I usually restock on insects for my reptile and frog. It's hit or miss of they are stocked for meal worms or super worms. Staff is friendly but if they are moderately busy (3 or more customers) all the staff are usually tied up.

I work nearby but have never stopped in this store until a little over a week ago. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a cashier who was checking someone out. Walked a little further into the store and was greeted by Cici, asking if she could help me find anything. I told her what was going on with my dog, what I had tried and didn’t work, and she immediately had a suggestion. I spent a little more than I wanted to but what she recommended has definitely helped! She was very knowledgeable about the products she was recommending and even ended up checking me out. Will definitely be using this store for future pet needs and Cici needs employee of the month. 😃

Love this place, it is a good to visit for your pet needs. All of the major brands of pet food including the grain free natural food. They have a large selection of fish and everything needed for your new aquarium or if you're setting up a new aquarium. Check the place out when you can to browse or looking to purchase items for your flurry friend or friends!! Riley likes it!!

As I was coming home from Florida decided to stop by two of these locations. Fish at the first store look healthy fish at the 2nd looked healthy as well but I noticed that one of the tanks had ich all their tanks are set up on one system so all fish had been exposed! I decided to get some anyways because I was going to quarantine the fish and treat as a precaution. Treated with ich treatment and prazipro. Within 3 days all of the fish were dead. I got black skirt tetras and clown plecos. The plecos started showing signs of some sort of parasite, did some research asked some friends and it is one of the most deadly parasites you could think of. There is no cure if they have it they are dead. Called the store and was told to drive 2 hours with dead fish! I told them I was more then happy to send pictures but I was not driving with dead fish in my car for that long, plus it would cost more in gas then the fish are worth!! Called the support number and they said I had to file a claim..so I did. They called back a few days later saying that the claim had been approved and they would be mailing me a check, said that I would get a email verifying everything and didn’t get anything so if I don’t hear anything soon I will be calling back. I am a experienced fish keeper and I breed a few different species. They were treating me like I didn’t know what I was doing which pissed me off even more.

love this place! pricing for pet supplies in town is all roughly the same, but i go here specifically for the amazing staff members! plus the rewards program is pretty sweet.

Excellent service and helpful staff. First time I had been in a Pet Supermarket. The salesperson, Nalani was excellent and extremely helpful. Luckily for me they have their own brand of fiber enriched cat food. I can't afford Hills Science Diet and especially Royal Canin. You can sign up in the store and get points for purchases and then get $5 off once you have bought a 100 items. This will be my go to cat food and supply place for now on.

I love this pet store everybody is so nice and gives me the best advice. The associate Kasey helped me pick out the best toy for my super chewer puppy and the best treats for him and he absolutely loves it! I’ll definitely be back!

Couldn't get help from employee. She seemed to be to busy with her phone. Was there a good teen minutes when my husband comes in to see what was taking so long. We went else where. Will not be back

Went it to get supplies for my dog and snake. The store smelled of animals. The staff didn’t once talk to me. The girls were just standing to the back talking one with her hair up and the other one had a shaved head. Didn’t notice me so I just left with no purchase. Won’t be back. Thanks

Not as big as some of the big box stores, but it does have a solid collection and we were able to get everything we wanted. We were greeted quickly and the clerk was very friendly and helpful. As should be they are definitely dog friendly so bring fido when you shop. Highly recommend this store.

I am always treated with extreme politeness and courtesy by the staff every time I visit this particular location. The assortment of supplies for all the different types of animals, types of toys, as well as the variety of fish, live reptiles, and other small animals are always a pleasure to look at while browsing for the necessities I usually go to grab for our pets.

Love coming in here, workers are always helpful and nice. They have a rewards program which is nice because I got monetary bonuses on the food I would buy for my pets anyway. The rewards are racked up by bags of food, cases of food, and then just dollar value, so it's really great. Would recommend as their selection is also very great.

OMG they have some fun f the best employees. If it's not in the store they'll order it for u &have it on your next visit the next week. Then not only that,they remember you as an customer from your last visit. I went in one night ran in all of 10mins. Bought an oscar. I went back the next week the young lady knew me off the back. & Welcomed me back. Then she showed me some great deals.. Ty Pet Supermarket great customer service 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

The first few times I visited were great. They were the only store around that sold our dog food brand - Earthborn Holistic. Then one day we went in to buy some fish tank filters, and the guy working told us they didn’t sell the brand we were looking for. I said okay we’ll try B&B Pet Stop which is where we bought our tank set up. The guy started ranting about how overpriced they were. We thought he was probably just looking out, but then he started ranting about what a terrible business they were and how their “business model” wasn’t working out for them. And then we started to get the vibe that he was just a disgruntled former employee. It was super weird and unprofessional. The whole encounter was extremely awkward for us. We were just standing there listening to this guy vent about B&B Pet Stop. So weird. We ended up switching dog food brands so we’d never have to go back and chance seeing that guy again.For an alternative pet store, I’d recommend B&B Pet Stop. They’re prices are a little higher, but they’re locally owned, not a chain, so we don’t mind. :)

Went and bought a pet from these people said if I had any issues at all that they’d give me a refund no issue then when I had some issues with it they didn’t refund me an the assistant manager said I could sell him to another local pet shop turns out he lied about that to cause they only adopt pets definitely would not recommend at all

I love this pet store. They take good care of all the pets, have all the reptile food I need for my leopard gecko and the lady who helped me pick my gecko out was 1) very nice, and 2) had a gecko herself. Meaning she knows everything I needed to know about them. (Even though I did my reasearch ahead of time. ;) over all my favorite pet store. ❤️

We LOVE this store & the employees are excellent Cori , Timothy the beautiful ladies & new employee ( Jasmine) all very compassionate & knowledgeable!! We usually go a few times a week after the dog park( when it’s cool bc we have 2 twelve year old huskies ) .. our dogs love them & recently one of our huskies went to heaven and our extended family ( the staff @ pet supermarket) helped us adopt a kitten for Mandrake since he lost his brother in September!! Thanks to all of you & all that y’all do !! If you take your dogs to dog park nearby I highly recommend heading right down Hillcrest to Pet Supermarket!!

Great place to stock up on your pet related needs. They also have a tag machine that lets you create a custom pet tag that's then laser engraved and ready to go on Fido's collar. The people are friendly and prices are competitive. Overall, not a bad place to do your shopping for any pet related needs

We came in to get some fish and supplies for my 4 year old nephew (first ever "pet" for him) they were so helpful friendly and knowledgeable! I wish I would've looked at their names but we are very happy with our experience and will be back! 😊
