile to make sure I’m takin care of same day!

Literally the worst pharmacy out of all the Walgreens locations. I’d rather take my prescriptions to the 24 hour location than here. NEVER staffed which creates the worst wait times In town. Ridiculous! Especially being located in front of 2 hospitals. Literally waiting over 45 minutes in the drive through (because inside is closed), wasting my gas on top of a wasting my time

This Walgreens, 1731 Spring Hill Ave, is truly the worst. If there was a Zero Star option I’d pick it. They are slow, no sense of urgency, lines are excessively long in store and drivethru. They hardly answer the phone and if they do, it’s forever or they hang up. To top off the experience, they have unpleasant attitudes. Management needs to hire more techs.

This Walgreens is nice everytime I go in. The floors are clean and shelves are neat and are in stock on items I need. They always say"welcome to Walgreens" when I walk through the door and give me coupons. Now the pharmacy is another story. I'm very disappointed with them. The last time I was there one of my prescriptions was missing and they never resolved the issue, even though they promised me they would figure out the issue. I had to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy. I may give them another chance one day.

Closed the drive thru because they are short staffed. However, the same number of people are still coming in to get prescriptions. Closing the drive thru just makes it inconvenient for customers, especially those that are sick or disabled. You only accomplished upsetting customers. Maybe Walgreens should pay adequate wages and salaries to attract better and more help so you could keep customers safe and happy.

The pharmacy is horrible. Took 2 days and 30 min. each time to get someone on the phone. When i finally did he put me on hold for another 10 just to come back and tell me they only had a few of the meds i needed. He said it would be ready the following day. So i go and its 20 min in line. Then they didnt have it ready and told me to drive around and get back in line and it will be ready. Basically it was 3 days and an hour of being there to get a 3rd of me medicine. Will be transferring.

Ordered photo books from here and I get a phone call that they’re machine is down and they can’t do these and can’t forward them to another Walgreens that can. Offered absolutely no help and said she didn’t know what to tell me. And now Bc they have deleted the order I can’t find it anymore and can’t forward it on. I have had issues here before with the photo department. Should have known better. Won’t be using the location again and suggest if that is what you are wanting to do here you should find another place.

New pharmacy techs are needed! It never fails everytime I am in a long line, everyone before me has no issue with a tech telling them to wait so another customer can go before them. But when it's my turn the tech LESLIE makes sure she tells me to wait and then she calls someone else in front of me. This is not the first or second time this has happened but the third! I am truly over this place. When it is my turn she has the nerve to carry on conversations with other techs and take her sweet time. This is the last time I step foot in this store. I will definitely go where all customers are treated equal.

I went to this 1731 Springhill location and had a very unpleasurable experience after leaving the 2050 Government location for the exact same circumstance and having a pleasurable experience. Simply put i went into 2050 location to buy a product that was buy 1 get 1 free, however it was one item on the shelf. The cashier told me she could sell the item to me for half price and i left as a satisfied customer. I went to this 1731 Springhill location where the exact situation was true. I explained to a john that i just paid half price for the item only minutes ago. He began to say you owe us money. When i ask if he was a manager he said yes which was not true. Eventually when the manager was called by another employee, he attempted to leave me at the register and talk to the manager near the rear of the store. He changed the entire narrative of what my valid complaint was and as i approached he said i wanted the second product for free which is a lie. I said several time i wish to pay half price for this product just as i did moments ago. This behavior is enabled due to the fact that the manager simply said to me we will take care of it but did not wish to hear my side of the story. I went to one Walgreens 0.9 miles away and received great service i went to 1731 Springhill and all i got was lied to and lied on.

The pharmacy is HORRIBLE. My prescription was sent on the 27th of May, it's June 13th and I still haven't received my full prescription so I asked my doctor to send it to CVS... I will not deal with their pharmacy ever again, however the store itself is great!

The staff here is so incredibly kind and so helpful. I have never been to a better Walgreens. Thank you guys for treating your customers so well! It is rare, nowadays, to find a business that puts the needs of their customers first.

Bottle of wine broke through the bag provided in the parking lot. Spoke to the manager said he couldn’t do anything. My fiancé walks in and gets a refund.... hmm? . I walk back in to purchase the bottle that broke but I cannot use it on the refund card bc it was alcohol so I had to spend more money. I will never be back and I cannot wait to talk to customer service in the morning. Very poor management I will never be back to that store again.

Poorly staffed. The pharmacy tech can't keep his hands off his hair. He needs a hair cut, or a net. Not terribly hygienic for a pharmacy

Love love the store itself. Such nice people—-very personable and helpful. They are all great help at the photo dept too. Not real fond of the drive thru pharmacy. Not like the rest of the store. Not very nice or helpful. Kind of standoffish.
