PLEASE READ TILL THE END BEFORE BRINGING ANY CAT HERE!!HORRIBLE experience with Banfield veterinarian. THE VETERINARIAN WOULD NOT TALK TO ME!!!!Brought my (front claws declawed) rescue cat here for tape worms and paid for service. Was called and told they refused service to my cat for bad behavior. When asking why I was told “your cat hissed and lunged at us and the veterinarian does not feel safe”. When asking if I could hold my cat during treatment they told me ”if we allow you in the back we can all be fired”.Next I was asked to COME IN THE BACK and get my cat out of the cage. Guessing NO ONE WAS FIRED for letting me in the back….THERE WAS BLOOD IN THE CAGE, BLOOD ON HIS CHIN, BLOOD ON HIS STOMACH AND BLOOD COVERING HIS BACK PAWS. They told me he BIT HIS TONGUE!!!! I showed the 2 ladies the blood on his back paws and asked “this is from biting his tongue”? They STATED “YES”!!!!!They completely cut one of his claws (in half) at the BLEEDING point assuming from slamming his paw in a cage door!!THEY MADE NO EFFORT TO TREAT THE WOUNDS THEY CAUSED AND IGNORED THE BLOOD!!!!!I ASK ANYONE READING THIS PLEASE THINK ABOUT THE PAIN YOU EXPERIENCE WHEN RIPPING A FINGERNAIL UP AND REALIZE HE HAD MULTIPLE BLEEDING REAR CLAWS AND THEY IGNORED THE BLOOD AND STATED HE BIT HIS TONGUE… THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANIMALS THEY ARE HERE FOR A EASY CHECK AND A EASY DAY!There is a RESPONSIBILITY with being a veterinarian and knowing how to HANDLE A CAT is ONE of them. REMEMBER HE HAS NO FRONT CLAWS AND NEVER BIT ANYONE….YET giving an animal back to its owner covered in blood from the wounds they cause is acceptable????I took my cat to another vet and had his worms treated with in a hour and the blood cleaned off of him..Advising everyone to seek a real veterinarian that has trained vet techs that work and not freak out when the tech doesn’t know how to handle a cat.This is the absolute first time I’ve ever had a problem with my cat at a vet and he’s the sweetest guy ever…I’ve got years of experience with Houston SPCA and Rita B Huff Humane Society and these workers hide from finding way to help an animal when it’s in distress and bleeding from the wounds that happened in their care . THEY COULD HAVE AT LEAST TREATED THE WOUNDS THEY CAUSED!!!!!!!!!!

I love PetSmart. I have my dog on a plan anything that's a problem all I have to do is call. The doctors are very knowledgeable, concerned if there is an issue. And my dog gets the best care! I never have to keep up with any shots or anything it's all taken care of.Shampoo and nail clippings too

There were some really cute pets here but there weren’t many and the ones that were there didn’t seem like they were being taken care of. Most of the workers were nice but one was really rude and you could tell the customers that she was helping were kind of agitated. The prices also went up really high and I would get it if that meant the quality went up but it hasn’t. Other than that, I really like this location so I don’t want to leave a bad review because it’s not too bad for a pet smart.

The staff was super nice and helpful. This was my baby’s first cut she’s a toy poodle. I asked for a full cut and this is what they gave her. My family and friends have poodles too and they let me know that is was a very bad cut. My baby has been super agitated since the cut. I am unhappy about this

The employees are awesome. My 2 mini schnauzers are loved there. Thank you guy's. Coupon's needed😁 for real tho. That's my only complaint. I've gotten 1 $10.00 on grooming probably a year ago. Can you hook a sista up? And the cashier that recently got married is the Bomb.com, ♥️ her

I called in to inquire about the 10 in 1 shot. I spoke with Rebecca from the clinic. She informed me that it wasn't available but can be ordered and I can drop my pup off. It would cost approximately $120 -$130 with pet plan and $150-$200 without. My friend (male) called and he was told they didn't carry it and he'd half to go to a different location. Well here's the problem, I speak proper and my friend does not. Why tell him to go to a different location because you don't carry it at all (lies)? I was on 3 way and couldn't believe my ears. The only reason we did the call is because he is a dog owner as well and informed me that it doesn't cost that much. In this day and age it's a shame that ppl are judged by the way they articulate themselves via a simple phone call.

Look, i love this store and the people working there are great, but they failed to inform me that their fish had ick. They had known about it for weeks apparently. I got a pleco and i didnt see white dots on it…almost my entire 20 gallon tank is wiped out. Im heartbroken and just want to warn anyone to ASK if you are going to buy fish or dont buy them at all.

Maggots in dry dog food, visible soon as item was opened. Returned and cashier tried to make me pay more money for exchanging. I drove 2 hours to replace this infested dog food! Not acceptable. Cashier explained that they had at least 3 other customers coming in with the same complaint. I will be looking for a different business to provide food to my dog from now on

Love their care and treatment of my puppy. And they also have a pet station outside for your pets to potty. I have my puppy on the puppy plan they offer. If you have a pet on the plan it breaks down the cost into payments. They are very thorough and well tell you exactly what they did. They will explain all the options to you and do it in a way that you understand. My puppy has been on the wellness plan for a year and half. The plan covers his exams every 6months.

I adopted a kitty there today and he is beautiful and wonderful and the two guys that helped me were so nice and they both love kitties. His name is Monsoon Isn't he precious. Always helpful and kind. Keeps you informed of what's going on with your furbaby. I go there for the vets, Banefield, and I've been to the grooming once or twice to get my dog's nails cut and by the time i paid for it they were done with him. Toys bought there don't last long so I buy his toys elsewhere.

Went there this morning March 12 2021 went in to look for snails I was greeted by an employee asking me if I needed help I asked about the snail and he pointed right at them at first I didn't even see them they looked like nothing but rocks they were dead or barely alive . If that's the case dont sell them better yet clean the tank out this same employee told me I could keep 6 mollies in a 3 gallon . He doesn't need to work there . You people need better people

Every time I go they have a long line and 1 cashier. Fun times.They don't carry much for heavy chewers either besides stuffed shin bones my dogs are sick of.Tired of buying them twisted bully sticks for moderate chewers for $25 (for 2) that they eat in 3 minutes. Even my little 35lb pocket bully smashes them in under 5 minutes. Bully sticks huh? Bully snacks. Don't know what kind of bully they are designed for. I have 3 of them (35lbs, 65lbs and 100lbs.) and they don't work for any of them.I travel and it's the same at every PetSmart.Hello Amazon. Goodbye PetSmart. Petco or Petland have better selections too. Stinks when I'm willing to spend a good amount of money but your selection is junk.
