Elaina is awesome!! She is super friendly and helpful, goes out of her way to make you feel at ease with leaving your baby with her. My Chloe ❤️ loves her and usually doesn't like most people so that is a bonus!! Gives the cut she tells you she is giving and does it in reasonable time even though she is usually alone.

Brittany was amazing with our dog. We've never taken him anywhere to be groomed, so I was a little worried. She was very nice and helpful and explained everything. We will definitely be back.

The salon is always very clean. Raven does a great job with our pup and is always very pleasant to work with. She does a great job explaining everything. We have been using Raven for years even after moving about 40 min from the salon.

I am able to have my big guys groomed by groomers who care. They greet them by name as soon as we walk into the salon. They ask for any new concerns, unusual problems, and if they need special services. I trust them to take very good care of my Senior boys.

Took our German Shepard in for a grooming. Basically it was her first and except for an issue with her nails she enjoyed it and didn't give to many problems. She will not let anyone touch her nails and can get a bit nippy if you insist. Great experience and great service.

Raven, the manager/groomer, was absolutely wonderful with Rose and with us. She put our dog-who has a bit of anxiety and sensitivity- at complete ease. I could tell when I picked her up...Rose was actually smiling and happy, not DYING to get out of the store. That is something she NEVER has done at Petsmart. It is evident that Petco and their grooming team cares, and that is what matters most. We will be returning to see Raven forevermore!!

My Senior boys are always treated with tender, loving care. Two of them are still pretty agile but I do have a very large boy, who is starting to show problems with his hips and legs. I had the option of having help getting them into my auto but, with my ramp, I was able to load them by myself. So thoughtful of everyone to care enough to ask.

Courtney is absolutely the best groomer that I have ever had. She understands my dog Sparky and avoids cutting his many warts and bumps that he has accummulated in his 13 years. He actually looks forward to seeing Courtney instead of fearing the groomer.

The ladies at Petco in McGowan Park in Mobile Alabama are EXCELLENT!!! All the groomers there go above and beyond!!! My dogs are a very important part of my family and I won't just leave them with anyone. I can really tell these young ladies love animals and treat them like they are their own.

Call the groomer and left a message for them to call me back and in the message I gave them my # twice and what kind of little dogs we have. Never got a call back from them. No more Petco for me. Just went elsewhere.
