I love taking my dogs to be groomed here. I've had negative grooming experiences in other cities, but Paws on Pinehill has been amazing to work with. The groomers make sure they understand what I want for each dog, they are careful with my old lady dog, the dogs are never distressed when I get them back, and the haircuts have always been perfect. The pricing is amazing, too! I would never take my dogs anywhere else.

I am totally impressed on how they groomed Willow, she gets knotted hair and they made my old girl ( 14 years old ) look great without heavy perfume , just clean and tidy … love how cute the shop is as well💛for sure 5 stars ⭐️

Paws on Pinehill does amazing with our two babies! They're always so accommodating to our schedule, the pups always come back looking amazing and happy, and there is always a smiling face to greet you when you walk in. One of our dogs has some separation anxiety and they always do so good to take care of her! We have tried several groomers over the years and they are by far the best we've experienced. We love our dogs like our children and trust paws on pinehill completely with them :) This is a picture after their most recent groom!

Took my pampered pooch to Paws this morning. The groomer is in the building behind the residence. Was greeted very warmly by Cheryl. Very friendly and helpful. Dropped her off and when I came back to get her she was so pretty. They did a great job hair nails etc... I could tell my dog was very pleased with the trip to Paws. The entire staff was friendly. Great location. They do boarding too!! I would recommend their services. Call first to make an appointment. They book up fast on Saturday. I’ll be back!

Our first time grooming experience was WONDERFUL!! Sarah did a great job with the grooming itself, but I think the best part was how I was treated and how everyone there loved my girls. Sarah was very kind, understanding of what I was looking for and accommodating to my schedule! They even took special care of my senior dog who is ill. I highly recommend this grooming/boarding facility and will be returning.

We bring our fur princess here after we got tired of making the drive to Semmes. Sarah and staff have been beyond reproach. Absolutely top class service and a great result. Harlie actually enjoys the groomers and comes home looking just stunning. We’ve had a few small changes to the cut but they adapt and have done exactly what we were looking for. As a proud Maltese Dog Dad, I won’t be taking our princess anywhere else but here.

Sarah is amazing! We boarded our dog here during our recent trip to Dauphin Island, and included a grooming appointment so we’d have a nice clean pup to ride home with. She texted pictures of our sweet girl having fun and playing outside in a nice fenced-in yard. She even included comments that let me know she was getting to know our dog and having fun with her. Our Aussie’s white chest fur was nice and bright from her bath and she took out a ton of fur with the de-shedding treatment.We even had to make a last minute adjustment to the length of her stay and Sarah was accommodating and lovely about it. LOVE this place! My dog is a puppy Golden Retriever and she has so much fun there when she is boarded. The owners are great about sending pictures of her playing in the yard and having a great time! It is the best place in Mobile to board your dog in my opinion, and we have used other places in the area.

It is very apparent that she knows a lot about each breed and has a way of intuiting their needs...and she cares! She got into this business out of her sincere affection for animals. Sarah and her crew at Paws on Pinehill ROCK!!! From their grooming to their boarding facility you won't find a better place to entrust your 4 legged babies with. Our great dane Maggie absolutely loves staying with the Paw crew, from their roomie boarding areas to their huge fenced back yard she can run in. They even celebrated Mags birthday with her while we were away. When left in their care I know my girl is going to be safe, loved and played with while we can't be with her. They also are amazing with animals that have special needs especially with dogs like Mags that has had joint surgery, they take special care that they aren't playing with dogs that are to active and make sure that she doesn’t overexert herself. So if your looking for a place that really loves your pets and gives them one on one time and attention you should check out Paws on Pinehill they are amazing and my girl always leaves happy and well groomed.

Sarah is wonderful with all the animals!My cat, Triss, loves to be there for boarding 😻He thinks it’s his vacation home!! He gets groomed (nails trimmed, deshedding, and even an occasional bath) and pampered and loved on. I would highly recommend Paws on Pinehill!

If you go ANYWHERE else to have your furry family groomed, you’re probably the dullest bulb in the batch. They are THE most friendly staff in the most welcoming environment. Their facility is fresh and clean and catered towards animals! And their prices CANNOT be matched. I called around to 5 other Groomers in the area for our black Lab and was quoted as high as $80 for a bath, nail trim, and trimming the hair around her bum. Paws on Pinehill?- a solid $25 cheaper than each and every groomer I called. I’ve never been a planner (sorry) and they always are able to take our Oakleigh at the last minute and remember her each and every time. I cannot say enough about the quality of service, the staff, the facility, and the prices of Paws on Pinehill! BONUS! They also board animals as well!

I recommend Paws on Pinehill. This was Gotti first time going there to be groomed. The area was clean and did not have a odor. I had her to cut Gotti as low as possible. When I picked him up , he smelled so good. The groomer did a great job on Gotti. The price was reasonable also. Thanks so much Paws on Pinehill. We will definitely be back.

Sarah Neverdahl has been cutting our Shih Tzu named Sassy's hair for more than 2 years. We love her and she is the only groomer we will use. Sarah is a real dog lover and her attention to detail is great and I can always tell if Sassy is treated with love and affection because she is a real Diva and is all happy and peppy when she sees Sarah.
