Port city pups is the absolute best place to take your dogs. We have an elderly pug who needs a lot of love and extra care, and they do a fantastic job with him! They have helped us at the last minute numerous times. Our dog always seems happy and he actually eats and doesn’t get scared at Port City Pups. We love this place! Would recommend to anyone for daycare or pet boarding!

Love this place! They are very accommodating, our dogs are very happy and well taken care of. They are careful with pups when the weather is hot (we lost a dog to heat stroke at another facility) and we feel completely at ease when we travel. They treat the pups like family and my dogs are exhausted when they leave, which is an absolute joy because they are both very high energy dogs. Their prices are unbeatable; reasonable but not suspiciously cheap. We love it here.

Just picked up my pup after an 8 day vacation, and I couldn't be happier with our experience at Port City Pups!! He had so much fun, and was just as happy as can be when I picked him up. No health or behavior problems gained, and his "progress report" was excellent! I'll never board him anywhere else but PCP again! ❤️

Just picked up my 4 month old chocolate lab Rufus and I am totally impressed! He had the best day with his brother and the staff was beyond kind and sweet to my little buddy. Your dog is in great hands at this place! We will be back!

We were in Mobile for a week and needed to get our Mini-Dachshund a bath and nails trimmed. Plus we wanted to go see the USS Alabama. Port City Pups worked great! We dropped Tucker off at 8:15 am and proceeded to go see the Alabama. We returned around noon and Port City Pups had him ready to go. Very clean facility. Very friendly staff! Port City has been such a blessing to me and my dog. The staff is personable and love my dog and my dog loves to be with them. The owners care and truly want the best for all customers. Day care and boarding experiences have been amazing and I trust my dog is always in the best of hands. I will recommend this spot to any dog owner in the area and so grateful I have been able to rely on them for the past 2 years!

My dog LOVES it here and they wear him out.UPDATE 2/16/24: My hubby asked to use their restroom, when dropping off our fur child. He said their facilities in the back were immaculate and pristine. He said you could tell they stayed on top of everything. If you are like me and worry about your fur child, this place will set your mind at ease.

I love Port City Pups for my two spunky pups! They are socialized with so many dogs that I never worry about taking them places. They are at home in their fur so to speak. They’re so tired after their day there but always want to go back!

We boarded our 2 dogs for 4 days. One came back with injuries to the hind legs as if it got tangled in barb wire and left unattended all night (imagine the trauma that the dog went through). The other dog came back with severe coughing. We spent $250 to treat them both at the vets for cough. Responses are absolutely irresponsible.

Thank you so much for taking great care of my fur baby! My reservation were last minute, but Dave was able to work something out for me. I had uploaded my paperwork online, but I was missing a few things and Dave was sweet enough to call my Vet to obtained the info. When I arrived to drop and pick up my dog, all the staffs were so nice and caring. Do not hesitate to leave your pets here, they will take great care of them!

I can’t express how grateful I am for Port City Pups. It was our first visit, and we kept our dogs there for almost a month. From Day 1, Archie and Brodie were treated like family. They went above and beyond to ensure their comfort, including sitting with them while they ate and walking my older dog to get him some exercise. They even took Christmas pictures! They clearly love animals and it shows in their work. On top of the amazing care, they’re family owned, military friendly, and affordable. What more could you ask for?!

We love Port City Pups! Bailey and her staff are incredibly friendly and we trust them completely with our pups. The location is convenient, clean, and we always know our dogs are well cared for while they are there. Our dogs always come home from daycare exhausted from playing all day. Most of the time they are snoring as we pull out of the parking lot. A+++

I boarded my dog for the weekend, and let me just say, I have never felt more at ease boarding my dog. The staff's communication is superb. The facility is clean and organized. They didn't seem overrun with dogs. They remembered exactly who I was when I picked up my dog after meeting me only once. They have a no aggression tolerance. Usually, I worry the whole weekend wondering if my dog is getting let out and if she able to socialize safely, but this was further than the case. Do not hesitate taking your pup here!

I am so excited for the Port City Pups opening! This is such an amazing addition that downtown mobile has been lacking for such a long time!! The owner has such a passion for pups of all kind that I can’t imagine trusting anyone more with my fur baby!! Having someone on site 24/7 also gives me a sense of ease that none of the other dog daycares in mobile have been able to provide for me!! The location and prices that Port City Pups are offering are honestly unbelievable! Can’t wait for my baby to be a regular!!

The people at Port City Pups are truly animal lovers. I needed to board my dog. My dog is difficult to work with, but they agreed to take him in anyway. They worked with him and he began to bond with one of the owners! I am so happy! Love Port City Pups and will definitely be back!

I was so grateful that Port City Pups was able to accomodate me as I was traveling with my greyhound and needed help with day care while I was visiting the city. They made it so simple and smooth to get her in for some play time and much needed time outside of the car. The service was impeccable from my phone calls to make sure they could take her until the time I picked her up. I couldn't be happier with the service.
