It's really clean and well taken care of. Well stocked and plenty of choices to choose from. Groceries are a little overpriced but a really huge selection. The clothing section has a big variety and even has sports shirts. The Bama shirts could go, but the Auburn shirts are excellent and of good quality. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

One would think when the 2 lanes for self checkout are stacked with 30 customers apiece, and the one register with a cashier is stacked, creating a blockage of the main walkway aisle, they would open the few registers that are cashier related.Nope! I guess this is the result of a conglomerate who obviously doesn't care about its customers, because they have killed all the mom and pop shops. Prices are stupid now because of that. Cut back on Labor, raise prices, make the customer do everything. It's my last resort on anything.

Now I usually don't put reviews out because it really doesn't matter or change much but I really thinking if your working a customer service counter you should act like you want to work and be nice to people now I work in an environment that I deal with the public and you do get people who you just make you want to literally bite your lip to stay positive and professional in the same manner I walked in the store today to return an item that was purchased from Walmart. com the lady who was working the counter was very unprofessional for some reason today if you are working with a customer work with that customer and you don't have to read out Loud Ms. Carrie my order information when and how and date and time and how much paid for it that was very unprofessional if you didn't want to work today stay at home with that nonchalant attitude .

Let me start by saying that we spend over $1500 per month, for groceries etc. at this location. Suddenly they decide that our "self checkout" should be monitored by telling us "how" and "which products" should be scanned first. FIRST OF ALL...I do not recall being employed here, therefore should NOT be told when and how to scan my merchandise! Not to mention the relentless harassment "to look over our receipt "before exiting" the store! Recently we were overcharged by $30 plus...due to the fact that we had scanned a product and then the "associate" came over to approve the "alcohol" and proceeded to scan the product TWICE! WERE WE REIMBURSED.....NO WE WERE NOT!!!! WE WILL DISCONTINUE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AS A WHOLE!!!! WHAT A TRASHY WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!!

It varies a/ each employee. Some never even look at me, much less say thank you. Some smile & are cheery despite having a terribly busy day. I notice many employees on the floor talking together & won't even move to let you get by, or they're doing you a great favor waiting on you. I'd rather go to Aldi or Winn Dixie & I can't wait for Publix to open! Their sales are great! Stores always clean w/ friendly personnel willing to wait on you. After all its our patronage that allows them to collect a paycheck. However, the blame starts at the top, as it should be. You treat your employees w/ respect, & positive affirmation, along w/ decent working conditions & you might find your employees a little more apt to do so for your customers. Look @ Chik FIL E & Publix personnel training & staff retention. Don't blame the economy, it's your greed for money for owners & board members. You need to sacrifice during these hard times too. I don't want anyone to suffer, I just want appreciation for my patronage w/ quality food at reasonable prices. Thank you for allowing me to voice my concerns.While I still have your attention, I am a Walmart plus customer. I pay extra for this service because I'm physically unable to walk around your store anymore & this is a wonderful convenience. I live in section 8 housing, which signifies I am poor. We pay the fee for your service & then ask us to tip too! I can't afford a tip!! Yet, I'm made to feel bad for not tipping on a service I already pay for. Unless I check a box you will automatically charge me for a tip anyway. As I understand it, these deliverers are paid a good salary, so why should I be guilted into giving them a tip. I don't like this a bit! Thank you.

Clean, spacious, well layed out Walmart!Of all the walmarts we've been in across the states, this was probably the easiest to navigate and find exactly what we were looking for.Prices were clearly written by every product we looked out. Everything was well organized in each department. My only complaint was that I didn't have more time to shop around!!!The staff here was extremely kind and courteous!!! We needed assistance and the gentleman was quick and prompt to answer our questions. The check out staff was sooooo nice and engaging.It was so nice to be greated and treated so well. Thank you so much for making this walmart experience a good one.

Takes a long time to get help at checkout, and then they want to see your receipt at the door when you leave. No help when you can't find an item. They stock shelfs and hire as few people as possible and treat every shopper like a criminal. When an item doesn't scan, you have to wait for a worker to come and treat you like you are stealing even when they see it is an error with the system. I stopped shopping at Wal-Mart due to this. Wal-Mart has been going downhill in many ways over the last few years.I would NOT recommend shopping at Walmart.I would give them 0 stars if I could

Just had my headlights restored and they did an amazing job, they look brand new, would highly recommend especially the price being only 30 bucks

You literally have to bag your own groceries and checkYourself out and then they want to say people are stealing at the self checkout but those people don’t work there aren’t employed there . So how are you going to say that people are stealing when they don’t work there they don’t have the experience on checking themselves out or have experience with those machines and what in hell is Walmart paying their employees for sense they aren’t doing their jobs anymore like checking people out. If I wanted to bag my own groceries then I wouldn’t need to go to Walmart. Like come on Walmart that was the most ignorant thing Walmart could’ve done.

Found everything easily, store was organizedand clean, and employees were actually helpful at this one unlike Millbrook. One less star because I still dislike having to check myself out, a cashier or two should be available.

It's a run of the mill walmart. Been to one you've pretty much been to them all. Try not to get run over by the employees running around with huge carts trying to snatch up items for online orders. Update- more employees running around with more carts. Looking extremely annoyed that we are in their way doing in person shopping.

Visit here frequently. I'm always going late at night (9-10pm) and it's a little disappointing. Due to it's proximity to the interstate vs. the other Walmart in our area, they are constantly out of items for which I am looking at those times. The store overall is clean and maintained. They have roving security, which is both comforting and slightly disconcerting at the same time. Suggest that one tries earlier in the day for maximum availability of items. All the employee interactions in which I have been involved are all positive. The employees are helpful. A negative was the complete removal of the cashier and replacement with self check out almost exclusively. (They have 2 cashiers that are almost never open) The reason I consider this a negative is that the average age for the normal customer at the store seems to be a little too aged to use a self check out effectively. Thus, the lines during the day tend to be lengthy.

Walmart is Walmart. Everything you need and no one to check you out. You have to check yourself out and bag your own groceries ( with no discount or reduced prices ). You go, Walmart. Always finding a way to stick it to us.

I really used to like coming to this store but not anymore. Whenever you visit and try to purchase tobacco products you can't. Apparently someone lost the key to the case and they can't open it.. been that way for MONTHS!!! I've noticed the past 3 times I've been in certain items are not being restocked.. so now I go to Prattville or Montgomery...

Has always been a favorite of mine. Many choices. Always willing to help.Only complaint is the self check out. I will NOT use them. I wouldstop in several times a week, but with no registers I only go once a month. They have lost a lot of money considering I aways spent over $100. Most people I have talked feel the same.

People in deli are rude and must hate their job. They do not acknowledge you when you walk up. We have been shorted on our food but charged full price. They act like they are doing us a favor just by waiting on us. We do not plan to go back to this deli

Surprisingly I never had to wonder if I was going to get robbed at this Walmart and I'm sure that has alot to do with location. I've been going to this same one for 2 years and it's been good to me and my family. It's clean, organized, and the staff is helpful.

Everything was very well organized. The displays looked really, really nice.One of the employees was more than willing to help me get something on a shelf that I couldn't reach. Many thanks to the young man on the night stocking shift that helped me get 2 boxes of Cheez-Its down.Not on this visit, but on some other occasions the check out has gotten a bit too intense. I wish it were possible for the front end staffer's to open more registers to eliminate the frustration of standing there. I also feel as though the store should have a full service cashier line open at ALL times. I say this because I've seen elderly or handicapped people who have actually struggled getting their groceries checked. This should not be because they have enough problems to deal with. Some people have certain health issues that tire them out such as COPD which slows the self check out down because they have to catch their breath from time to time. Overall my experience this time went pretty good.PLEASE CONSIDER the the full service line(s) for those who really need them. I'm sure they'll really appreciate it.

This store is severely lacking on multiple counts:1. I bought my daughter Turtle Beach wireless headphones that the employee in electronics promised would work with her Nintendo Switch. They didn’t. No big deal, mistakes happen. The issue was when we tried to return them the very next morning. Customer Service told us “it was too soon to return them”??? Called the 800 # who in turn called the store. A supervisor told them “No, we will not refund it!” We’re stuck with $200 headphones that aren’t usable.2. Their delivery service. They constantly get something wrong going on my orders, they do not get your order to you on time, even if you pay the $10 express. I placed an order for a 2 pm delivery. I’d not gotten it the next day by 4 pm. Called the delivery line & was told they cancelled my order because an employee walked out. Was never refunded that money until I again had to call the 800#. Was told there were numerous complaints about that store. I now order from the Prattville store and haven’t had the first issue.3. Finally, the loss prevention officer, Tawana Reeves took out a sworn warrant for shoplifting on someone I knew. When the MPD officer called me (who is a personal friend) to ask where he could find said person to arrest them, I informed him that they were out of state. There’s no way they could have done this. When he went to Walmart to watch their video, he called me back to inform me that there’s no way. The shoplifter looked nothing like the person I knew. Tawana’s comment to the officer was “Oops”. Oops? You almost had an innocent person arrested!!! Officer also told me this isn’t the first time she’s done that. Then as he was on the phone with me, she called the PD to tell them the person on video was back in the store right then. For their sake, I hope they weren’t innocent to. I wouldn’t/won’t step foot in that Walmart. You may be accused of a crime you weren’t even in the state to commit.
