From the beginning with the male cashier to the other employees to the manager…they all did a phenomenal job with assisting a woman in need Especially the manager on duty today around 1:30 PM on their property thank you so much❣️👏🏽

Finally made it to the right store to exchange my door dash items and they basically treated me like I was trying to pull a fast one. They only let me exchange one item because of the cost and I opened one to check it to see if it was the right item. I'm so frustrated and out of $60 at this point I'm never coming back. Not even to the pharmacy.😤😤😤

Pharmacy doesn’t ever answer the phone or have prescriptions in stock. They have picked up hung up and placed us on hold 10 times still counting. The staff is very rude and unfriendly.

I went to the 24 hour walgreens after an er visit for colitis. Dr ordered me pain meds back around Halloween. It's now December 5th and I've called several times. Each time they say they say it's was ordered but system kicks me out. Only way I can get my meds it to call early the day it comes in and claim it before they give it to somebody else. I really feel they are stealing pain meds from customers. Never had such trouble before anywhere.

I believe all of these 1 star reviews. Tried calling the pharmacy to ask a simple question and these people can’t even answer decently to ask to hold or even acknowledge callers. What a joke, especially since this is a pharmacy and people coming to it could be in need of a serious medication most of the time. Deserves to be closed.

The staff in this store are very rude and unfriendly! Especially when you need to return or exchange items, they will try to be smart and return items from one order and divide them into other orders. Unbelievable!

Pharmacy won’t answer the phone. They pick it up and hit the hold button repeatedly. Very frustrating waste of time. This is not the first time.

Drive thru doesn't take tap pay, but there is no sign to keep you from wasting 20 minutes in line before they make you come inside to wait 20 minutes again while they shuffle around like snails

I fill my prescriptions at Walgreens every single time. I have done this for years. I have surgery tomorrow morning at 8:30 AM, and I forgot to fill a prescription at my local Walgreens that is needed for my surgery at 8:30 in the morning. I am out of town with my son, so I stopped at a Walgreens on the way to get it filled. My local Walgreens will be closed by the time I get home. They would not fill my prescription for me because there was no address written on the prescription by the doctor. I will never fill my prescriptions with Walgreens again. This is extremely inconvenient and absolutely ridiculous. I am not chancing going into surgery in the morning without my medication.

Had them put me on hold multiple times to hang up the day I was trying to figure out why they canceled my prescription then they were closed days after that then it was just as hard to get a new one cause they canceled then said it wasn’t there. So then they said this time that I can get it over the counter and even if that is true my insurance makes medicine cheap and that’s what I prefer I’m gonna switch to a different pharmacy soon.

The guy at the window was REALLY mean and rude. He hollered at me when I asked a question about my prescription. He looked as though he had a permanent scowl glued to his face. There was not evena drop of kindness in his tone. The ONLY reason they have 3 stars is because another service rep came to the window and he WAS kind.

Everyone needs to stop going to this location so then MAYBE they will start to care about how the pharmacy is run. They are always rude as hell, refuse to answer the phone (will literally pick up and put me on hold 100 times), and it seems like there is always a new complication every time I go. The customer service is HORRIBLE. The ONLY good thing is that they are 24 hours but you would only need that in an emergency. After today I will never go back to them.

This Walgreens is always slow and quite often doesn’t have the meds. The notices telling me when to pick up prescriptions were a waste of my time! I was told at the drive up that they don’t keep a lot of medications on hand and I would need to come back. This was for an anti-inflammatory not a narcotic!

Not only were they unable to honor my vaccination appointment because they didn't have any, the pharmacy tech didn't feel the need to offer assistance getting it from another location; merely acted like it was my fault. Most frightening of all, I overheard the store manager mention that he had already TAKEN 2 PAINKILLERS (8:15am!) I imagine he didn't take a cab to work.

The absolute worst. I would give no stars if I could. The machine has better costumer service than the people. 23 minutes on hold just to see if they have a medication in stock is ridiculous. This is not a one time occurrence neither. It is like this everytime.

Dropped prescription for son's seizure meds and explained to the gentleman working the drive thru that he was out of meds and I needed as soon as possible. Also showed single care price of $33. "No problem we can have it ready in 1 1/2 hrs. Is it ok if we text you?" Of course and we drive around for two hrs and return only to be told that due to the price $1053.00 they couldn't fill without talking to us Duh! Isn't that why we gave a cell phone and agreed to txt msgs??? What happened to the single care price of $33?? They only had name brand no generic available ... get it togetherYour customer service sucks.I did get his prescription filled at Walmart for $40 bucks.

I see an Inordinate amount of very bad reviews. Perhaps I should begin with a good experience. There is a pharmacist at this location. He keeps his hair shaved. He is always pleasant and helpful. It doesn't matter what Walgreens is paying him it's not enough. Aside from that this is the worst store i have ever been to. Everyone else there is rude, sullen, and mean. One character at this location, a rather flamboyant person, decided to be mad because i walked in an area of the SALES FLOOR. I heard him mutter Our Lord's name in vain, although, not to my face, of course. The attitude is disgusting and that individual should be fired. I would be happy to speak face to face with this person and/or any other authority figures.

The pharmacy has gone downhill recently to the extent that I have changed to a different company. I’m sure there are some nice people there (especially the nurse) but they seem to be in the minority of late. Now it seems like the mean girls are in charge. Yesterday I filled my last prescription there. After being told the wait time would be about ten to fifteen minutes, I was there for almost two hours. At that point my pain was so bad that I was in tears. I’m 70 years old and don’t cry easily. It wasn’t just the pain, I was also humiliated at being treated like I was less than human maybe because I’m a chronic pain patient. I’m not sure why things have changed so much lately but after being a loyal patron of your store for at least 15 years, I won’t be back again.

Walgreens has gone to the dogs. So many customers are going up to the door and not knowing they are closed until they see that sign taped on the door saying that they will reopen at 1am…it is now 12:05am! This is the most unorganized drug store I have ever seen in my life! It is supposed to be opened for 24 hours but obviously corporate lets them run this store like they want to and that is to close the doors anytime they feel like it while people needing medication and supplies are waiting..and waiting..and waiting for them to decide to open back up! This has happened too many times to be a minor inconvenience. It is an annoyance by now and corporate needs to come check on their store to see why it is being so poorly run. Shut down or hire more workers!!

The worst pharmacy experience in town. It is impossible to get through to a pharmacy rep via the voice mail. I have sat on hold for as long as 25 minutes while simultaneously waiting for my son to actually drive there and go in person to see who could get faster service. The pharmacy lines inside are maddeningly long. Often times I’ll receive a text that my script is ready only to finally get to the window and am told there is a delay or that there is an insurance issue. Argghh. So i will call my insurance co to see what the problem is only to find out that Walgreens is filling the prescription incorrectly. This has happened at least 4 times now. They don’t care when they make mistakes. They don’t apologize. It doesn’t matter how many times you’ve had to return. Terrible service.

This store is TERRIBLE. Went to drive through to pick up some over the counter flu medicine. Staff would not sell via drive through "because we are pushing our app." So, I parked and tried to order through the app, but that product is not available for curbside delivery. Completely nuts. Make a contagious person with the flu come in to a atore and expose everyone else because Walgreens wants to push its app?

I went through the drive-through to try to get my prescription filled and it wasn’t ready which wasn’t a problem but I was going out of town so I just decided to call them and try to get my prescription transferred and the young lady’s attitude that answered the phone was absolutely ridiculous. She spoke to me in the rudest manner and hung up in my face after giving what she thought was the last bit of information that I needed. I am very disappointed in her customer service skills and Needless to say I will not be returning.

Pharmacy techs need to be educated more on injections. I was sold an insulin syringe to administer an intra-muscular injection. I would have gladly supplied the tech more information, but she asked what I would be needing it for, which would imply she is aware that not all syringes and needles are the same. They also had me pay for a prescription prior to supplying me with it due to the need to be mixed, which I understand... yet they didn’t have the ingredients to mix the medication. So, I had to wait an addition 10 minutes to be told they didn’t have the medicines then wait in line for a refund.

I'm on the phone with the pharmacy and they pick up and hang up ten times. And eventually disconnect the line. Never in my life experience dealt with the bad attitudes that comes from McGregor and airport pharmacy. .God will judge them according to their deeds .. you shall reap what you sow to people. Currently been contacting corperate each day since Saturday about how unprofessional. Rude and unsympathetic this staff here are. Only partially filling prescriptions and obviously not ordering enough meds to cover there customers scripts. Had to completely cancel a family trip for the holidays because of this place! One lady told me if I didn't like it to call 1800walgreens to complain. So since then I have been complaining each day! Now thanks to this pharmacy my insurance will not. Cover my meds again until the 20th of this month.

Okay, so this isn't the best Walgreens. Let me tell you how to make your life easy when dealing with the pharmacy. Order all your refills in the app. It will tell you when they're ready and give you the price. Then you can just go in or drive thru and grab them. If your doctor sends over a script electronically, it will show up in the app and you'll see when its ready and how much it costs and then just go get it. I haven't had a bad interaction with a pharmacist at this location EVER doing things this way for well over a year. They are short staffed and underpaid. Just make your life and theirs easier and order your rx's through the app and go pick them up when their ready.

I went to this place 12/28 and dropped off an RX with two meds on it. Four days later, no updates, it’s not on my account list, and I can’t get a human being on the phone. Finally I go back in person and they find the RX.Later that evening, I go to pick the meds up once I get a text notifying me that they are ready. I wait in line 20-30 minutes. I give them the necessary info to find my scripts. They find one, but eventually ask me to hold on as they have “misplaced” the other.25 minutes later, they still haven’t found it, the line is now wrapped around the back of the building and they tell me that they are going to have to have the Loop store fill it for me.I get to the Loop store and they don’t know what I’m talking about. Lady does some digging, and finally says that it’s at the three notch location.The worst sort of incompetence.
