I enjoy shopping here because I like that they have international products and a good garden section. It's enjoyable to browse the store for a little retail therapy.What surprised me was their policy to have you pay for a paper bag and the little space they had at the checkout stand. It's good that they don't use plastic bags but they shouldn't charge for bags.

I visited this location about 7:30 pm on Sunday. There were few customers so parked near stores entrance. Noted they were open late. Store was organized. Better than most of the Big Lots I've been in. Young lady who was at the register did a great presentation of the stores reward card program and signed me up. Aisles were clean and free of merchandise. Found a pack of 10 DVDs for $5. Identical brand and item at competitor was almost twice the price! Look forward to returning. Big Lots has limited merchandise to choose from but if they have something you're looking for, you're likely to save $$$.

I used to love this place. But the prices have gotten too high and the store is always a big mess. It's turning into a junk store.On a brighter note, the staff is friendly.

Although there were plenty of decent deals around, one pricing issue I did not care for was in women's summer clearance clothing. While signage "up to 50% off, there were items 50% off plus a dollar i.e. 13.99 item should be 6.99, they would have it at 7.99.None of the men's clothing items were marked like this and I looked thoroughly. So, women who make less, buy items at a higher cost even when they are on sale.Manager says, "I don't set the prices and the sign says UP TO 60 % off. He's technically not wrong. Did you know a woman owns Big Lots? She knows better.

I was surprised when I got to the register with a four pack box of Big Lot's kleenex to find that they cost more than the same amount of Puffs kleenex. I thought Big Lot's brand would be cheaper. The guy at the register was really up beat and friendly.

Found out today active duty and veterans get 10% off EVERY DAY!!!Needed a new mattress - got a nice one, good price. I've always loved the interesting snack foods available at Big Lots. The young man who helped me in the furniture department went out of his way to help us. The rest of the staff was helpful and nice.Masking and social distancing procedures were in place and being followed.

This store should be avoided at all cost. Went to buy a recliner and was told one was to be recalled due to frame problems. My second choice was not in stock, but they would not sell me the floor display. No reason for that one. Never again!

Yesterday was my second time visiting this location and I had the BEST EXPERIENCE both times. The store is very clean and clutter free and the staff is extremely awesome. I highly recommend this store to everyone. Great customer service!!!!

They have a little bit of EVERYTHING in there. Don't expect a large selection of clothing or automotive items, though. Most items have great prices and I've never had an issue with anything bought there. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Furniture prices seem a little high, but that's on brand new items. Do check them out before you go to Walmart, though. They just might have what you need and usually for a better price.

Tillmans corner Big Lots customer service outweighs the condition of the store, especially from gentleman manager. Extremely patient and kind. Never seen anything like these floors. Had moved a lot of shelves around and not yet cleaned the brown scum under where the shelves used to be. Cashier was extra helpful. Tiny store with furniture but worth it bc people have good morale.

The staff at this location is friendly. I was looking to find The Mentalist Season 7 on DVD. I was able to find Seasons 5 & 6 at the Airport Blvd location. The selection of DVDs isn't as diverse as it used to be. I like the reasonable prices, but wish there was a better selection.

Did you know that Big Lots used to be part of The DeLorean Motor Company? Yup, that’s right - they were! Just as a partial owner of the car company while their main focus was on their principal business model - which is store close outs! Originally - Big Lots was called “Consolidated Stores” and later “Odd Lots” before they settled down with “Big Lots.” If you ask me - I think they missed a golden opportunity to be called “The Marty McFly Market!” Which of course later could be shortened down to just the Fly Market which could then be a competitor to Flea Markets.

I purchase items online and then pick them up in the store closest to me that has the item that I wanted. I must say that this store gave me the hardest time about picking up my online purchases than any other Big Lots and the manager, Marcus, has this " I don't really care" attitude and doesn't even try to resolve the problem. I'll never use this store as an online pickup location ever again

They have a nice store. Kept clean and organized. I enjoy this store it has items not at the other ones. I’ve learned that not all big lots are the same over ther years. Like last year after Halloween I wanted an item for my decorations this year. I found it still at this location and got it. They had a dragon Skelton rather large. They went out of their way to help me get it secure to a friends care. It was a small sports cat so it had to be secured to the rail on the trunk. They gave us rope and helped us secure it. I’ve also found that all the big lots around they propel who work there are very friendly this one 8s not an exception. Go there you’ll be surprised what you can find like the others they have decorations for most holidays and year round deals
