I go to Taco Bell several times a week because it’s the only fast food option that serves lunch as soon as it opens. This location doesn’t offer lunch until 1030, and by then, I have more and better options. Unfortunately didn’t and probably never will get to taste this locations food.

It’s a good Taco Bell for the most part. Sometimes service can be hit or miss. Examples, asking you to pull up when no one else is even in the line…ordering online 20 minutes before you get there and then having to wait another 15 minutes to get your order…I witnessed a employee cussing out another employee and walking out while a manager did nothing to correct or apologize to customers that heard him.Vegetarian options: Not muchParking: Not abundant, but enough to where on a normal day you shouldn’t have a problem finding a spot.Kid-friendliness: No playground or anything like that, but food is fun for the kidsWheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair parking and accessibility

I forgot to order a burrito, so when I got to the window I asked the girl to add a burrito to my order and she insisted I pull back through the drive through to place a new order for that burrito. I’m not mad at her, I don’t think, but I think it’s dumb I had to do that just to add a simple burrito to my order. They weren’t even busy. And I feel I was only told to do that so she wouldn’t have to fulfill the order. I’m not sure on the whole ordeal, but I’m not happy about it.

Had it door Dasher so now I cant even get my order remade! I paid for chicken and steak to get put on some of my things and they did not do it. All my extra toppings costed me an extra $8! This is ridiculous!! Get your stuff together taco bell Everytime I order from Millbrook taco bell y'all always mess up my order!

Me and my family ordered online get home and the whole order is wrong this place is pathetic you try calling and tell them they don't answer the phone. Before Taco bell came to Millbrook we couldn't wait for them to come now after going here more than 4 times we can't wait until they shutdown. Quality of the food is nasty 🤢 it's not worth the money I would recommend to anyone go eat somewhere else because this place has gone down hill bad.

This place has NEVER gotten my order right! Every time I’ve gone there’s new people working. Tonight Sam wanted to talk smack behind the line making my taco he sworn I got an attitude but really he was mad because he can’t ring up the right order. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS TACO BELL EVER!!!! Worse costume service and the fact a coworker wanted to talk to me crazy blows my mind! The young lady beside him tapping him on the hand telling him to stop was wonderful!

I try to give a business more opportunities for a better experience versus going off of just one bad experience with one associate who could just be having a rough day. I visited this location at least 10 times since it first open and not once have I ever had anything close to even an acceptable experience with their associates, the accuracy of the orders is always off as well as the quality of the food is subpar. I do not recommend using this location for any reason at all you; if you live in Millbrook just take the extra few minutes to drive into Prattville to ensure your order is correct and the food is at least decent and meets your expectations. Going to this location in Millbrook you’re simply throwing your money away and you’re only going to leave aggravated due to every employee clearly lacking the basic skills necessary to interact with other human beings - we all have bad days but when it consistently happens over a span of many months, there’s definitely an issue with the upper leadership of the location - especially since every single employee immediately makes the customer feel as though they are bothering them by coming to their place of work.

Ordered 2 spicy potato tacos. They gave me 2 tortillas with sauce, lettuce & cheese but no potatoes. Waited 15 minutes for them to remake it while they were not busy at all. Not to mention every time I come to this location to pick up doordash orders, workers have attitudes and are playing around instead of working. Unprofessional. I’m still here waiting 😊

I went there last night and I ordered two deluxe craving boxes 4 Doritos locos tacos no cheese and four nacho fries ,they handed all four of the tacos to me with cheese when I asked for it to be remade she rolled her eyes at me and then they proceeded to provide me with 4more tacos with meat and cheese again! They forgot my steak chalupa and my chips and cheese I was treated poorly and honked at by the traffic behind me. I worked all day to pay for this meal because I DoorDash. I am a single mom of 3 and I made 50$ bucks and Taco Bell took 30$ of it last night for horrible service. Thank you taco hell! I’m honestly shocked they gave the fries out to me when they were half full when I tried to complain about it she slammed the drive thru window in my face. I was so mad I was in tears when I left. The Thursday night crew should be ashamed of themselves.

This is a relatively new Taco Bell, so they may still be working out the kinks in their process. I went through the drive-thru at about 10 p.m. The line moved kind of slowly. When I got the food home I noticed it looked like they had set the bag down in some liquid because it was dripping. Then I pulled out my Crunchwrap Supreme, which was put together rather sloppily (see attached photo). I ended up having to eat it with a knife and fork. The taste of it wasn't great, but my taco and burrito were quite good. One plus about this Taco Bell trip is that they got the order exactly right, were very polite, and spoke very clearly, which is why they're getting 3 stars instead of 2. I'll wait a while and then probably give this location a second chance.

We came to this restaurant on 12/10/23 @ 3:30 pm at the drive thru and we had someone named Chelsey M wait on us. She was very rude and gave us an attitude. And fine enough asked us to pull up and park in front to keep the short line moving. But didn't ensure any napkins were packed in the bag and didn't ask if we wanted any hot sauces. Further we had a chicken quesadilla that was not cut and had mostly bread. This restaurant was not busy so no reason for them to rush or forget anything. I feel the staff needs to be retrained on customer service and proper business etiquette or don't expect this location to become a staple but rather a wasted pipedream.

Paid for extra beef on two items. Both had less than normal. When I pointed it she said she did put extra beef. I watched her make them. So bad service bad food, kieing employees plus it took 15 minutes to this bad order. Both in party left hungry after a $23.00 meal. Putiful.Won't be back. I can forgives mistakes, not blatant disrespect for customers.

The food was horrible. I was the only person in the store at the time. I ordered 4 hard taco supremes. I did the 10 min drive home. Open them, and they were soggy and stuck to the paper. Every time I go here, I expect a different outcome, and I am always disappointed.I will not be back this time

I went on Tuesday and waited 30 minutes. They apologized and gave me 2 coupons. I ordered 20 minutes away thinking surely my order would be ready on Wednesday and waited over 20 minutes. They hadn't even started on my order. I will gladly drive to Prattville or Montgomery if I want Taco Bell from now on. Their food quality is good, but the service speed and service quality is horrible.In response to the owner, I won't go back as long as there are close by Taco Bells like the one in Prattville. I appreciate you asking questions, but you have a personnel proem that has to be resolved before i would even consider going back. Taco Bell is considered fast food, but you will sometimes wait almost an hour to get your orders here. I don't want couppns and apologies. I want a change of your personnel with actual leadership.

Although I have had several poor experiences with this location in the past with having missing items or oorly made burritos and tacos, I decided to try again to see if the food/service had improved. I placed a mobile order as I was about 5 minutes away from the store. I assume there was a change in staff but I was very impressed my food was phenomenal and exactly as I ordered. Saturday night being a busy time I didn't expect it to be as perfectly made as it ended up being. I'm glad taco bell is back on my list.

Monday & today I ordered 8 of the rolled chicken tacos. Both times I spend over $12 on this order. Monday I only received 6 of them & my fiancé just went and picked up todays order. I only received 4 out of 8 that I ordered. I’m livid & will NEVER online order or drive thru order from this location again. I will NEVER trust this location to make my food properly or the amount of food properly again. I will only inside order & will be checking my order in front of a staff member before leaving !

me and the wife went in for some lunch Big MIstake a guy came from outside to tell us somebody take our order soon then he returned back outside to talk on his cell phone meanwhile we stood there over 15 min while the other lady just walked by us and said nothing i ask her finally hey mam is someone gonna take our order she said they were busy in back doing somthing and she didnt have a register key to order and got real nasty with me and the wife have never seen a taco bell this awefull in my life we left went to pville location and was greeted with a smile and had our food in minutes THE MANAGEMENT HERE IS HORRIFIC will never return here
