My daughter and I had the best experience this evening! Mrs Rita an employee there was an angel. An absolute blessing in disguise! She helped my daughter get her pet bearded dragon. Showed us how to take of him/her and what to feed it. She made this experience for us one to remember! If you see this Mrs Rita thank you again! For putting the best smile on my child’s face. She has had many obstacles thrown her way here lately and seeing a glimmer of her personality come back was a true blessing. Thank you for making that happen for her and for me ❤️

Groomer did a fabulous job on my shih tshu puppy. The store associate was very thoughtful by giving first aid supplies. Puppy was very anxious. It was his first grooming.

This is a nice pet store. My cat likes to use their cat litter and I like getting refills out cat litter for decent price. They also have good food and toys and pet supplies. The staff is nice and helpful to care for your pets.

Went there for a leash for my daughter's dog (Peeka). Ended up getting the leash and 6 outfits for my dogs (Nyla)and( Layla). I got them on clearance. Little cute hoodies and shirts for when they get cold. Great customer service!

Went there for the first time a few weeks back. Won’t go back. Never have been there before and I’m legally blind so I have a lot of difficulty finding what I wanted. One of the workers came by and I asked for help. She said she’d be right back with me. I waited and waited and she never came back started warming the store to see if I could find what I needed. That took a while and the person still didn’t come looking to help me. After about 10 minutes of roaming finally found what I needed end it was about $30 more than what I could pay at another store so if you want to be overpriced and not helped go to this place but if like me you don’t mind paying reasonable prices and get the help that you need then don’t go there. One thing I should ad is that there was only one other person in the store and they were at the checkout

Always really clean. Someone always greets us when we arrive. If I can't find something, one of the reps normally checks to see if it's in stock. I mentioned a little time ago like a few years to one of the managers that I was just checking to see if they carried my dogs food Taste of the Wild, and at the time they didn't. I gave her the name and how much I normally pay from B&B. She said that she would see if she could get it. Plus, my dog is spoiled when it comes to treats and stuff. She now carries my dogs food. Now I only shop at Petco. Plus B&B kept raising prices on the food.

I came in, made eye contact with person on cash register, who was surfing his cell. After waiting for service, in an empty store, I hollered from the back, if he could help me. After getting service, went back to front, where the guy was still on his cell. I got his attention, then he proceeded to ask a bunch of questions, putting info in his phone, that obviously wasn’t working right. I am already registered with Petco. I told him I couldn’t keep standing due to having leg surgery. He finally just used the register, checked me out. I told him, my next purchase would be from his competitor. If you can’t just ring me up, take my money, I’m done, won’t be back!

I have never had anything but good experiences in this store. The employees are very helpful and pleasant. The store is always clean and neat. AND most importantly, my sweet Sasha will walk in the store without hesitation (she will not go into a competitor store because she was hurt while having her nails clipped.) She has had her nails clipped at this store and it was a very easy and pleasant experience, so that makes her going in this store each time an easy experience.

After losing my sweet cat to old age, I went here to buy another kitten after some time passed. After hurting for so long, I am once again happy and the hole in my heart is healed. These people are very caring and helpful. They put me in a private glass room to bond with my furry baby so we were sure we were compatible. Now she’s home….and I have good memories of where our love began…they even threw in some free cat toys for my baby…sweet! :)

They have a terrible habit of leaving the shelves empty. They can hardly keep things in stock. That cat food you needed? Good luck. Maybe they have it, maybe they don't. Maybe you need to get the huge bag or nothing at all. They already have extremely limited choices to begin with if you don't have a dog, made worse by corporate Petco's complete inability to manage their inventory. Not completely the staff's fault, however if they unloaded the pallets all over their store in a timely manner, perhaps some of these issues would be solved. But probably not.

Everybody that works at Petco is an outstandingemployee. Most of the time I deal with Jonathan and he has been extremely helpful with helping me with items for my aquarium.
