We are in the Mobile area on an RV trip. We needed to give our dog Ernie a bath and found B&B Pet Shop on Google. After calling first and getting information we visited the store today. The moment we walked in the store we were welcomed and assisted with the self-washing area. The washing stations were set up well and clean. The cost was very reasonable. If we stay in the area and need to give Ernie another bath, we will go back.Although we didn't browse through the rest of the store it certainly had a great selection of dog supplies.

So I bought my guinea pig a water bottle from this place. When I got home it was defective and when I bought it the employee said it was the best kind made. So today I brought it back which would have been 6 days for an even exchange and the manager told me no. He said he couldn’t get credit for it. So now they lost a customer for $19.00. I will never go back!!!!!

I shop at this store often and love it. However today I took my 5 lb yorkee with me. When I walked outside a man was coming in with his pit bull. This happened outside the glass doors. The pit bull jumped at me trying to get my yorkee. He kept jumping at me and the owner pulled at him and he got off leash. My husband grabbed Abby and we left. The owner of the Pitt bull was able to get his dog. There should be a bann on allowing these dogs in the store, I called and talked to the manager, and he was really not concerned

I recently moved here from New Jersey and I can say I am so pleased with the experience. The staff is absolutely attentive to the customers needs! I was assisted by a young lady today with my purchase with the appropriate size mouse/rat to feed him, in addition to to the type of light which would be good for his tan. She was so excellent she showed me different sizes of mice and rats and made sure I was comfortable with the size before making a decision. Than at checkout I was assisted by a gentleman who gave me A+++++ customer service ! Shoutout to to this shop you truly made my day by giving outstanding service!!!

I am changing my review. The cost of the hobby has sky rocketed. Even freshwater fish are expensive. I always get great service and they have a good selection. The people there are knowledgeable. They have many animals to offer and my granddaughter loves going there be cause she gets to touch and hold different animals. Thanks B&B store for the memories we share going to your store!

Love this store! Locally owned, animals in store are always healthy, associates are helpful and attentive when needed. Bought a huge cat tower and they delivered it same day to my home for no charge. Great sales and deals too ☺️ loved our experience! Our go to place for our lil pets 💖

Me and my mother spent hundreds of dollars at this place on different fish everytime we would get some they would end up dying except the pearl grami fish, well this last experience I bought 3 snails and 1 placaustamus on March 5th for my mom to try again and by March 6th they were all dead except for the grami's ... now my mother and her father owned a tropical fish store way back in the day called loyds tropical fish which they sold fish to the owner of b and b pet store , I went to return these dead fish this last go round bc we were sick of loosing out on money and fish !! They were rude only gave me half price store credit!!!! So I had 20 bucks spent on em and received 8$ store credit , I had reciept and all .... will NEVER go there again

This is a large pet store. Lots of employees to help you with your shopping questions. I go for the fish and they have several hundred different tanks of fish. Lots of saltwater and a very large selection of freshwater fish. I always find what I’m looking for when I go here.

I was impressed by how well stocked they were. I found the perfect 27 gallon cube aquarium with stand combo to do a busy, backwater pond aquascape with the manzanita branches I already had. It’s still a work in progress. But the red cherry shrimp I also purchased are very happy with it. I was impressed by the high color grade of B&B’s cherry shrimp. I went back for a 15 gal tank+stand combo that’ll be the perfect permanent setup for my blue dream cherry shrimp that are surviving in my spare 3 gal quarantine tank right now. Staff were very helpful and prices were reasonable. I’ll definitely go back.

There are so many different animals and you canpet/hold most animals if you ask, and most timesthere are birds out of their cages, I have two cockatielsand I got both here ,everyone there is really polite andhelpful

This is a great pet store! Lots & lots of Freshwater & Saltwater fish & other creatures, birds, reptiles.Plentiful supplies for all of the above as well. We bought some snails & hermit crabs for our new saltwater aquarium as well as some toys for our cat. We enjoyed looking at all the fish & planning which to buy next. Helpful sales staff were abundant. Clean store. Decent pricing as well. We will be back!

As a fish lover and adventurer, I love this place. Their fish are always on point. Very rarely do I get fish that have ich, but sometimes it's difficult to spot as you know. They have an amazing saltwater fish and coral selection. The staff seem to know very well about the animals and fish that their working around. And as far as snakes go, their quick to let you hold them(long as your an adult) and be able to really decide what type of snake that best suites you. I shop this place like a fat kid in the candy shop. I could go here everyday and never get tired of it. Plus they have deals for certain days of the month that other places just can't hang with. Definitely worth checking out.

This is a really nice pet store. My kids enjoyed choosing which pet and cage they wanted. The staff was great. One employee in particular made sure we got everything our hamster needed. She was polite and very informative. Can't wait for our next visit!

My family and I love B&B. The employees are very knowledgeable about the animals and available to assist customers when needed. My 5 yr old daughter and I came in to ask about her possible 1st pet(s) and Pip was the one who helped us. He is very nice and has wonderful customer service skills. I hope to see him again when we are ready for our next visit!!
