Horrible management team is self-centered and believes in abandoning a single cashier while the management team and merchandisers have no concept of how many people are in line.There is a constant rotation of new cashiers; they're overworked, abandoned, frustrated and underpaid so they quickly quit.Meanwhile there's three or more Management Team people in the store walking around aimlessly while customers leave without purchasing out of frustration.Very rarely will you see more than one cashier available.The management team has full ability to open another register but they just don't care.They've instructed cashiers to sell Ollie's Memberships- this is about a 5 minute process- in addition to that customer's payment process; I waited 20 minutes to purchase two tarps because the cashier just rambled on & on about personal comments and susucceded in having two customers before me sign up for Ollie's Cards.Ridiculous.I had to WAVE MY ARMS to flag down an assistant manager whose eye I caught- she knew I was giving the "HELP!" signal- she refused to apologize, refused to open another register and just stood there. Nearby another employee fully capable of running a register JUST SAT in a chair and watched .If your time is valuable as is mine it's simply not worth it to shop here in an attempt to save a few bucks!The cashier was very friendly but had no clue about the retail industry and that process of payments (reducing the line) is a priority. I'm sure she was instructed to chat up everyone- endlessly- and sell Memberships.Theres a more efficient way to do that.You will never obtain a quick purchase at this location.

I like this store but I prefer the other one in semmes al. I came here and when I got outside a man was trying to take a part of my vehicle right in their parking lot. God sent us outside right on time. The man must have needed something out his truck because he had his hood open. We got in my car going home and all of a sudden I started loosing gas halfway home. Thank God a gas station was there and my husband know how to fix cars. He put my part back on and I wasted alot of gas because of this man. He had my part halfway off. Thank God for sending us out right on time. I lost alot of gas but I didn't loose my part. I don't think I'll be part in this area at all.

Absolutely terrible location.On the occasions I happen to drive through this area, I will stop by and browse and the last few times have been awful.The store itself has remained decently stocked, clean, etc., however the staff quality has become abysmal.The cashiers being the worst of the lot. As with most stores, now, they have one register open no matter the customer count, time, or apparently day of the week. So you stand in a line for half an hour, due to either incompetence or laziness, more likely a combination of the two, whether the customer has 8 items or 80. You nor your capital matter to these pampered darlings, who have yet to figure out if a job is not to your liking, it's quite simple to find one which suits you.. of course that requires effort.I suspect it won't be long before the overall quality of the store itself plummets and it's doors are shuttered.

This location was dirty and it need more register open. You can find good deals here but purchasing your items take about 25 minutes. The lady who rung me up was nice!

I always find a deal here. It's a little far for me to drive but I shop here for bath and body items. Toothpaste, mouthwash, lotions. But, they have tons of stuff with really good pricing.

It's an overstock stock store. It does have some nice deals, though. A lot of the stock is actually name brand items, which can be had at a discount. Non name brand items fill the shelves as well, so take care in your selections. Not that there's anything wrong with non name brand items. The selection is also pretty varied, with clothing, food, electronics, hardware, home goods, furniture, and just about anything possibly being found here. A good deal of flooring is available for a good deal. Pots, pans, and kitchen wear are available at some of the lowest prices I've ever seen. It's worth your time to swing by here and see what you can find.

I like the one at Tillman corner better, the one in pcola is nice also. When i was in Columbus Ga it's great but a little hard to find. But whichever one you go to you'll find great values and good stocks, and a friendly face.
