Brand new store, well stocked, super friendly employees. I prefer shopping here versus the big box home repair stores. Easier to find what you need. Tons of air conditioner filters in assorted sizes.

I went in looking for screws that didn't come with a dolly I ordered, although the screws were supposed to be included. Anyway, the sweetest older gentleman help me find all the right screws and took his time making sure I got the right ones and amount I needed. Great customer service!

I much rather spend my money here and drive a little bit further than shopping at any of the big box store’s that mobile has to offer. I called them and asked them if they had a certain grill in stock, they quickly searched for it on the sales floor and told me they had one available. I drove over to them and was met at the door by one of there associates and he asked me what I needed help with. I told him that I was the one that called about the grill and him and another associate help me get my Traeger Pro 780 and all of the accessories that I asked for in less than 10 minutes I was on my way. Everyone at the store is kind and helpful. I had a small problem with the folding shelf being damaged during shipping, I called them when I got home a realized that it was damaged and they were quick to say come on back by and we will change it out for you. I really appreciate the way your team handled everything and will make sure you are my main stop for now on. Thanks for all of the help.

This is such a nice hardware store! My husband absolutely loves coming here and everyone is always so friendly and helpful! Whenever he needs help finding something or loading something up, the associates are more than happy to help! We will definitely keep coming here!

Locally owned and operated! I had a return from another store and was told they could accept it, but an older gentleman helped me chose the right size I needed and I did and exchange . It cost me a few dollars more but, his knowledge I received was worth it. Thank you Sir

I have loved this store since I was little, shopping with my grandmother. They have a great selection of plants. Staff very helpful and treat customers well. They also sell a variety of items for crafts, home improvement and outdoors.

Dont bother asking for a legible receipt worker's are incompetent. One register printed a faded receipt and all 5 employees said that was normal. When I came back the next 3 time I asked them to use the other register and printed like new. The customer is always right. No good customer service at this place.

I bought a Weber grill on or about August 21st 2014. After using the grilll twice with no problems I got ready to crank it up for Labor day weekend. To my disapointment I smelled gas. After checking further into it I could feel gas coming out from between the part that screws into the tank and the modulator valve. I contacted the store manager and he refered me to Weber. I wasn't shopping at a big box type storebut I went from a customer to a number at the first sign of trouble. Good luck with your store if you treat all your customers with the same lack of customer service that I received. No other options were offered to me. Ace hardware "Home of the helpful hardware man". Not at this location!!!!!!!
