The lady who works there was VERY kind to me! I accidentally gave her an extra $20.00 bill, and I didn't realize it! She gave it back to me!🙌🏾 She even came out to the car to see my dogs and gave them a treat!!! The place is very neat and organized! I will continue to do business with them!

I called to see if they had horse hay round bale. Was told yes. Drove 23 miles one way and was informed someone bought the last 4 bales. When I called there was no indication of only having 4 left or I would have asked if can buy by phone and pick up. Lady said when you called we had 4. Should have told me that when I called. Poor service.

Every time I shop here, I feel welcomed to shop here. They almost always have everything I need for my dogs. The only time they haven't had what I needed, it was due to covid-19.Other than that, my experience here is always great. Prices are very reasonable as well, especially for their huge, nutritious bags of dog food that helps keep my dogs healthy while nursing their pups. They still get 5 stars from me!

They can get in my babies food, Taste of the Wild High Prairie dig food. And they are more affordable than their competitors. They also carried it out to my truck and loaded it up.

Unbelievable low prices on top of the line products. Customer service is A-1. On arrival I was greeted by Tucker (the dog). After just one visit, I have just became a committed customer. I will buy pet supplies here as long as I'm in Mobile or any of its surrounding areas. The dogs are going to love me for this❤

The oldfashioned service is great! I love all the great help with the various products. Well knowledged people doing a great service in prices and help with animal care. Under 30 for a 50lb bag of cat food is my favorite part. I tip these hard dock workers when i visit. Even if just a dollar or so, its appreciated im sure. Thanks phillips seed try not to change.

I drove by this place twice...it's kind of a hidden gem. They had what I needed and gave me detailed instructions on how to administer the medicine I purchased for my sick doggy.
