Many many months later and Walt is still THE man. I went in yesterday very emotional ( lost my husband and it was a bad day), he was so kind, looked at me and sweetly said “just breathe”. Of course he then hooked me up with the best juices in the country! Thank you Walt, for everything you do!My “go to” Vape store from this day forward.!!! I’m new at vaping and decided to try buying one I could refill instead of disposables. I’m not sure what my issue was as I was very ignorant to the whole concept. So, instead of returning to the same store where the people working there couldn’t answer ONE single question, I found Vape Factor. Within 5 minutes (if that) my questions were answered and my problems solved. The gentleman mixed me up a juice that he thought would fix my unhappiness and I will be damned!!! It was exactly what I needed and was missing. Even with the gift of his full attention, he mixed me a bottle and handed it to me “on the house”! I’m continuing now, to share on my Facebook for anyone looking for a topnotch Vape Store with employees that actually know their trade. The owner is very polite and takes time with us newbies to explain things (unlike some of the other places I've visited in the River Region & treated like I'm the idiot) .... HIGHLY recommend Vape Factor for ALL vaping needs, both long-term & disposable, with both great customer service & a very large variety of flavors, and other products!!!

Went in there to resupply vape juice, and they offered me house blends. I usually don't do house blends because they always suck but these guy know what their doing. Got two house blends that were really good. Perfect balance of nic and juice. Also great customer service.

Walt hooked me up with a Geekvape AEGIS and Zeus tank. It is beautiful, chucks clouds like crazy, and is built like a tank. Customer service couldn’t be better. Just tell Walt what you like, and he’ll set you up! 10/10. I don’t need another supplier. Fantastic!

Wasn't very friendly on the day my son and I were there not to mention I lost a whole bottle of juice because the top popped off so easy. Never had that happen with other bottles. The products are good but the packaging isn't. Flavors are good.

ABSOLUTELY the BEST Vape (&more) shop in the area.... Their vape juice is fresh& tastes Wayyyyy better than any other places I've tried in the 7 years I've been vaping! If you're wanting to create your own flavor of juice, they can do it!Also, they now have the Kang vapes, and are in the price range as most others; however, you DON'T have to worry if these are real or not... They're genuine!

Worst vape shop Ive ever been in. Wasted my time and my money. Totally unprofessional, zero knowledge of simple coil resistance and basic product knowledge. They replaced my coil with one that was incompatible and sold me a disposable "back up" tank for my new battery that again, was incompatible, rendering each item purchased - useless. Went back the next day and instead of making any attempt at troubleshooting the problem they both (man and woman) came from the back of the store looking stoned, uninterested. They just stared atme and made zero effort to do anything at all. The girl just shrugged her shoulders. I went to Southern Vape today...he simply read the coil resistance as being insufficient for the geekvape battery I had. He fixed me up in under 30 seconds and i bought a pack of the correct coils for $20., aThe folks at this store appeared to have just awakened. Maybe the live there? I dont know how they pay the rent. Must be the fish they sell bc it certainly isn't their product knowledge. As you can tell, I m still feeling robbed, they just took my $20 and gave me a too bad so sad attitude. I will never go there again, yall keep that $20, you're going to need it worse than me, with those "skills".

Love the location. Easy to get in and out with plenty of parking. The staff is friendly! The flavors are what I really like. Most places have the same stuff just named something else but Vape Factor has new , exciting flavors.

The guys in there are very knowledgeable about the vape products and have more flavors than any place I've ever been in . Hands down best place to go for vape products in Alabama. They have the biggest selection of top quality juice compared to anywhere I have ever seen .
