They are only taking cash NO cards and it has to be exact change and they dont have recipes to go with ur groceries they also were having to type everything in manually. WHY TF ARE U OPEN WITH SO MANY MANY ISSUES and a register that dont work right having to put everything in manually.

Really clean, well organized store! Several employees were busy stocking and straightening shelves, and every single one was polite. The gentleman who ran the checkout was super friendly and helpful as well. A really nice shopping experience!

This location definitely deserves a 0 star if it was possible. This my SECOND time coming to this location and the door is locked HOURS before their closing time which is 10pm. It’s currently 7:10pm and their not answering the door. After knocking on the door, their halfway approaching the door yelling w/ a attitude as if we’re (cutstomers) giving them a hard time or own them something . No sign on the door or anything, just rude disrespectful workers. One lady even waved her saying bye without even caring about the customers. She better be glad that door was locked because somebody would of slapped her asx for being Sarcastic

The Dollar General used to be the low price convenient store. As they gained popularity their customer service went in the tank. Their prices have skyrocketed in the last 8 months surpassing their competitors by $ dollars and cents. I dont do greedy big corporations anymore. Mom and pops are proven to be loyal and consistent. This store anywhere in the country is the last place I will shop.

I like the prices, the variety of merchandise. They are usually easy to get in and out in a timely fashion. However the stores have more stock in the aisles than on the shelves. Some aisles I could not get down. Very annoying. This seems to be common in most of their stores. Come on supervisor let them hire more help.

ALL THIS BC THE MGR REFUSED TO DISCOUNT MY ITEM BY $1.00 BC OF A SO CALLED- OLD SALE POSTERS THAT WAS IN 3 DIF SPOTS OF THE STORE!!!!Store number 00724 has the WORST customer service. The employees are just as rude as management & nobody is helpful at all.. Today was the third time I have visited his store & been refused the sale price that was advertised. We as the consumers don't work for the store and it's the store mgr & employees responsibility to make sure that all previous advertisements are removed to prevent cst from wanting that price. The store is responsible for the advertised sale prices and when not removed fully they should override & give the cst the items at the advertised price. I have made complaints b4 on a different Dollar General for this same issue. I was advised that regardless of the item and dates of posted advertised sale prices the manager is to provide the items at the advertised price. I will not go back to this store. I had to ask this so called manager for his name since he was not in full uniform & wasn't wearing his name tag. He refused to give me any name & became completely silent & just stared at me for a few moments. Then says well, do u want me to take these items off or are u going to pay for it? I think this issue was completely avoidible especially since the advertised price was only $1 difference .This Mgr could have avoided a call to cst service & a poor review by just giving me the dollar difference in the advertised prices. This Mgr would rather get a complaint & a bad review verses just honoring the advertised price & issues me a $1 credit on my item! And to top it off , the reason an editing my post is bc the milk I purchased is SPOILED. BOTH OF THE GALLONS RED & BLUE

Tried to shop on 4/12 around 4 pm. The doors would not open, when I attempted to call, no one answered. There isn't even a note on the door explaining anything and it shows the store is open when you search it online. Management should definitely address this. It's unacceptable. I witnessed at least 5 customers attempt to shop while writing this review.

Website says that the store is scheduled to open at 7am. It didn't open until 8am. I asked if I could buy some quarters and Kim, an employee, asked the manager and all she said was a nasty NO! I told Kim about the time on the website and she told the manager and all she said was "I know". I didn't get the manager's name but I can tell you that she has a bad attitude, never acknowledged the customers and was very curt. I am from Georgia and if I ever visit Mobile again, I would rather drive out of my way than to go to that Dollar General ever again. Someone needs to tell her that customer service is key and she is definitely in the wrong line of work. Thank you Kim for being courteous and kind.

You ask me where I shopped 5 days ago without giving address. I shop at different locations often. If you don't give me which location, I can't give evaluations. Not all stores are equal and I shop several locations. If I have time, I shop at a favorite. If I need something immediately, I stop at most convenient. Five days later, I don't remember which one I went to.

For a new Dollar General it's in a convenient location and has lots of products. The only draw back is the aisles are crowded with over flow and missed places items people have picked up and then decided they didn't want them and put them wherever they happened to be.

I really like this Dollar General. It's really clean and you can actually walk n there with out bumping in to stuff...the employees r really friendly and you ask them something they don't act like it's a bother like the rest of the Dollar General around this area...

This is a store I frequent most. I know where things are, and it's pretty much clutter free, but I've never been in there that an employee greeted me for starters but greeted me with a smile. Y'all really need to work on that.

I would really like this one the best is Big has everything decent prices it's all pretty well-organized anyways though it is checkout line is long and moves quickly they have very large selections on any kind of product that they carry also and like I said everything is right in order so it's generally to to find and if you do need help like I said customer service is awesome they don't mind helping

Larger dollar general and better stock compared to others , good for when you NEED or forgot something on way to Dauphin Island . Friendly staff, better prices than Walmart on somethings , price shop you'll find deals.

I worked for Dollar General and I have to they suck ___es! They don't pay their employees well and work you to death. No discount on anything either! Billion Dollar Company and can't pay employees what their worth or offer a 10% discount on stuff is ridiculous!!

Dollar General is exactly what you expect, mostly have Wal-Mart prices without the crowd, unless you visit during peak hours, then its a little congested.

Everything is fine except the bathroom is DISGUSTING. NO SOAP and black mess every where and tile missing I would not have used if I was not about to have an accident
