Horrible Management and whole store is dirty. Staff is ghetto. Negative 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I wouldn’t buy dog food from here. And people do not know how to park in the parking lot and will hit your car. It is inevitable. If you value your possessions, well being, and mental health I wouldn’t shop here. Don’t even look at the building too long! Take my advice.

My shopping experience was very terrible. The parking lot is disgusting and filled with trash and hard to park. The main manager was extremely rude. As I exit my car I was meet with a foul smell from the business dumpsters that were overflowing. I walked through the door and the smell intensified. Merchandise is scattered and items are missing out of the box. U-boats were everywhere making it hard for me to shop.

All of the associates are always very helpful and friendly. The store is usually clean, sometimes there may be a little stock in the aisles. Overall a very nice store.

If i could i would give them half a star. They are beyond rude here they are hateful. They treat this place like its theyre own little world. They treat and talk to people like they know they wouldnt wanna be treated. Seeing as though this place is in a predominately black neighborhood you would think a black man wouldnt be racially profiled by a black woman no less. Not to mention they never have what i want nor is it a good price, way too expensive for a dollar store. Please i know this place is a very convenient spot for the toulminville area thats why i shop here, but until recently will no longer shop here or any other family dollar, i suggest, until they can treat the people who keep them employed and in business better, DON'T SHOP HERE!!!!!

This is our favorite store - they always have all items our household uses in stock & on the shelves. Unlike Walmart that never has their shelves restocked 85% of the time! Their employees are always friendly & helpful -

Employees are always courteous, but it seems like they are forever (re)stocking the shelves...many times the some of the aisles may be partially blocked

The hood family dollar. Cashier check out while sitting down in a low chair. The parking lot is filthy . And the other cashier was loud and ghetto talking to someone on the phone . Very unprofessional setting
