They are too busy to have any willingness to help you. They shrug off responsibility and refuse to fill prescriptions because of how busy they are.They won't give you the branded medication even when they have it in stock. They are too busy to be able to care that you don't have financial access to this medication except for the brand name.Do not go to this Walgreens Pharmacy; they are far too busy and overloaded to be helpful.I gave them two stars because once upon a time, I had a great experience there.

Absolutely horrible customer service, it appears the staff thinks it’s a privilege to wait for almost an hour on hold & still NEVER speak to a real person. I finally drove up to the pharmacy to physically ask for them to pls refill my scripts. After 1 HOUR of standing directly in front of two pharmacy staff members that never even acknowledged me, I left. Changing over scripts tomorrow. WALGREEN, you’re not the only pharmacy & honestly to treat paying customers in such a manner makes me question if they were trained to ignore their (past) paying customers

Drive through pharmacy takes too long. I'm usually in my car 30-45 minutes waiting before I can get to see a pharamasict. I wouldn't even be coming to this location but they shut down the walgreens location on Dawes Rd.

There is always a line, no sense of urgency when the line is a mile long, than when they say they have enough of your prescription, you go to pick it up and they say oh I'm sorry we don't but try back tomorrow

When the express pass first came out, I signed up. With limited time to get my medicine, due to my 14 hour days, I could get it quickly during lunch. For some reason, this Walgreens no longer honors the express pass line. I no longer see an advantage in using it, so will be deleting my account. I’ll likely have to find another way to get my meds, through the mail, maybe.

Just went in to get my blood pressure checked. Looked around. It’s a nice place and most of the people I talked with were very nice and friendly. It’s a nice store and have everything a person could need in supplies for health care

5/25/23. (Dad's account) my mother was charged twice for medication that my medicaid insurance should have covered. The woman working in the pharmacy told my mom to tell me to stuck to one doctor!!! I have all my prescriptions called in when they run out and have multiple doctors. Why??! BECAUSE I HAVE STAGE 3 ADVANCE CERVICAL CANCER. I HAVE A TEAM OF DOCTORS ALL AT THE MITCHELL CANCER INSTITUTE. SHE TOOK IT UPON HERSELF TO CHARGE FOR MEDICINE THINKING I WAS DOCTOR JUMPING FOR PAIN MEDICATION AND CHARGED US. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. WHAT GIVES HER THE AUTHORITY TO MAKE SUCH HORRIBLE JUDGEMENTS?? SHE OWES US OUR MONEY AND PRETTY SURE HER CHARGING PEOPLE WHO HAVE INSURANCE IS AGAINST POLICIES AS HER WORKING IN THE PHARMACY.

Clean store, helpful staff, efficient pharmacy with drive-through window. Enjoyable shopping with good parking and clean restroom. They have a whole aisle of seasonal items and some cold grocery.Another service is the photo center where you can bring in any source of your photos like on your cell phone or with an account, uploaded by your computer, and have them printed in the store or order merchandise for photo display.

If the meds💊 are LIFE and DEATH you might DIE☠! Many times they have FAILED to ORDER my meds. At times making me going 7 to 12 days without any at all. Finally I had to find another place!🤯

Although the employees are very nice, their pharmacy refill system is horrible. I posted about the Cottage Hill store 5 months ago, but this branch (3-Notch Rd.) is just as bad. It must be their system.I got a phone call from a live person on 9-25-2020 telling me a prescription was ready for pickup. I asked if it was a specific drug and they said yes. I went to the store this morning (and after waiting about 10 minutes in line) and was told that there were no prescriptions ready or waiting to be filled. The prescription (30-day supply) had last been filled 8-15-2020. They filled it within 15 minutes but I didn't wait inside as all the seats were taken. I checked out the items I had, ran another errand and came back later at the drive thru. As with the other location, this was not the first time this has happened.

I quit using walgreens because they merged mine and my husbands pharmacy accounts together. I have called so far 10 times this morning due to a mix up with my dr sending the prescription to here and I have been disconnected each and every time I have called. I am so frustrated and aggravated. My advice is to go to CVS they are an amazing pharmacy and I would not be dealing with Walgreens if not for this mix up. Save yourself time and stress by not using them. They SUCK!

TERRIBLE! I don’t know why I keep coming back here, wait it’s because they have a drive thru and that is convenient. Other than that, AWFUL! Today (Sunday) I go to pick up my 3 scripts the doctor called in on Thursday giving them PLENTY of time to fill. Get to the window the RUDE associate that I have had issues with in the past, L****a tells me they didn’t fill all of them because it was TOO EXPENSIVE! Shouldn’t that be my decision? I should decide if it is to expensive for me, it’s My medicine, my health and I NEED IT! So I had to leave and come back which is inconsiderate of my time especially since I live 45 minutes from here. This place is a train wreck and today will be a HARD STOP for me, they will not EVER get My business again.

The lady working at the window was extremely rude. I gave her my insurance and told her that’s the one my pharmacy back home uses and she said there’s no way. I again said that’s the only card I have and she said “you are wrong because that’s not the correct card”Had another girl come up and she did it with no issues at all.

I have never had a problem with the pharmacy. I did however go at ten minutes until closing and the doors had been locked. Maybe they had limited staff? Who knows?

I don't mind waiting in line at the pharmacy. They were busy. But don't have a sign hanging saying to check in here for vaccine when you have to go 2 doors down for it. They need more signage so people that have been standing in line for 10 minutes know where to go.

EXTREMELY disappointed in this locations pharmacy, I find the pharmacist very incompetent. It's a shame I know more about how the process works than they do as far as billing, coding etc. Out of pocket without running insurance my medicine is $222 for a 15 day supply. I called Walmart today and the exact same medication out of pocket is $19.89 for the same 15 day supply tell me that's not a scam! I will never use this location again, I should have let the other reviews speak for themselves but decided to go anyway.

My prescription was called in several weeks ago by my doctor, I could not get filled then because it was not time for refill. I call today about availability to pick up and now they tell me Dr needs to get a PA before will be filled. They have had for several weeks and now when time to pick up, they havent done their work. Had a form for activation with me that day and gave to them, which Dr states shouldnt need PA. They do not know they are doing there. Will be going to another pharmacy with my stuff next month.

literally the worst pharmacy i have ever dealt with. i have to call every month to get my rx refilled and it literally takes 30min-an hour just to get someone on the phone every. single. time. i call. it’s ridiculous. and then finally when i get someone they act like they hate their life and don’t want to be helpful at all. i spoke to someone today and they didn’t even ask me my info they just told me no they didn’t have anything for me. sounds like someone is lazy 🤨 very annoyed. i wouldn’t come to this location except it’s the only pharmacy near me. 0 stars if i could. i’m going to change pharmacies and drive out of my way because i’m sick of dealing with these people. they’re awful.

I am very disappointed by how I've been treated by the pharmacy. They don't fill prescriptions in a timely manner and the staff obviously has issues with communicating with one another. I finally had to go get my prescription and take it to another place where the customers are a priority.

Had prescription to be filled. Fill date was the date I took it in. They refused to fill it because it was 3 days shy from a month from the last one. The pharmacist said it was the DEA policy. I called the DEA, they said it is NOT their policy and that Walgreen's does this on their own. So, I was lied to, they would not fill it even though it was the fill date which means they are now practicing medicine without a licence. Stay the hell away from this place.

Used since they opened. Store is 24 hours, not the pharmacy, clearly states store is 24 hours, says nothing of the pharmacy, as some are complaining about. I've always had a good experience here, friends and helpful staff. Good parking, interstate access, comparable prices.

Why is a manager smoking in the FRONT OF THE STORE.Not only that, when she's done, she flicks it in the parking lot.This is my favorite store. And I am truly disgusted by this.This is the first time I have been able to get a picture of it. Surely not the 1st to do it.Please address.PSPlease get some more help in the pharmacy.Thanks

Hey Walgreen pharmacist: you are NOT the doctor it has been 30 days the dr ESCRIBED it in as he always does so fill it and quit trying to play GOD!!You are not the only one with a problem with the pharmacy. I filled my prescription on the 1st and today is the 30th. I do this every month. The girl there ( I don't know her name but she looks like a old friends sister) if that's the case this is why she won't fill my prescription. She says I have to wait until the 31st and I have to work until 6pm tomorrow so now I go 24 hours without my medication!! I've called it in to corporate and will let you know how that goes.

If I could give zero I would but what my mother experienced had me outrage this location manger clearly is incompetent and can’t choice her staff correctly.My mother had horrible experience at this location their was young lady that extremely disrespectful to my mother my mother English isn't the best but normally everyone understand her quite perfectly but this young lady was extremely rude she had my mother waiting over 20 minutes to pick up a photo the young lady asked her what she wanted which my mother replied and said she their to pick up a photo the young lady proceeds to take her passport photo when she once again explained she there to pick up a photo my mother had to pull out her Credit card to show her how her name and how it was spelled because the young lady seemed to Not to understand my mother and says that she could find her name in system when she had shown her how her name was spelled I’ve been to this location multiple times over the years and I could tell that the young lady was new because I had never seen her before but my mother was embarrassed and humiliated when she went because of this young straight up mad fun of her therefore Walgreens do better training you staff this could have easily been prevented if she the young would have asked someone else see if they couldn’t understand but no that young lady choice to humiliate my mother in front of bunch people because she couldn’t understand her

Got to the door at 9:55 was greeted by Mike the shift lead and was told they were closed. Told him all I needed was some throat spray and he rudely said they were closed and shut the door. Online and on the door it says they close at 10:00. He was extremely rude!!

My concern is why Walgreen is matching Flu viro shots with people in a 3rd world country. We have plenty of people here in the good ole USA that can't afford to get flu shot for themselves. Whats wrong with taking care of our own and then start dealing out too other's.Thanks,DH
