Terrible customer service. Workers will not stop what they are doing *stocking candy* to check you out. You could probably walk out with the whole cash register if it was up to them. They leave it unattended.

Then store was really nice but the cashier couldn't get off his phone and handle the customers properly causing me to leave one of my bags with my merchandise in it.he knew I didnt have it and he couldnt be bothered to let me know.and when I called the store no one could answer the phone.really upsetting .now I have to drive 30 minutes away from where I live just to go back to this store and get me things.

Rude. All the employees here are ridiculous...no customer service skills at all. They regularly insult customers, laughing about some right in front of them!Drive past this one, go instead to the one a quarter mile south on DIP, next to the Piggly Wiggly. That Dollar General has a much bigger selection of food, cosmetics, everything! Nicer staff, as well. Very polite and professional young black man there, he's awesome... ,,,🙂

Store is usually clean. But after about 940 pm you are rushed to get in and out and employees would rather u leave than to request their help w/ something. The other night..when the cashier acted bothered because an item would not scan I told the her to just leave it off and I would make a special trip back up there the next day to get the item... It was about 20 minutes before they closed and the cashier told me okay and set the item down behind the counter ...never looked up and continued to ring my other items... Just to get me out of the store. I live within walking distance of the store and I spend a lot of money in there. I have said several times that I will not go back because of items being left out of bag at checkout ( I never seem to notice til I'm home) and being rushed out of the store 20 minutes before closing ( if u need or want to close at 930 JUST SAY U CLOSE AT 930 NOT 10) but hey I guess you have to do what is convenient... SO JUST GO EARLY AND CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE LEAVING AND YOU WILL MOST LIKELY HAVE A POSITIVE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.

Management is horrible. Rude as hell customer service. I was cursed out by a woman who still works there. I am a district manager for another company and would not recommend this dollar store to anyone. I called corperate and still no call back or disciplinary action taken.

Very polite cashiers .Woman working bagged and loaded my groceries while I went to car to grab a debit card .They could definitely pay them more with the service they provide ....

I've had unpleasurable experiences here before but today was better! My cashier was friendly and the store's new remodel is very nice.

The Employees here are AWESOME! They will help you find anything you need in the store if you cant find it yourself... Just an all around great DG to shop at!

What you would expect from a typical Dollar General store. They have a broader variety of DVDs & Blu-ray than most locations I've been to and the prices were low (some DVDs as low as $2.50 and $4 Blu-ray) as typical for Dollar General. They even had quite a few 4 movie combo packs for less than $10.

Even though it is an older store, the ladies who take care of you are polite & courteous. Makes you forget about the appearance. Want to add the store was built in the 80's.

I love it. This is how the dollar generals are in Jackson MS. I love the fresh fruit, and veggies. Now I have to drive a few miles to shop at this Dollar General. My favorite store.

I stopped to buy chips and dip. The dip they sell is my favorite. Problem is most of Dollar General's is the date. A of the dip in stock expired in 7 days.
