A&A is like the businesses of olde you see in only in the old movies. Excellent service and professionalism and they really take care of you. You just don't get that anymore with everyone and their grandma trying to squeeze you for every nickel and dime you have. They treat you so well there it makes me want to spend more money with them. If I can buy anything at this store, I will, because they are that good.

I’m so so happy that I came to A & A for a repair. The owners are so friendly and made the in-store experience enjoyable. the repair was so fast and low priced ! the storefront itself has a nice atmosphere too, with lots of units for sale, 50s music, and a few newspaper clippings that were an interesting read. I appreciate it and will recommend !!

I purchased a Riccar upright from A&A about 10 years ago on their recommendation. Thank goodness I did. It's been a great machine.Just recently, I took it back to be serviced. Knowledgeable, fast and reasonably priced, I feel like I have a brand new machine again. I highly recommend A&A not only for new machines but to make your old machine feel like brand new.Great job guys!

Old school vacuum cleaner store and repair shop. They sell and service canister vacuum units, upright vacuum units and whole house systems. I saw air cleaner units too.These people have a great attitude and will do most anything to look after the customer. I have been a customer since 2017.

Return to the old fashioned days where people know what they're talking about and offer actual customer service. The staff here is super friendly and knowledgeable and offer excellent customer care after purchase. And they will work with you to make sure you get the right vacuum cleaner. Very refreshing in these days of big box stores full of teenagers that have no idea what they're selling.

Our central vacuum system bit the dust, so I took my unit to them. They diagnosed the problem and recommended replacing the unit. I remembered I had a home warranty and was told by my home warranty company that they needed the store to contact them with the diagnosis and send an invoice. If approved I would buy the unit with my money and they would reimburse me. Pretty simple. The store told me that would not be a problem. Two days later they still hadn’t contacted the home warranty company. I contacted them and they abruptly cut me off on the phone call and stated, “I won’t call a home warranty company.” They became rude and short and refused to make a phone call on my behalf. I did get them to send me an invoice, but they didn’t include the needed pricing. When I requested they include that as well I never heard from them again. Found another store in the area (Aerus) and they were quick to help and make the needed call. I ended up paying cash for my unit and am waiting to be reimbursed through my home warranty company. I was disappointed by A&A’s misrepresentation initially, and their short, rude interactions following.

A&A provides outstanding customer service. Every one of the employees with whom I have dealt is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They fixed our 12 year old Riccar vacuum quickly and for a very fair price. It runs like it did when it was new. If you are in the market for a new vacuum, they sell Riccar and I highly recommend that brand. They are built the way things used to be built. They don't fall apart in 2 or 3 years like most of today's vacuums. No matter the brand of vacuum you have, if it needs to be fixed or just needs a tune up I recommend bringing it to these guys.

We have a 15 year old or better Kenmore canister vacuum that we can no longer get parts for. We were having problems with the wand attachment and thought it was headed to the trash. We took it to A&A vacuum repair and within two hours, Paul had it running like new. The cost for repair was more than reasonable and when this one finally gives out, we will be buying our next one from them. Highly recommend this local company

Went to A & A Vacuum to have my handheld Dyson repaired. Unfortunately due to age, cost more to fix then it is worth. Tony did a great job explaining all options. He showed me what he had available (great selection with several top brands) asked questions to understand what was best for us and explained differences in vacuums. Even gave me a full demonstration of each vacuum - no rushing and no high pressure!! Matches popular online shopping pricing!!!! A&A is one of the best repair places I've ever been to! Yes, there is a wait sometimes, but with good reason. Paul and D take the time to show you where they've repaired your vacuum, they also allow you to plug it in and go step-by-step through the modifications they've made. They are the most genuine and thorough household repairmen I've ever met. Also, the price for the repair on my Dyson was so low, I was greatly surprised and before they began the repair, they called to inform me of the price. I would recommend them to anyone needing vacuum maintenance.

This place is the best. I called yesterday about bringing in a vacuum for routine maintenance. Was told he would have time the next day and would have it ready by the end of the day. I actually ended up taking two vacuums in first thing this morning and both were completely ready for pick up in 2 hours! One of the vacuums I had actually purchased there just a year ago. They are very low pressure and very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend.

I have always loved this place and usually get great service. I am very frustrated with trying to reach David, keep getting the run around and won’t return my calls. I will never shop here again. Husband bought a $500 vacuum here for Christmas, I took it back and was urged to give it another try. Now Tony acts like he knows nothing, treats me like I’m crazy, wanted me to buy another for $1500.
