I try my best not to go to this store bc from the time you get out your car, you're being watched by the people who sits in front of the store. The store has a distinct odor to it. Depending on the security guard they try to follow you to make conversation. The cashiers are nice though.

Nice service good prices compared to winn dixie .Can't find these Takis for a dollar nowhere else and Minute Maid for $1.55 is a good price ; however there eggs are high.Overall experience pretty good

The cashier was rude. Young women who rung up my items, could not believe it. The woman was on her phone with ear plugs the whole time. She even turned her back to me before I even paid. THE CASHIER NEED MORE TRAINING.

This store needs some adjustments. The cashiers are rude and have a bad disposition , the worst attitude I have ever seen with people who work in public. The manager doesn't say a word to correct them.

My child had an early Doctor appt in the area. McDonald's across the street was real busy. So we stopped by. We found items my child wanted. We were in and out in a few minutes. The staff was real nice ! Thank you so much ! This time and day you do not get that type respect.

A bunch of colored, dysfunctional, uneducated dropouts of whom also may be Prichard residents throughout the store. I’ve had, well as witnessed several instances whereas the customer service is lacking tremendously with the employees here. Their attitudes be through the roof nasty. I’ve personally made a complaint to corporate about their DELI personal and 2 weeks later I come into the store of another issue with their deli employees. Spoke with Jacque whom seemed very uninterested and maybe bothered by my complaint. Sad to say, as someone whom lives nearby has to decide if they want to pay the soaring price of gas to travel back to the Spanish Fort store for customer service satisfaction.. Get some Caucasians in this store and they’ll turn it around.. Maybe not, it’s a store in the hood

the location is easy to find... great environment inside the grocery store... 6 feet apart for customer is the golden rule here.... ppe in full effect.... prices were most definitely moderate... excellent selections on produce and meats.... very clean and sanitized facility... and the associates there are very professional...

Cashier #7 is rude. No greeting, didn't double bag canned goods and wouldn't put bags in shopping cart. Why pay extra 10 percent for poor service and off brand products when service is much better elsewhere.

Typical hood grocery store, perhaps slightly above par, with the food that poor people eat. Thin-cut Mexican meat that inevitably ends up green and reduced for quick sale. Whatever you buy, eat it within two days. Don't let the prices fool you... After tax and an additional 10% fee, you'll be paying 20% more than the shelf price.

I've spoken to manager twice about those sanitation wipes bins at the entrance and the two on the meat aisle.Their are being used for trash cans and never have any wipes in them to wipe the basket handles just trash I'm going to stop shopping there.!!!!Who owns this store?????
