During each of the numerous times that I have shopped at Pet Supplies Plus, I have always found the store clean and the staff incredibly helpful. Almost every time I have come in with a question, the staff has provided me with a solution and an alternative. They clearly describe the benefits of each option, giving me enough information to make an informed decision. Several times, I have been recommended equal or better products that cost less. I appreciate their honesty and dedication to customer satisfaction and how they keep the store exceptionally clean.

I brought my girl to the self wash and it was amazing! She was very nervous going in,but once she realized what was going on it was smooth sailing. Went on a weekday morning so we were the only ones in there, the options for the soap/shampoo was more than enough, the nozzle on the hose wasn’t loud and neither was the vacuum which was a godsend lol it didn’t scare her one bit like I thought it would! The water temperature was self adjusting. I brought a leash, but in the bathing area there was a lanyard with rubber protector around the where the neck would be so she didn’t seem bothered. She weighs around 53lbs ,but it was very easy to get her in and out! They had plenty of towels to help with the drying. She looks calm in the picture ,and not to stir crazy as she would if I took her somewhere which really made me happy because she’s moving up in age (11) and she doesn’t need any stress ;) now if I could just get her to let me cut her nails myself we'd be golden! We will be back, thank you so much 😊

Best pet store for sales and customer service. I get a free bag of dog food of equal size after a purchase of 10. I joined Pet Supplies Plus Rewards program and always have a coupon of 10 to 25% off purchases. I have 5 dogs and believe me this is where I get the best bang for my buck. The managers are very accommodating to meet your needs as a customer.

This store has a lot of stuff but is not as friendly as other pet supply places. The aisles are super close together, so it feels very claustrophobic inside.

Prices vary from high to extremely high. The employees are nice and helpful. You can bring your dog or dogs into the back of the store and bathe them.

Pet Supplies Plus is the only pet store that sells the super high-quality food we like to give our three babies. I drive all the way from across the bay to come here and get everything I need to take care of them. Every staff member I've encountered has been lovely, and the selection beats out every other pet store within 50 miles of where I live. Highly recommended if you are looking to feed your pets the great quality food they deserve. They're also so great about making sure to tote heavy bags to the counter for me while we shop.

Pet Supplies Plus has great sale prices and with their rewards program we get even better deals. They have the best selection of dog food and toys. It's the only place we shop for our pets.

Was there this time to get a rabies shot for our dog. It's sponsored by the county/city monthly at different locations.A smaller store, but very nice. There's even a section where you can personally wash your pet for a reasonable price.

Love this store. Customer service is great! Associates are very friendly and on hand to assist. They generally have what I need, but if something isn't in stock, they will order it for you with no hassles. Prices are good, often better than their competitors.

Love this store! They have most things that other chain stores carry, but shopping here means supporting a smaller business, which for me is a bonus. The store is always clean, and the staff has been friendly and helpful. Even will help you to your car with heavy items. Pet Supplies Plus on Hillcrest will be my primary pet food store from now on!

I have only one complaint about this store and that is that I wish there were more dog clothes to choose from. Other than that, this is one of the best pet stores I've ever shopped at. It is on the smaller side but they have so much to choose from! When I first got my dog I spent so much time here trying to choose what food and toys to get her because there are so many choices. This place is a must if you are a pet parent in the area. They have so much to offer and the staff is very helpful and friendly!

Everyone who works here is trained by the same person so there for they have the same training unlike other pet stores in Mobile they don't get trained at all and they actually really know what they're talkin about there! Everything is always well organized, all their animals are in good health, and all the pet supplies is actually really good for your pet!!! Everything is always top safety and top health for any pet or pet supplies that they have!!! I love this store!!!
