I will not be doing business with Grainger again.There is no way I can’t cancel an order when it’s processing. That’s ridiculous. Because you all can’t get our stuff here when we need it… as promised. Always a delay on shipping with you all. The lady told me nothing we can do it’s already processing. I said, I called not even 2 hours ago. Shows the integrity of this business.Go to McMaster Carr they always come through and they will let you cancel a processing order.Owner / Operator

I ordered items to ship site to store. They call each time an item arrived to the store for you to pickup. Pickup was easy, I walked in and gave the business name to one of the employees inside. They pulled the product and walked it out to my vehicle for loading. Very nice place to do business. Will use them again for our business needs.

I like Grainger and have never had a problem until now. I just tried to call the mobile location and they woman that answered the phone said that there is no way to be transferred to an exact store. If that is true that’s the craziest thing I’ve ever heard. I asked her so if you can’t transfer me to them, then just give me the number to them and I’ll call. Her response was the store doesn’t have a number. I asked, so there is absolutely no way possible to communicate or get in touch with anyone at that location? And she said that’s correct. It has been that way for years she said. It blew my mind. Truly the craziest thing I have heard in quite a while.

You can buy you're hardware things in here... If they didn't have it your free to order and return back another day.. Also staff here is very accommodating and polite..

Not open on Saturday but the Grainger website says it IS open. It is NOT open on Saturday. I just drove a freaking hour to come buy work boots.Why not be open on Saturday anyway? We work monday-friday in the normal world when we'd go here.

Nice selection in inventory, staff is helpful with finding/ordering needed parts. Prices can be a bit steep.
