If I could give zero stars I would. I came in at 9:21am and the black lady at the front door refused to let me take my 4 year old to the bathroom even though I showed her that I was a member. She said it was for “plus” only and she couldn’t let us in. It’s mind blowing that I pay for a membership yet my child couldn’t simply use the bathroom (we were on the road and genuinely had no intentions on buying anything). Nonetheless, my membership will be canceled.

Prices were good. Some things are cheaper at Aldi but overall good prices. The lady checking us out was very nice. The pizza was good. The rotisserie chicken is good and a great price. They also have a good selection of wines.

I've been in the location twice and each time the reason for my visit was to get free water from the back. That said, I must say that no other department store meets that abundant giddiness we all know best from our childhoods. It took all the discipline I possess to resist exploring. This is a truly aesthetically spectacle to me and maybe one day I'll induldge. Clean, inviting, and exciting!

Customer service is good, the check out lines can be the longest, but in total fairness they are always hustling to get people done and they are friendly. Always stocked and don't have a problem finding items. Clean Store and the snack bar has great deals just needs staff with more friendly attitude like the store cashiers, Thanks Sams for making shopping easy!!

Pickup has gone down hill! Waited for over half an hour after my scheduled time. Only saw one person going back and forth to cars. Tried calling store and phone would just ring with no answer. Repetitively called with zero answer. Management needs to step up b

I have updated my review to address customer service in regards to curbside pickup. THEY ARE CONSISTENTLY HORRIBLE. It too the point 50/50 that they have enough people working to get the items ready for pickup. The same odds that everything you ordered that showed in stock online is in the order when you arrive they don't tell you they were out of something they just load the car and the app doesn't update with that information either. Then the is the wait when you do get there I just walk in the store that way if my order is short I address it there so that I'm not charged for something I didn't get.Best to get there early in the morning the meat department is likely to run out especially during advertised sales weekends a crowded

The fact that I drive an hour for my tires because this location is just horrible. The workers ALWAYS have attitudes and even the new employees have ATTITUDES. For NO REASON.The tire department is the worse. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NOBODY to do business within the tire section here.I’ve had my car for 7 years and I let NOBODY but Sams do my tires. I just found out that they been ripping my nuts from my tires and they are making me replace them. Little do they know I work on cars so….On top of when I was getting my car serviced they lost 2 of my lub nuts and guess what…they still Made me replace them. I love sams but they just need to shut the WHOLE tire section down.And the lady who works for them told me my nuts are scatched cause I hit curbs WHEN, if I do hit a curb my lub nuts are hidden because of my rims 🤣🤣🤣 just fire the whole department cause be fr

Love shopping at Sam club you get the biggest rotisserie chicken and it's delicious plus their paper towels are reasonable ❤️❤️❤️

Of course the deli was great as usual. Polish dogs were 99 cents and frozen yogurt was 99 cents and I got a slice of pizza. I'm not disappointed there. They had everything that I was looking for. The fruit was fresh as usual. I will definitely be coming back. I just wish they had a bigger size variety on their clothing. They're cut kind of small.

Is it store policy to ask for and check store cards as we walk in? Because if so, why were we the only ones asked if we had a store card and no one else walking in after us or before us were??And if it’s not store policy to do so, then why were we asked?Our visit was in the early morning of Saturday, January 20, 2024.

Purchased the Lee hooded jacket and wore once, washed once purchased on 10/29/2023. It's torn on most all the seams. Sams club refused return. It's obviously defected. We are not hard on clothes. If it were caught on something and we ripped it , I would not be making this review. It ripped on the seams. Shame on you Estiban (manager)at Mobile. AL Sam's club.

If you’re considering getting a membership here… Don’t waste your time. Just go with Costco.I’m guessing it’s a management issue. Hardly ever greeters at the door anymore, the lady that checks receipts is always on her phone FaceTiming/talking to someone, the back where the drinks are smells like a sewer, the lady working the cafe in the afternoon is rude and they’re always out of hotdogs, ice cream… drink machines never work. Water vending machine is normally broken. Vegetables and fruits look like they’ve gone bad half the time. The pallets are scattered all through the aisles, the wrapping just left on the ground waiting for someone to slip on it. The staff is rude on top of it. Shopping carts are all over the parking lot despite seeing a group of 3-4 workers just standing around outside doing nothing. Assuming they were cart collectors as they had on the reflective vests. And the bathrooms are disgusting. Never clean, always smell awful. Frequently out of toilet paper. I shop here about once a week, so this review is coming after multiple, multiple incidents and visits.Also got my tires replaced here not too long ago. Was waiting in my husbands car, parked next to mine. He texts me that they can’t find my keys. Sure enough, I see two people walk out to my car and find that they left the keys in there All. Day. Long. Car could’ve been stolen. Did they tell him where they left them? Of course not. Claimed they were left in the workshop. I was infuriated.Was a nice shopping experience about a year ago - sad to see how fast it’s gonna downhill.

Cafe is awful they literally had nothing available practically and they are incapable of answering the phone and if they do they will answer one moment and then proceed to put you on hold of some sorts then hang up unprofessional.

Cafe never has ice cream in stock. All summer. Then one day I finally can order on the app and the desk person tells me it's out of stock after I stood there for 10 min wondering. This club sucks. Costco doesn't have this problem.

Need to hire more buggy boys. Had to reorganize buggy corral just to keep the drive lane clear. Scan and go is nice, but having to wait in line to have my cart scanned again is a nuisance.

👏Kudos!! As you can see, SAMS employee wiping down Carts before handing them to customers.👍It was medium crowded and the people kept their distance, which is surprising giving the number of people in there. The lines were long but they moved pretty quick. They had 2 Associates managing the lines, which help it to move efficiently and quickly. Luv SAMS!

I love Sam’s Club. The ONLY issue I have is that there is never parking in pickup because people park there to go into the store. Something has to be done about this. I waited for a pickup spot for 20 minutes today, meanwhile cars are parked in the spots with nobody in them. This happens every single time I go to pickup and it’s so frustrating.

Ordered food, great deals there, but a whole pizza was going to be 45 minute wait. No mustard for hotdog? This is a place where this stuff is sold, right. Why can I buy bread at Walmart cheaper than here? Paid for a membership where food is actually more. IDK. I did get a good deal on gas though.

Poor customer service. Drove an hour to buy a computer after spending 40 minutes on the phone to see if it was in stock. Ask for assistance at the front door after about fifteen minutes a manager came by and said an associate was on their way. I noticed a different computer I was interested in. The associate arrived and I asked her if that computer was in stock. She said you can take a slip with the information and find a manager and they can check for you. She then pointed at a manager near the back of the store. I asked her why she couldn’t find the manager? She said I can’t unlock the the computers, I told her I understood that but she could at least do her job and find the manager. I told her I would handle it myself if she was that lazy. As I walked away toward the back of the store to find a manager I told her I would discuss her behavior with the manager as well if I located one. She continued to follow me and said she would do it, I told her it was too late for that. I approached the manager and had to holler for her because she was walking away at a fast pace. After getting her attention I told her the situation as I handed her the slip. She immediately defended the employees actions. The first manager from earlier approached me and made excuses and defending her actions as well. I told her I didn’t care to hear her excuses and she looked at me as if she could jump through me and seem to get mad, guess she wasn’t use to being called out for her lack of management skills. I know why the customer service is an issue there. They are not held accountable. It’s a management problem plain and simple!
