Nice, clean, organized store! Went in for a new pair of reading glasses! All employees and customers were masked and practicing safety! Easy in and out store! Fast, friendly cashier! Halloween is out!! A certain craft store, no names mentioned but HL is their initials, was putting out Christmas items last month!! At least some, like Dollar Tree, are pacing themselves and taking the holidays as they come! Love that!!

I would give less than one star if I could. My daughter went in there today and could not get down the isles because there was trash and rolling carts blocking them. The workers were extremely unprofessional. One worker was more interested in catching up with his friends than picking up the empty boxes on the floor blocking the isle where he was putting out stock; the cashier acted as if we had interrupted her day by being there. This place is a dump!!!

I absolutely love Dollar Tree however, this particular store is not one of my favorites. The one employee that I saw and spoke with was very friendly and attentive. They were completely out of Q-tips which I thought was odd especially since I was told they ran out the previous day. I was in the store at 8pm and it was a bit of a mess. So no Q-tips, dangerously low on some other things as well and the mess wasn't from stock waiting to be put up. One more issue is their bathroom doesn't work. This is a problem throughout Mobile seemingly and in certain areas I understand the need to divert certain guests elsewhere. The reason I mention it is because it's been out of service for a month. I ended up checking out in a hurry because I needed to use a restroom and they were out of 2 of the 5 items on my list so off I went to Dollar General across the street.

The only thing bad about these places is the price; I usually go in for only one item, but wind up spending more! Store was clean but checkout was slow. The Manager finally opened a second register after the line got so long it couldn't be ignored. A poster about ice cream lured me in. The vanilla had been melted and refrozen; because it was in the 90s outside, I ate it anyway--scraping off the icy top. Still worth $1.

This review comes from my niece and sister! So they have a daughter and mother day on Saturday and she stated that they went to Dollar Tree on yesterday and there was a sign that stated and highlighted that reads: CLOSED for the inconvenience, my niece stated that there was someone standing inside the store, my other sister also went to visit around 7:30 pm and they were opened.Update 10/20/23 if your store will be CLOSED can you at least make sure your employees spell correctly 😭😭 this is the 2nd TIME and this same sign has been up there. Customers needs to know if y’all are closing or y’all need people to work??

This place was unorganized and the staff was completely rude to some customers. Thank goodness I ran in and out for one thing. One of the most unorganized, dirtiest, and unfriendly Dollar Tree stores in Mobile. I'll stick to Schillinger and Dawes Road.

I'm giving them 3 stars because the store needs to be updated. They can't be as clean as I'm sure they'd like to be because of it. However they were very organized and had many things I needed plus wanted. Staff is extremely friendly. Other than needing be updated it's a good store

Very polite & great attitude'sI have shopped her many times & have always been greeted & checked out with such nice cashier's attitude's. Very polite and helpful in finding anything ! You can't beat so many many items for a Dollar ! There's No way you can get the same exact eyeglasses at the other Dollar store, for the 8.99 they charge for 1 pair I can get 9 pairs !! Cards, knick knacks etc for holidays, just about anything I need so inexpensively. Why pay full Price ever again ,your just throwing your hard earned cash away !! Thanks Dollar Tree...

My friend and I went into dollar tree specifically seeking Halloween decor for some.DIY projects. We didn't find what we were seeking but found a ln employee. I approached an employee to ask for help. Her name was Faye and she was above and beyond helpful! Found everything we asked for! She was so kind!! I will go out of my way to come to this one!

The shopping and merchandise is fine. I am disabled and can only walk with assistance. I use a buggy to get through the store. They told me all the buggys were in use.My husband walked through the store and there were three buggies in use in the store and none in the parking lot. I had to leave and shop somewhere else. You are going to lose a lot of business if you can't simply provide a buggy to shop with.

This place is the epitome of organized chaos. With items everywhere they don't belong and some items being completely wiped out. But the sheer volume and variety is insane. If only the employees were more happy.

They are the nicest people amazing customer service and the store was immaculately clean well organized and its was very easy to find what i needed for my childrens school supply list the gentleman even went out of his way to get me some scissors because there were none left on the shelf i completely recommend going to the dollar tree in tillmans corner

I love shopping here and it helps me make the most of my food budget. I can usually find Welch's Grape Juice, Black Cherry Soda, and many good food items that I regularly use, for example canned chicken, tuna fish, and soups along with Mac and cheese boxes, and even Velveeta Cheese sauce to use on your own favorite type of pastas. Breakfast food, coffee, creamers, sometimes eggs and bacon, cheese blocks, and ham. Plus lots of side items, noodles alfredo, noodles with broccoli and cheese sauce, canned vegetables, and lots of it is brand names that are higher at the grocery stores. They stock lots of snack items such as popcorn and chips, etc, that help save your food dollars. If I go in for one item, I usually fill my cart. The shelf stable milk is also a bargain for people like me, who only use it occasionally, open a quart and use it for cooking, or to feed kittens. The store has a lot of stock turnover, so most items are really fresh, too.

Cashier was having an off day...store was messy and unorganized, some shelves were empty. I wasn't aware Dollare Tree charged a fee for customers to use their debit cards, but they do..$1.00. So have cash if you dont want to pay the fee.

I visited dollar tree on June 10 and the manger Walter Burns had the store very clean and easy to shop cashier was very friendly and helpful Walter is doing a Awesome job!!!

This place is horrible the guy running the register was rude after he told me my cash back was declined but showed clearly on my card it took ended up paying twice for something and loseing my 59 dollars cash back he acted like I wasnt a coustomer this place sucks

I didn't find anything that I wanted here, but I was quite surprised that everything is really a dollar or less! Literally! Unlike Dollar General or other "dollar" stores, everything in this place was a dollar. It was crazy-- mind was blown! I might just go back to buy things I don't even want.
