This is a very good grocery store. I like their fresh fruits and vegetables! So glad they have bluberries from Wish Farms in Florida since I used to live near their and enjoy that brand so much! They also have a nice deli and bakery. They have a huge selection of adults beverages for decent prices. The store seems clean and we'll organized and check out is reasonable.

Store is always clean and good prices. Meat never looks spoiled. But the employees go above and beyond. My sister had a scare yesterday and passed out in the checkout line. I was terrified but the employees didn’t leave our side. Got her a cart to get to the car and a buggy boy helped her in the car. Their compassion in that moment means everything to me.

Everything was fine until we got to checkout. Gregory, the cashier was not only extremely slow, he was careless when bagging the groceries. He busted the bottle of browning seasoning and it spilled all over the other products in the bag and was nearly empty by the time I got home.

I have had sushi from all the grocery stores and this one is the freshest. He literally makes it right in front of you so you know it is super fresh. They have a high volume of sushi sales so you KNOW you are not getting something that hasn’t just been sitting. Great deal for the price!

Full disclosure: Holiday weekend...restroom needed a little care. Sales floor was bright and clean. Wide selection of items. Unfortunately did not find what I needed, but...holiday weekend. Absolutely love the jellybean and m&m options!

Was in the store this afternoon and pick up a hot meal from the deli and got the chicken Alfredo pasta and general tao chicken and was impressed by it so keep it on the hot bar and I will buy it by the pound because it's very good👌☕️♥️

Love all the selection of Cajun food! The bread and deli are fantastic too! My only advise: hire or train more polite sales associate (ours looked so disinterested when checking us out to the point I felt I am bothering him). People love Publix because of customer service/mood.

Neeed an item prepared fairly quickly. Angela, in the Deli Department made it happen. She was pleasant, courteous, and smiled during the entire process. My platter was beautifully presented & was ready on time.

Cool store but why are there so many flies and gnats? Management needs to do something about this. The store brand jalapeño cream cheese is horrible. Why put old pickled jalapeños instead of fresh jalapeño? Cream cheese is supposed to be light and refreshing.

Not happy today. Buying Bluebell ice cream and have to set up account to use coupon. Too time consuming, holding up line. I didn't do it. Don't want any more emails. You are taking all the joy out of shopping here! No egg rolls, no chicken thighs that are on sale

This place is ALWAYS well stocked. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. They also carry some very unique brands out of N. O. There various hot bars look good, but I haven't tried anything yet. They also have an app where you can have your things delivered. Great place overall.

I enjoy coming here. It has pretty good variety. Parking can be tough though. I am not able to find many loose flowers to make bouquets and when I order a birthday cake. It is only in vanilla and they may not be able to decorate it beyond things like flowers. The employees are helpful and it is clean.

Store is always clean and staffed well to get you in and out. Great sales and usually keep a good stock of the items before the sales end. They're the only grocery store I shop at, that has double ad day too! The parking lot can be a hassle during peak hour.

Food I picked up for Thanksgiving was not good 10lbs Turkey, dressing horrible like oatmeal. Cassoride beans terrible, we only ate a little of the Turkey and roll the rest trashed $89.00 plus tax . I had to fix more food. If I wanted my granddaughter I would have went to Huntsville and got her which just started cooking My guest left without a Thanksgiving meal.

I needed to reprint a money order because i had written in the wrong info. Had to go back 2 days in a row because she couldnt get a hold of anyone at corporate the day before. She was super helpful and informative on how the process needed to happen. I do believe she said her name was Haley. She saved me this week for sure! Great customer service 👏

The sushi area is very well maintained and helpful. Be wary of buying fruit, cashiers have a habit of trying to overcharge you constantly on them. You have to go to customer service to get it fixed everytime. Just go to Publix for your fruit instead. Lines move relatively fast.

New and chock full of awesome.The deli has a good selection, and the soup and salad bar was clean and everything looked fresh. Sushi bar was fully stocked, olive bar looked great, more cheeses than I could count. Specialty meats looked great, plenty of fresh seafood. Great wine and beer selection. Even a cigar humidor. Definitely outshines the other Rouses in Mobile.

Rouses always has all kinds of good food. I love everything they make in house from savory fried chicken to some of the best cakes ever. Their choices of fresh vegetables are varied and the many choices of fresh meats, seafood and Cajun specialty items will fill all your food cravings. It's the only place I shop.

Nice and very helpful lady at the sushi counter. Decent salad bar, reasonably priced as compared to other pickup options, and you get to choose your ingredients. No cashier present to check out with salad bar items, so had to go all the way to the front checkout lanes. Dining area was deserted. We ate and continued our little shopping adventure up and down the sidewalk at this updated shopping center.

They had so many great sales that I was able to get 40 meals for two people for a little less than 100.00. The employees were very helpful in finding or reaching what we needed. The cashier was super nice to us ( we are both disabled). Thank you Rouses for such a great shopping experience.

I was so delighted when this family owned grocery store from Louisiana decided to expand to Alabama. I have known the Rouse family for decades and appreciate the products that they offer. This is a great addition to the community. They are one of the only places that carry Johnny's Salad Dressing and a full selection of Paul Prodhomme's Spices. Service is great at this store.

This is the store I always go since they opened couple of years ago. I like the atmosphere of the store and the employees are usually nice and friendly. I know the time is difficult for everyone these days because of this unpleasant COVID situation, but we are all in this together and should help each other out. I went there on Thursday (yesterday) and spent almost $600.00. The cashier’s name was Teri, she was a older lady and I believe she didn’t like the fact that I had an accent.( I’m an immigrant from Middle East). This is so sad that we don’t treat people fairly because they have different accents, nationalities, races and …., in 21 century we supposed to be more open minded and realistic, there is only one race and that’s human race. I pray for her to find peace and love in her heart.

First time in a Rouses. Very different than what I'm used to. Much more cleaner than WM. WM no longer cheap anymore so prices aren't that different. Really came in to look, so didn't come with list to buy anything. It was nice.
