I can't seem to stay out of this store. When you buy a home, say hello to Lowe's at least twice a week or more. Great place for anything you need to do home improvements or fix ups.

Mrs Angela back by the home supply microwaves and appliances is an amazing individual, her customer service is everything, her and the young man I didn’t see his name but light complexion with hair braids or dreads, they are what you call great customer service, they went out their way to make sure I had what I needed and was well satisfied, thank you both for your kind heathers and making myself and my family feel welcomed!!!! I greatly appreciate you all!!!!

I don't usually have a problem with anyone, especially at Lowe's. Friendly people, I'm chill, all good.I rented a carpet cleaner from them about a week ago. And I cleaned the machine before i took it back, even though they said i didn't and got charged the service fee. Whatever.That machine infested my house, my kids, and myself with LICE. Pissed is an understatement. Before they brought it to me, I legit saw them wheel it to the back to rinse it off, which tells me that they saw lice bugs in it and eggs. They rinsed it off and gave me an infested carpet cleaner. I can't prove it, but I'm a pretty clean, and organized person and it's funny how my house all of a sudden gets infested after using their machine. NEVER AGAIN

This is an overall great location. The only thing that bugs me (found out in a unexpected way) is if after hours you pull up to the air compressor their security monitors start telling to leave or they'll call the police....

In self check, I was having trouble getting an item scanned. A store employee was less than 4 feet away from me, but I had to interrupt her "phone time" to get some help. Turned out the bar code on product was no good. Employee made me feel like I was imposing on her.

They had the 27 gallon tubs that we needed.And the Damp Rid refills for our Damp Rid containers that work to trap moisture in them. It is amazing how much water we pour out of them every week. They have helped with the musty odor and mildew smell

I have always had a wonderful experience at this Lowe's. They staff is always very super friendly and helpful with all the needs we have. There is always someone available to help with any questions that come up, and quick to help me understand my home improvement projects better. You don't always get this kind of service at these larger stores, but at this one I always have. I will happily spend my money here anytime. Thanks for the great service guys

Lowes is a great place to shop. Like Home Depot, Lowes is now reducing the 10% discount to certain items, I believe, because some vets abused the privilege and allowed anyone and everyone to use their discount. We vets now have to show a driver's license or military ID, we have to go on the website and update info that really does not need updating. It is disappointing and aggravating to people who follow the rules.On another note, if you have a door installed, ensure you do not get Jacob Watson as your installer. My first storm door was at a handicap ramp pending completion. He installed the door backwards and the door did not lock.When the door was opened it blocked entrance to the handicap ramp. Had he asked me, as the instructions required him to ask the customer how they wanted the door installed, he would have been reconfirmed that instructions were given 3 times that the door had to open right to left meaning the hinges are on the left. Watson said the instructions say install the door hinge to hinge meaning the inner door hinges and the storm door hinges are opposite each other. No where in the instructions is that written. It states to ask the customer how they want the door installed. Any idiot could see that the way Watson installed the door cut off the handicap ramp.The second error Watson made was not ensuring that the door plunges went all the way in and locked the door. His excuse here is that he was not required to router out for the door plunges. The door plunges went in about 1/16th of an inch. This did not hold the door shut when a high wind came the day before he was to change the door. The high wind sucked the storm door open, rocked it back and forth ripping off the bottom door closer, and ripping the frame apart at the top. Watson's excuse was that the frame came off and the door swung open. If the door was fully locked how would the frame come off? Wind does not begin with the frame then pull open the door.In order to save the situation, I ordered and paid for a new door, asked that the improperly mounted dood be moved to the front where there are two handicap ramps. I had to have the door framed by someone because Jacob Watson cannot do the framing...he just install doors. Even though not that efficiently.I had one day, Sunday to paint the new framing and it rained. I went over Monday an hour later than I planned that morning. He was supposed to come at 1 pm. Just as I finished painting about 11:15am here Watson comes at 11:30 am.He walks right to the drying paint and gets in it. After showing him the damage to the door mounted backwards at the backdoor handicap ramp, Watson goes into his excuses. I told him that 3 people tried to lock the door and the 2 plunges would not go more than. 1\16th of an inch into the opening that had something in it.He was instructed to do the back or West side storm door first while the paint dried at the East entranceFor some reason with the 6×6 post a strip had to be added to install the door hardware. He had already mounted the hinge side. Now be aware, screws have to go in this strip. Thinking about it now,,he should have removed the hinges and put the strip on the hinge side. That would give the latching side the post to screw into. Being lazy and not thinking it through, Watson put it on the latching side. I see a screw that does not look seated. Then I never paid much attention until he left, he installed the handles on both doors upside down.Luckily he left an allen wrench and I was able to remove all four handles, switch them around so that if your hands are full all you have to do is put your elbow in the curved part of the handle and open the door. If the handles curve up, then you cannot put your elbow in it to open the door. You have to put down your items, then open the door. Every installer should know that.Every installer should know to ask the customer how they want the door installed.Every installer should ensure the door fully locks. Every installer should know that the handle curve is down and not up. Not Jacob Watson.

This purchase and delivery debacle could not have been a worse nightmare. I will say this, that the Assistant Manager, Mr. Ray, came through for me after my fourth visit to the store for a refund. In major appliances, Tisdale was pleasant and made every effort to help me get a refund. I can’t say enough good things regarding his performance. He should be commended and given a raise.Despite the bad experience, I will continue to shop at Lowe’s because they offer a wide range of quality and well-priced products.

I am almost sick to death of the self checkout. I have complained about it, and it is still the same every time lately. I think I will try home Depot. My wife and I have spent thousands of dollars at Lowes, and you think they would hire cashier's. I'm sick of it, and will try them one more time. If it's the same as lately, no cashier's. I Will not shop there again. Sick of it.

Needed some carpet, was able to find everything I needed without having to order it. I'm glad I did in order to finish the job we had going on at the church. The employees were great help and were very supportive. Thank you, Lowe's, we will be able to have service soon in the house of the Lord.

I typically do not write reviews because I to work retail and understand how hard it can be. But working for a construction company too, I am in the Tillman's Corner location at least twice to three times a week. I don't know if it is management, or higher up, but we do a lot of phone orders for our clients and they can never seem to make up their minds on which end of the store to send us to; the Pro Desk or Costumer Service at the other end. I always feel like I am being a burden to the employees that I have to interact with. July 23 was my worst visit. We needed some flooring. We waited and I do understand the sales associate was tied up at costumer service. But she looked at us and asked us what we needed and then without even letting us finish said, "If you don't see it, I don't have it." And proceeded to walk off. Then we had to make a stop at Costumer Service to get money back for an item that was sold at the wrong price and the manger told the woman that was helping us that what they where doing was frowned upon by I assume corporate? We were overcharged and fixing that mistake is frowned upon? After I stopped by the paint desk to just see if they could match a color off of my phone that I took. I understand if they couldn't. But the vibe I got from her and her response told me she didn't even want to bother with me. She told me that if I didn't see the color on their pallet wall, they couldn't do it. Like I said, I don't do these too often especially bad reviews. I understand that people can just be having bad days, or really just have their hands tied by situations. But I never go in that location and have a good experience.
