The store manager here is extremely messy, unprofessional, and a pile of work. I put an application to work a different location. Thankfully I withdrew my application from the company and don’t have deal with low class individual.

I wish I had photos because if I owned this I would be so ashamed. It’s not that they don’t have what I went looking for it’s how out of control everything is. Trash and boxes everywhere bursted sodas in the coolers. I’m sure the place stays busy enough to justify a stock person and someone to clean. Two cashiers don’t seem to be working to run the store.

Wow! I can't believe that people can have such a bad attitude towards customers. Trish was the cashier who decided to over charge us, and when I brought it to her attention she told me she "didn't work for that dollar tree" - Incredible!! Why should I be receiving such a bad customer service? I didn't do anything wrong! I was overcharged $5 dollars and then $1.25!! She told me to either "loose the purchase " or go and "get another item". This is an absolute abuse of my rights! Please, double check your tickets!!! I will never return to this store!

Worst I have seen it. Very messy. Smells bad. Boxes everywhere waiting to be restocked. I had to move out of the way for an employee to walk by instead of her waiting on me to walk by because there were boxes everywhere with barley room to walk down the aisle. Cashier was rude. Didn’t even offer me my receipt just walked away. I didn’t know which register was open until she yelled at me that she’s at #3.

Good place to shop. Prices went up to $1.25 but still very much worth going there. Most items in stock. Love these stores for many things.

Debra is the most courteous and professional staff member. The store is clean and organized. They were out of some of the balloons I needed and she called the nearest other location and had them put some to the side for me. The store that had the balloons was out of helium, she told me just bring them back to her store and they'd air them up for me. When I returned the next day she remembered me right away. It's hard to find good cusertomer service, she's awesome!

Not sure if there was a recent change in mgt, but went by yesterday and this place was a mess. Things all over the floor, mess all throughout the store, there was also a bad smell the minute I walked in I picked up on it. Employees moving at slow pace as if they did not want to be there. Not sure what happened to this location in particular but I use to enjoy coming to this store.

They need to ha e more cash registers open. Went in to grab som Christmas gift bags and the poor girl working was stocking the Christmas area by herself. Then, a bunch of us customer's went to the register and she came over and checked out about 7 orders by herself. They need to have more people working. I love dollar tree for running in for a few things but having to wait forever and seeing only one person makes me not want to to visit anymore.

Cashier was very friendly and polite...store was very clean and organized...parking is great..I'm just not happy with the rise in pricing...majority of customers were so happy with the previous prices..it was such a joy to go to the dollar store and shop...the dollar store was the only store that was living up to its name..when u went shopping u knew exactly how many items to pick up and what the price would be plus tax not u have to add up the items and think about whether the item is a 1.00 or 1.25 plus tax...

It was awful and always is they only have one check out most of the time lines wrapped around the store. None of the shelves are usually stock the stock is in the middle of the floor. If you take a handicapped person in a wheelchair there is absolutely positively no way they can maneuver through that store

Very organized! Best selection of Arts & Crafts and DIY project materials I have found in our area. Manager was busy seemed to be only one on floor but extremely courteous. Worth the extra few miles to pass two other DT stores to shop at this one.

I almost found everything. I couldn't find some cleaning wipes and some Chinette plates I needed but, everything else I did. There was a good variety of graduation cards and the store clerks/keepers were very polite and helpful.

Nice and clean store, we're greeted each time we enter. Can't beat the price on all the products albeit from China, you get what you pay for. Regardless staff is kind and aisles are clear.

Good morning my name is Adrianna Gordon I recently was in the Dollar tree on 01/13/19 the location was on cottage hill by the mall in mobile al I bought a gift bag and tissue and ) card I was at the register I gave the guy at the register a $20.00 my total was 3.30 he gave me a $1.70 back when I suppose get back $16.70 when I told him I gave him a twenty he said I got get a manager count my register I said that was fine so manager came count the register told me it was no way that I gave him a twenty I told yes I did so then I told her that wasn't no way I didn't cause that all I had so then she count the register and void out transaction then tell me I only gave him 10 wasn't no way I gave twenty I ask if they could check the camera to see make sure that I gave him twenty because I know I did gave to him I told her I didn't t have to lying about the money so gave me 10 back that all she gave because they start there cashier with 75.00 in register I told her it could been possibility they he already short so the store was there at the store with her boyfriend kissing on all the merchandise and playing around then she said that all we do things around we count the register according and said couldn't check carmeras I feel that was so unprofessional I'm do furious with the customer service at that location and when the shift leader gave my 10 back on top of that they wanted me to pay again for my merchandise mine you I paid 3.30 already you void still owe me 6.70 then said I'm not going argue with about the product so she take it I will never be going to location because leadership there no great service I will have my money back for this I was very upset know that have poor management there telling couldn't check cameras because do thing there and couldn't all could count with a scale which piss off also I call corporate and left message nobody got with me I getting furious I will never go back until better management and customer service thanks

All stores are ALWAYS full of boxes on the floor, all over the whole store. Messy shelves and a very rude cashier. Ten people in line, one register open. Didn't call for backup until I asked if she was only one working.
