Pro: Carpet seems clean, comfortable bed, wifi seems to be stable, and the newly renovated deco. They hire a security officer to patrol the property at night.Con:Amenities: The fridge is old and it is not cool enough to store any beverages or food. Microwave is also from the bygone years and there are stains all over the plate. There are only a couple of watchable TV channels and some of them are fuzzy.Property: Many junkies/ foreign men are loitering around the property, and stain/ cigarette buttes can be seen everywhere on the stairs and ground.Breakfast: They only offer toast, cereal, and coffee.You get what you pay for!

These are the worst rooms ever !!! The worst services please if anybody reads this please leave early because they steal deposits they have house keepers who don't speAk English and clerk she slow and don't know how to do the job and she wasnt train properly I was done so wrong on mothers day they called the police on me Tudor trespassing when I. Paid. For a whole week then stole deposit me and my 3 year old but please make sure to check out on time

My first impression was mmmmm not bad.!, but as my experience accelerated forward the worst it got. I was played in a room with a non working toilet that overflowed. It was the changing of the guards (shift change) I informed front desk associate and requested a plunger. The associate replied that there wasn't a plunger available and best she could do is have maintenance personnel check it in the morning.. The next morning I got a plunger from the morning staff.. The plunger was located in the office closet. I was not offered an apology or amendment .

First time in Mobile Alabama and needed a place to stay. Was kinds scared at first because I couldn't check in til 2pm but had been on the road since 4am to get here. Upon waiting an hour or so I came back around 1130ish and the nice lady upfront was able to get me in thank God. Overall a satisfied stay.Rooms: Clean, well kept, heard good reviews from the locals.Safety: I'm not much of a late night guy but I assume safe because at 6am there was a guard down stairs so.

When we arrived the carpet was filthy, but you could tell they had tried to give it a quick clean before we got there to check in. The place didn't seem safe; something was going on in the parking lot our first night and we would have left if we had the extra money for a better motel. They refused to refund. We were there one week, which I reported several maintenance issues, TV not working, toilet loose, and door wouldn't shut unless you slammed it. Not one of these things were fixed or even looked at. Roaches! Do yourself a big favor and, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!Rooms: Nasty not clean or maintained. The entire time we were there a week we never got maid service. We had to go ask for clean linens and most of the time washed them ourselves.Safety: Not in a safe place. Hooters right in the parking lot, a lot of noise.Walkability: I would not leave my room at night. Not safe

The most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Room smelled of vomit and mold. Zero clean towels, but had 3 dirty ones in the bathroom along with half a bottle of complimentary shampoo. Every corner of the room and bathroom had a pile of dirt, hair and debris sitting in it. (So does the atrium.)The beds were clean but there were cigarette burn holes in the sheets. I booked for 3 nights online. I was too tired to get a new room the first night. I was awakened by staff at midnight slamming the door to the room next door FOR 30 MINUTES. Her excuse was the door wouldn’t close and she didn’t want homeless people to come in to the room. I complained the next morning and was given “clean” towels that turned out to be bath mats. They had never seen a drop of bleach in their existence. I ended up using my dirty shirt to dry off. I was told the room would be “taken care of”. I went about my day and came back the 2nd night at 10pm. The dirty towels had been removed. The floors were not vacuumed and the room still smelled. Still no clean towels. Even though I booked for 3 nights, I’m checking out a day early. Corporate has been notified. The low rate is not worth what you get at this property. Do not stay here. Several Women/men of the night as well as unhoused people roam the property day and night.Rooms: Nasty.Safety: Constable with flashlight shining into rooms made roundsFood & drinks: Continental breakfast consists of coffee, white bread, Activia yogurt and stale mini muffins. There was sweetened cereal but no milk.Noteworthy details: Not worthy of the Wyndham name

The room had clean sheets it looked like the surfaces had been wipes but it had definitely not been vacuumed. I didn't need to shower just somewhere clean to lay down. I feel like for the price it was a good stay. I saw no sign of bed bugs or roaches it could have been cleaner but it was a cheap hotel. I was very disappointed by the breakfast options or was milk and yogurt that had been sitting out and was no longer cold. A few slices of white bread a couple packets of oatmeal they want to eat anything do you have to go somewhere to do that

DON'T STAY HERE!!! First the door was sticking to get in. Had to shoulder check it after using the key. Then the black mold on the ceiling and lamp shade. The sheets of our non-smoking rooms had burn holes and various bodily fluid stains. Bed sheets were moist as well as the pillows when we got to the room at 2 am. The refrigerator was rusting out. The bathroom was a disaster with missing tiles and no toilet paper holder and the whole room had a smell. The breakfast was non existing for the continental that was promised. Oh and after paying for the room with a card they also asked for a $100 deposit. Again save your self and do not stay here.

Stayed 4 days. No maid service, supposed to be clean sheets on the 3rd day. No cleaning, no trash carried away, had to ask for a clean towel but only after she got a dirty 1 in exchange. No working pool, no workout room. Elevator feels like the heater is running all the time. Only 1 ice machine ( good luck). With all the competition in the immediate area, one might think it would be better. Very disappointed!Safety: At least they have on premises security. The area isn't that bad.

The staff are amazing and very helpful. The cleaning ladies do an awesome job keeping the rooms clean and ready. In all fairness I would recommend to everyone I know. We travel quite a bit and stay at various hotel/motels. This has to be one of the worst places we stayed at. We booked with Expedia for a king size no smoking. Upon arrival we asked for a ground level and was assigned a room and this is all they had available.The room was putrid smelling, lampas were rusted, missing lightbulbs, smoke detector had a plastic bag wrapped around it, dresser draw didn't have a bottom, dirty bed sheets, mattress was sagged in the middle, bathroom door hit the toilet seat, no refrigerator or microwave. Just look at the photos.We arrived late and told the front desk in the morning when checking out. He said they are having housekeeping issues. Sounds like a management issue. I played phone tag with Rupal Monday and contacted Corporate for a resolution. Enter at your own risk!The 2 photos of the cleaner rooms were for comparison purposes only and was not our room!Rooms: Disgusting dirty bed, carpet, walls and bathSafety: UNSAFE🔥Open light sockets. This is the worst I have ever been treated. Front desk staff is rude, manager is rude (she called the police on my family today, and made my 7 month old cry!) When we arrived, we had no other choice but to stay here and I wish we never did, the room was gross when we checked in, all of our “clean” towels had blood on them, the bed I slept in had blood stains all the way down to the mattress, we had no phone, no microwave, our room smelt like mold. On their website it said pet friendly, and supposedly they are not which is why my family, including two children under 3 are being kicked out. Do not stay here!! I mean unless you like crack heads, a constant smell of weed, and rude staff.

The price here is great!This is definitely the place I'd rather stay at than anywhere else! The lady at the front desk ( Lindsey) is AMAZING and helped out the best she could, everytime we came here!!! Beds are comfy, rooms are clean, never had a problem!! Would definitely recommend!

This place should be shut down. It was beyond disgusting. Firstly, it looked as though our room was under construction. The window and door were taped over as if they planned on painting, but the carpet was stained with paint as if they already had. The privacy lock was broken in half, which was concerning because there were vagrants and other sketchy looking people hanging around the building. The sofa had a huge stain on it, the room was dirty and obviously hadn't been vacuumed. I thought that surely we had been issued this room by mistake, and called down to the front desk to request a new one. The next room was worse than the last. The refrigerator had old food stuck onto the freezer that wasn't even frozen, the furniture looked like it had been picked up off the side of the road, the curtains were hanging off of the road, the air conditioner was disassembled, the vanity light didn't work, there was a boot print on the inside of the door, and there was a chair and wall spotted in what looked like old blood. Needless to say, I immediately went to the front desk for a refund, and even though it was a non refundable stay, the man at the front desk gave no argument and issued the refund. He knew exactly what he had tried to pass off as a room. I just can't believe this establishment has the nerve to call themselves a hotel. It was more like a drug house than a Days Inn. These rooms were by far the worst hotel/motel rooms I have ever stepped foot in. I can only recommend that this place be burned to the ground.

This place has Black Mold, which is a health code violation.Because it was $61 a night, the secretary's thought it was a great location. Hot water is the only plus. For $8 more, you could have gotten a Super 8 with a 3 star review that didn't have roaches, fleas, nats, busted walls, sinking in shower ceiling, or water damaged fixtures The pool is greety and nasty. DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION!It should be a 1 star motel, I have no idea how it's a 2.5 star at all. I left a few pictures out, but trust me, this is a no-fly zone for me ever again.

Rooms were disgusting. One of my rooms had a broken headboard and the mirror fell off the wall. Carpets were absolutely disgusting in both rooms. The other room had the inside of a cigarette all over the toilet seat and trash behind the toilet. Also one of the beds was not turned over and the sheets were dirty. Front desk was slow but he was nice. Continental breakfast was okay. Just wish the waffle maker was working but not a big deal. Would not stay again.

This was the worst hotel we have stayed at on our trip. Was first given keys to a room with someone already in it, then given a different room key that didn't even have a door knob. Third time finally got a room. Smell was bad. Losts of damage to room, clothes rack falling off the wall, coffee cups were unwrapped yet the little thing you put the coffee filter in was wrapped. Mold on the carpet, multiple stains on carpet and blankets. Safety lock was busted off. Black mold around tub, paint peeling of the seat of the toilet. Busted ac covers on outside of rooms. TV didn't work. One towel, one washcloth. Phone not plugged in clock didn't work. Mold in the fridge, holes in roof. Missing paint on one wall, very strange stains on the wall as well. Trash all over parking lot. No trash cans in room. Night attendant was very rude. Lots of homeless people hanging around rooms. This days inn gives the other a bad name.

Place is just run down an definitely not worth the price..It stunk of mildew and the bed had a huge dip so definitely didn't sleep good. Shower was nasty looking,and toilet wasn't bolted down. Holes in the bathroom door and wall,and 2 out of the 4 lights didn't have bulbs. Definitely not staying again.Rooms: Just nastyNoteworthy details: Find another hotel don't waste your money here

Location and hot showers. The only good things! We had security down two doors from us & Mobile police on our second night. After getting five bad rooms we finally got a semi decent one! We got a king room but the mattress had a sinkhole in the middle so we had to sleep on it sideways! Never ever stay at the Days Inn in Mobile AL! THERE was a dead bird on the sidewalk, and it smelled in rooms. The floor had towels from a/c leaking and some rooms had paper over the windows.
