FIRST OFF Let me say I’ve been a true supporter of Dollar General for YEARS . Tonight something tragic happened and I do NOT like the way I was treated by an employee at the Dauphin location. I arrived at the store around 6 pm and the doors were locked i saw an employee standing at the register attending to her cellular device instead of communicating on whether the store was closed or not. She just stood there looking at me and several other customers knocking. I was totally devastated. I’ve never been so rudely ignored. I would definitely like this matter looked into . I will also be contacting the corporate headquarters to look into this situation. VERY POOR SERVICE

I walked into this Dollar General the managers wearing a mask the guy the register is wearing the mask and then there was three people in line, one of the people in line wasn’t wearing a mask. As soon as I walk in only needing a charger I get asked by two people if I have a mask, I tell them that I currently do not have a mascon because of certain health conditions and I go to pull out a paper written from a doctor, so that I have proof and so that I don’t get denied service, and they still asked me to leave as soon as I pull the paper out they say that they do not care interrupt me don’t even look at my paper and asked me to leave and deny me service. Not only is this the dirtiest an organized dollar store I’ve ever been in. But they denied me service for having health conditions that prevent me from wearing a mask. This is ridiculous and I will never be going back

Went in ,spoke to chasheer to say hello,and good day ,and was looked at mean,then was checking out chasheer took a phone call while checking me out,and prolonged the checkout by five minutes. I spoke with the manager ,and she was just as rude Won't shop here again.

Well, politics should be left out of the work place. The cashier was bashing POTUS to no end. We were hoping that this location would be better than others in our area, but it was actually worse. We will never be back. Racial slurs (both black and white) were also being thrown around like they were regular language.

Kind of sketch at night. Had people standing out in the parking lot talking very loud. Store had an announcement of cameras watching for theft. Not real excited about the place, but the employees were very helpful.

Very dimly lit and dirty store. The staff was very unprofessional and there was a very disrespectful PSA playing over the store speaker stating that all customers were being watched very careful on camera and by all employees and that the police would be called immediately if foul play was suspected. Many customers including myself felt very disrespected and left out the store without purchasing anything. I would never shop in this establishment again in my life. Very sad people, very sad company policy.

Dirty store! Nothing has price tags on it, everything in there clearance isle is Not even on clearance.. busted open cereal boxes asked how much they on clearance for "their not on clearance" ok.. then why they all over here & not in cereal isle!? Asked the cashier could she price check something, she rolled her eyes at me as she snatched it from my hands. Told her nevermind don't even want it now with that attitude.

After standing in line for twenty minutes I asked the other employee if they could ring up my two items. The employee was extremely rude. Asking what you in a hurry, after I stated it'd been twenty minutes, he said, you aint got to be in here. I sit my items in the floor and walked out. I will drive the extra miles to go to another store. This happen 8-9-10 at 8pm at the Daphin St location by Greers.

The male cashier was wearing a complete head cover with just his eyes poking out it looks like the Unabomber he didn’t talk very loud basically a little above a whisper and I am now on my way back to the store because I didn’t get a few things that I paid for I think that the cashier should not be allowed to completely cover their head but just a general mask........

The shelves in some areas were completely bare. They appeared to only have one worker present. I had to wait seemingly forever to be checked out.

I just tried to go in with my baby at 7 n the people walked outside and said that they didn't have any workers that they couldn't go in and I don't see any Workers and there right now so I'm not even going to try bringing the baby in

Dollar stores are all the same. The ppl that work there make tt. There are nice folks that work here. That store is cold, like arctic temp, though.
