Nice example of a Publix super market. Good selections on everything. Very close to the University of South Alabama, and USA even has a shuttle here on the weekends. The energy drink section has so many choices, even a 300 mg caffeine coffee drink by Black Rifle Coffee Co. Great place for all of your grocery needs.

Shopping is truly a pleasure. At checkout the gentleman bagging went above and beyond to help me get my items in my backpack since I ride a bike. You don't get help like that other places these days. Very friendly too. I walked out happy.

I received my kids cakes today and let me tell you… they were decorated terribly. They tasted great. I’ll post the stock photo for the unicorn cake. I plan on coming up there tomorrow to show the bakery.

Nice clean, fully stocked grocery store. Good, diverse variety of foods and products. Great deli, meat dept, fresh produce, and more. I love a good soup and salad bar. I also like nice and clean food bars with fresh foods. This store did not disappoint.

I'm in Mobile on business temporarily. Normally I go to Walmart because it's less expensive. Last night I decided I wanted a public sub, so I ordered it for pickup at 9:00 a.m. I get to the deli counter at 9:00 a.m. and my sandwich is not ready. Now I have to get in line, tell somebody I placed an online order and wait for them to make it. This dude was behind me in line, ordered three subs and got them faster than the one I ordered last night. Usually at Walmart. I'll spend between 80 and $90 a week. My trip to Publix was $125 for basically the same items. I had to stand at the deli counter for 15 minutes and this happens probably half the time I order something online...

We've been shopping and sending our friends to this location since they opened but now we do recommend everyone one to not go to this store because of a racist deal with my wife this week by one of the meets department, the associate female was not happy to serve my wife because my wife waring scarve on her head so this associate ignored my wife many times when my wife tried to get help on the lamb meet so when this associate brought the meet she didn't handed to my wife but she through it on the pork meet and left my wife surprised about the way and when my wife asked the associate whey she did this she told my wife to just take the meet and leave, we brought this incident to the assistant manager attention and he said he will check it on the camera and get with me, he didn't so I had to go to store after few days to check on that and I didn't find the manager then he called me after I left him a message with another manager and said he addressed the issue with the associate and she denied anything as the camera doesn't show clearly what's happened.We do recommend everyone to not go to this store specially from our community as this store staff doesn't respect our believes and discriminating between customers according to their looks.By the way the meet we bought is Bad and changed color after you open start smells nastySee the pictures

I was in this location multiple times as it has items that you know some Walmarts don't have or if Walmart does have it you know Publix has a better quality of it. Every time I go in the store I get followed by this gentleman who followed me out of the store basically running and was taking photos of my car and my tag so I stopped and I asked him was there a problem and he said that he saw me stealing I proceeded to get out of my car and show him the items that I purchased along with the receipt and I offered to let him search my vehicle now every time I go into the store this gentleman is not only following me but he is in my personal space I have never once stolen not one item not even a piece of bubblicious bubble gum I don't need to I have money to purchase whatever it is that I'm in there to purchase so I feel as though I'm being harassed profiled and other words that I can't even think of I would I would prefer to be able to say the public is a great store because other than that gentleman all the other people there are terrific with customer service this one gentleman who just seems to be a manager is what I'm assuming that he calls himself his messed it up for the whole store with me but I still proceed to go there and I will continue to go there but I record my interactions with this gentleman every time because not the last time at the time before last when I was in the restroom he still outside the bathroom door the entire time and that made me feel more than uncomfortable I don't know who to call to report him but you know I make sure that I have my recording device on me at all times

I did like this store, but all of you that follow me this store is in Mobile. As you all know I am a Fairhope person. Now I keep a open mind so I found this Publix store very nice, very clean and easy to get around, but I found the wine selection was very lacking.. I get so much better selection at Piggy Wiggly. Now for prices I found that both stores are about equal. Thanks for reading. Everyone have a great holiday thanks again...

I love this store and the people who work there. It's always clean, and the employees are always sweet and super helpful. They always have the specific food and litter I need for my cats. It's a great atmosphere, and I always feel safe shopping there. A+

Publix supermarket at Sunset Point has been a saving grace for our family since we moved to a small town in Alabama. Adjusting to the limited availability of certain items we're used to has been a challenge, but Publix came to our rescue.During a recent trip to Publix in Mobile, Alabama, my wife and I were thrilled to find some of the products we had been missing, like my son's beloved sushi and my favorite brand of yogurt. I absolutely love Publix because they always have fresh produce and crisp vegetables. They have a good selection of healthy natural foods but the price be too pricey while the unhealthy stuff be cheaper and on sale.

Publix has great sales on their store items. This is my third time going to a Publix and my first time at this one on Airport & University. I love their Recipes Cards, Sushi selections, Deli Section & Fruit Section. They have a good selection of juices and are 2 for $4.

Got dinner. There prepared food was very salty. Italian night. They did carry a 4 pack of stuffed cabbage which was near the sandwiches, it was great. Some of the cheese sticks and andunknown squares were over cooked and dry.I think what I had was lasagna by the way it was cut made me think of a deep dish pizza pie.The cost of 8.99 was high and most of the food was wet and heavy.

This Publix is what we have come to expect of the chain. Know me and competent staff, willing to sign the answers if they don't know the answer. Every staff member we came across asked if we were finding everything okay or if they could help us. The store is very clean and well stocked. Produce is fresh! This store clearly wants to be in the customer service industry.

A good portion of the employees at this store are rude and condescending. The deli workers specifically are the WORST! They seem to think laughing and talking amongst themselves is more important than giving good customer service to the customers. Avoid this store if you can.
