I have had good shopping experiences here. One such visit was March 2024 to get some baby back ribs and sausage. The staff member at the Butcher Counter was very helpful and professional. Got what I needed very quickly and was on my way around the rest of the store. Will shop here again.

A very colorful clean market with a nice salad bar and fast service. However, I came for organic products and did not find what I was looking for. Most products have a huge amount of sugar and do not lean towards being so natural. I love the sushi bar here. The sushi chef is a real artist.

I usually have great experiences with Fresh Market. However, I showed up when the store opened for the Saturday special on crab legs. I was told they were sold out. So, NO crab legs were sold at the special advertised price (and no rain checks!) I feel this was either poor planning and/or bad advertising.

Actually really good stop. However management was quite rude! I had an issue with fraud at that place. Cindy I think what's her name or Susan.... she had mermaid hair talking down to me as if I work for her LOL. Honestly will never be back because of her

Good selection of things you can't find in big box stores, I love coming in and finding something like that. Good selection of beers and I like their sushi bowls, everything that and the selection of cold brews and teas. Yes it can get expensive but remember most of these things you can't get at Walmart or Target or anywhere else for that matter

I've been in this store 5+ times in the past couple months, different days, different times and EVERY single time it takes at least 10 minutes to be acknowledged by anyone at the deli. I don't like to leave bad reviews but today was the final straw. Stood in front of the deli meat/cheese for 15 minutes while 1 employee helped everyone but me, even people that just walked up.If you want good service, go somewhere else.

This is a good grocery store. I really like good fruit and vegetables that are important to me so I like their big good produce section. They also have really good bakery items and meat items. They also have lots of fresh made food for take out. It can be a bit expensive but is a good store with nice staff.

James K in the meat department has poor horrible customer service.He over looks customers while they’re waiting to be served.He doesn’t say hello this happens all the time. I truly stop buying my steaks out of there due to his lack of professionalism.He has no friendly personally with customers just only with the ones he knows. I’ve witnessed him James K extend his courtesy to only the ones he knows sad but true.James K really truly needs to learn how to be consistent with each & every paying customer.Never ever will I continue patronizing to Fresh Market in Mobile Al meat department. HORRIBLE POOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE

The best, freshest produce. A HUGE selection of cheese. The meat is outstanding. You can get a sirloin or London Broil for the same price as you can at Walmart, but the quality is exponentially better at Fresh Market. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

This was my husband and I first experience in this store. The meat counter guy wasn’t friendly. The ladies at the deli counter wasn’t friendly besides the smaller older lady… she was nice but since this was our first time in here we didn’t know how the deli food was priced and my husband was asking questions and the other deli women thought he was giving the lady serving the food a hard time and was very rude to him and he was being so sweet. The whole atmosphere was off and felt like we were walking on eggshells. We won’t be back. I was very disappointed because we were so excited to come in here.

I really like this store, it is very similar to some of the food stores on The West Coast. Everything looks top notch. My husband had wanted to check this place out for awhile, we saw the adds on Facebook and heard them on the radio for awhile. No crowds like the larger supermarkets, no waits in line. I did not need to buy very much, but I filled up one of those small carts, top and bottom. I like that the produce section does not stink like the produce sections at Whole Foods. Awesome meat selection. Not very much frozen food to chose from, but I came to check out the salad bar, meats, and cheeses. I got two gallons of milk for about what I would pay anywhere else, no $9 gallons of milk. Seeing the flowers when you enter is a nice touch, makes us ladies happy. I will probably come here again.

This is the best grocery store ever! Wonderful selections for any taste buds, quaint, personalized, super friendly staff, great gifts selections, beautiful flowers, top notch meats and always fresh! My favorites are the shrimp salad with celery and the artichoke salad with olives! Yummy, I love it here! <3

Out of all the grocery stores in Mobile this is Top 3, the variety of products is vast and surprising. The quality of fresh foods are top quality. The staff is just a pleasure, not fake nice, they can hold a conversation which is almost astonishing these days. The prices are what you expect for high quality fresh food, but if you shop the deals, it becomes a bargain. Will continue to shop here.

My wife and I have been using the Fresh Market since they arrived in Mobile. We have never had a bad experience. The bakery does a fantastic job on custom cakes provided you give them enough time to do it right. 1 day is not usually enough time there or any of the other bakery's in Mobile. Their fruit and vegetables are always fresh. I do not buy all of our groceries there but I do buy all of the baking items there. To top all of this off, their personnel are always courteous, helpful and friendly.

I love this store cuz you can get a different variety of produce all the time it's just quite pricey for me.the meat counter has a beautiful-looking me I mean just so scrumptious and delicious looking but like I said it is expensive. If you were less expensive I would shop there more often, but I can't afford those. However I absolutely love their Orzo Salad!
