All the dressing rooms were “closed see associate.” I walked to the counter and I said“Excuse me, would it be possible to get a fitting room opened?” She replied “Well good morning.” (aggressive tone) I said “I said good morning (thinking I did) she replied “no you didn’t you said excuse me could you get a fitting room” I said “okay well I’m sorry good morning can I get a fitting room and she said the other girl will let you in and walked off I shook my head and said under my breath wow really… ……..OKKKN SOOO After shopping I realized I didn’t have my keys when I got to my car, I went back into Ross and ask this same cashier, if someone turned a set of keys in by chance, she said “no” didn’t look anywhere nor ask any other employees nothing just got back playing on her phone.. after 30 mins of searching the store by myself I asked the same associate id she would please make an announcement if anyone seen them and or to be on look out for them, 20 mins goes by she didn’t make it I asked her again and she didn’t make it along with being rude I asked her to check with the other associates to see if someone had turned them in maybe someone did and another associate just hadn’t communicated it maybe or something.. and she she didn’t she was not helpful…After an hour of me searching everywhere by myself I found another associate that was stocking and I asked her to please make the announcement i had already asked the up front staff 2 times and they hadn’t please help me and she stopped stocking walked up front and made the announcement, she also helped me look for a few mins. I knew I had searched this whole store, my vehicle, parking lot, and all the buggies so I knew they were there some where….several associates just watched me search for them by myself distraught for over an hour, it’s Christmas Eve.. and not one employee offered or helped me look other than the stocking lady when I asked her….Another shopper came to me and said she heard the announcement and she wanted to help me search for them. My husband also made it to come help…1hour and 45mins now of me, her, and my husband all searching we finally give up and as soon as I went to leave …THE SAME “ good morning, unhelpful ,rude associate” says to me “did you check the buggies” (knowing she watched me search them like 15 mins prior, I pulled and looked in all them but I just told her yeah I did and she went to the first buggy and said your keys are right here! I am beside her during this discovery” when she finds them and I couldn’t and didn’t see them to the point I turn around to leave and I’m not sure how she even saw them but she did… she pulls them out the buggy and they are there in the front little part and she grabs my keys and she is holding them back from me almost like it’s a reward or something and says well merry Christmas u best be glad blah blah.. I grabbed my keys at this point said thank you very much and I just checked all those buggies (twice) and my keys were not in that buggy, she said “no the manager had that buggy this hole time and she just put it there”….I didn’t even make it to the parking lot before I realized I didn’t have my keys and from the time I left my buggy to maybe 7 steps out the front door I just can’t even…I WILL NEVER BE BACK!

Katie (cashier) decided she would finishes up with her current customer, logged out of the computer, and proceeded to walk over and talk to her friends who had just came in the store. While I stood there waiting. Professionalism is not being taught to these young adults. Wearing a crop top to work is unprofessional at this place of work.

Store hours posted on the front door showed 11pm as closing time but we were rushed out at 10pm due to them being short of staff. There was only 3 customers in the store and a couple was turned away that was coming in to shop. Ridiculous and just an excuse to leave early.

This Ross is in a great location right off of the highway and was easy to find. There was plenty of parking when I got there.The store seemed to be fairly clean and organized.The staff was not friendly or helpful at all. I had went to home goods that was next door. I bought my husband a cup for Father's Day, a gift bag and card. I also purchased some coffee syrups. (I had the bag tied closed) I had my ten month old daughter in the front, my wallet and keys. In the back of the basket was the bag from Homewood and her backpack. I've been having some trouble with my wrist, so I had my brace on. I went in to Ross to see if there was anything else. I wanted to get my husband for Father's Day and check for other coffee syrups. There was a lady at the front who Was doing "security" She saw my hurt hand and all the items that I had In the basket...She told me that I had to change baskets because I couldn't advertise for another company?! 🙄 really? How is an old faded homegoods basket really going to hurt anything? It's not!! the baskets were the exact same size. It was not going to hurt anything at all. Once I was done at Ross I was headed back to where I parked in front of home goods. I feel like she just wanted to inconvenience me. Anyone who Has children understand what it's like to carry them around. I just changed baskets.I didn't really find anything, just one coffee syrup. I went and checked out so that I could leave. The longer I was in there the more I thought about how ridiculous it was. There was a cashier behind the counter checking me out, and then another cashier leaning over the you're talking her. They were talking about their weekend plans and the other girl was talking about how she was ready to take her fake eyelashes off because they were itching.You can't take the ross baskets out of the store and of course, the home goods basket was not there anymore. I actually had to carry everything including my daughter all the way to the car with my hurt hand.Overall the staff is not friendly or accommodating. The store really didn't have anything in it good... As always if you found this review helpful, please give me a thumbs up 👍 Thank you!

The store is organized well and is fairly clean. This is a discount store, so you may see name brand items in there or their knockoffs/imitations or cheaper versions. Sometimes you can find good deals on things, other times you're going to be paying just as much as you would in a department store. So it's kind of a hit or miss type of store. Employees seem to be friendly. Never had a problem with returning an item. Just make sure you hang on to tags and the receipt, you shouldn't have any problems.Update: Nothing's changed the last time I reviewed this store. I did notice how they tend to their dressing room. They have you hang all garments on a rack. Rack states that you are only allowed to enter the dressing room with 8 garments total. The dressing room attendant, counts the garments that you are wanting to try on and hands you a number representing how many garments you are entering with. When you exit the dressing room, they ask if you are not wanting any of the garments, which they will take from you and hang on a return rack. And you just take what you want to complete your purchase or continue shopping.

I wanted to try on a couple of piece of clothes and one of the employees I think her name is Bianca had a nasty attitude. I think the hiring manger need to pick their employees wisely. I am very disappointed with the way the staff is set up . -0/10 wouldn’t recommend this location at all !!

I love this place they have great clothes and shoes for a great price and a little bit of everything such as things from decorating your home to cooking utensils to things out doors and even thing for maybe your office with great price on everything

I had looked everywhere for a cute,casual dress for my daughter (for a summer event). Found the perfect outfit here! They had an assortment of cute dresses and shoes. Besides, the prices here are the best. They carry a little of everything and have pantry items, too.

This is a good store for getting clothing, gifts and some home decor. Men, women and kids can get clothes here for a decent price. Staff seems nice and helpful as needed. The store feels clean and safe which is good now.

The customer service was excellent, I found everything I wanted, and did a very painless exchange, even without the receipt! I was so disappointed when I got home that my new jade face roller was broken in half inside the package so I have to figure that one out but that's not anyone's fault at the store. That's the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars

This place needs a new buyer. They never have the products you need and the products most other Ross locations have they are really lacking. Plus whoever they hired as the buyer for this location simply doesn’t have an idea on who their client is because the merchandise is so all over the place. Quite literally as well they need some serious organizational tips. Oh and double check the merchandise is not broken or torn most of the things I would consider buying are chipped, torn, etc. But if you enjoy a good scavenger hunt I guess you will like this location.

I was not satisfied with the cashier there her name was Sherri. I took a pair of shoes back I bought for my son trying to exchange for a smaller size I didn’t have my Receipt so the manger was trying to find it for me. But while waiting I over heard her tell another employee there oh she don’t know what she’s talking about as if I was lying about buying the shoes. When I clearly told them everything I bought that day I have a great memory and I damn surely don’t steal. I reported her to the corporate office hopefully they take care of this problem because I shop there all the time.

The line is always long af, the people that are actually working seem over worked, while others just stand around, talk and laugh. It's a busy time of year. Y'all need all hands on deck at those registers. I also work in retail so I understand how hectic it gets! You're better off hopping on a register to get people out the door instead of having them stand around waiting!! I've had to leave merchandise behind at least 3x because I didn't have 20 whole minutes to wait in the slow moving line, and I'm not even coming in during peak hours!!!!!!! Get a new store manager, give folks a raise, something. Morale at this location is garbage.

The girl up front wouldn’t let me push my cart outside to my car, so I was stuck carrying my very heavy items by myself. That was definitely the last time I’ll ever shop at a Ross.

Great prices but terrible service. NEVER enough cashiers. Maybe that's why their prices are low? More than once I've put my items back and left. I saw a woman do that tonight! I've been there at 11:00 mid week, evenings and weekends. And shopping for Christmas? Forget it. Lines are unbelievable. Expensive real estate for loss of profit.

Yesterday was my first visit to a Ross store and I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 hour shopping tour. I was impressed by the enthusiastic employees and the organized, neatness of the store on Schillinger Road. I will be shopping there more frequently from now on. Thank you for all you do in the store!
