Had a great shopping experience at Never Pay Retail. There is a lot to choose from and the prices are much better than retail. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They are also very committed to ensuring you pay a fair price. It was so worth the drive to Millbrook, Al. I will be returning again.

My husband and I stopped in this week just to browse. Less than 2 minutes past the door my husband couldn't walk away from the Greenworks pressure washer. He's been looking for one the last few months but struggled to justify spending the four to five hundred some of the stores were asking for the pressure level he needed.There were two prices listed on the box so we checked with one of the store associates, a nice gentleman and after some discussion we ended up being offered $20 less than the lowest price listed on the box if we took it that day...which we did! My husband loved that he had the opportunity to discuss price and pay what he felt comfortable paying rather than walking out feeling somewhat robbed for something he really wanted. Overall, great experience! Never know what you might find.My husband opened up the pressure washer today and it worked great. He's already washed off the side of the house, the shed and his car. He seems happy with how well it works and the purchase overall.Thank yall for everything!

UPDATE: There's 2 store fronts now, with even more stuff!!! GREAT pricesGreat little shop, just watch some of the prices... Usually they're pretty good but some items are the same price at regular stores or online & are actual new and not been returned! Several items definitely aren't half priced like prices of these type of items should be... But store is pretty cool& has a large variety of things from baby items, kitchen appliances, bedding, house repair, furniture, holiday items... LITERALLY a little bit of everything!!!

This is a quaint little flea market. It has a lot of nice little things in it. The sweet little lady I have circled, mark s her items very affordable. The ring, I just liked it! Even though I didn't buy it I just wanted to show you the different kind of things that they had I will definitely go again 🤗

Great store I bought a char broil Medallion stove top for the out door modular kitchen series that retails over $1200 plus freight cost for $499.00 works great and saved hundreds of dollars definitely a great experience and was a adventure getting it back home 189 miles away definitely best adventure ever lol

They have signs everywhere saying 50 off everything under 100 so I found a wagon I wanted and when asked about it I was then told it was Halloween only yet THATS NOT WHAT THE SIGNS SAys anything they can do to cheat a customer I have proof of the signs

Store neatly arranged most items seemed damaged in one way or another possible returns from Lowes,Walmart or Big lots and they are selling here..check it out really well before purchasing you do however have 30 days to return or exchange

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The new store in prattville especially. Their sign and name clearly says never pay retail. I went in to purchase an item that they had and they want to charge me, what it sells for brand new with no problems off of the manufacturers website. Retail is actually below that. And they say that you get it for 40% off. Then they proceeded to tell me that they are going off of ebay pricing. Last I checked, ebay isn't retail. Seems like they are running a scam. Buyers beware.

This is my favorite store for my kids and I to get lost in. They have a constantly rotating stock with lots of treasures — electronics, toys, tools, appliances... pretty much everything you get at Walmart but for much cheaper prices. Great staff and when we come in they recognize us and say hello to my kids by name, so it feels like we aren’t just a faceless customer. Love this place!

It seems the bigger ticket items have the better deals. So definitely looking to purchase my next kitchen appliance through them. And soon...

Never Pay Retail has a little bit of everything. They have great deals and have great customer service. All their employees were very helpful. I had no problems finding someone to help me with an it conditioner. They even loaded it in my car.They have a 14 day return policy for defective merchandise with receipt. I found a GE Smart 8,000 BTU A/C for $250! I got it home to find it had been damaged. I had absolutely no trouble returning it. The lady was so nice about it. They even let me upgrade to a GE Smart 12,000 BTU for $20! I am beyond happy. The new a/c is perfect and we are enjoying the cool air.Check this place out. They have a ton of stuff for really great prices. They advertise often on their Facebook page if you want to see what they have before you go.

I went for the first time today and was very impressed with how much inventory they had. I was able to find a hot item toy for $20 under retail price! There were numerous employees working on the floor and each one of them that I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. I guarantee if you walk into this store you are definitely going to come out with something!

I’ve had great experiences with Never Pay Retail— I got two air conditioners and a trampoline and a piano keyboard from here, as well as a lot of smaller minor stuff. Prices are unbeatable, and the one item I bought that was broken Was replaced without a hassle. Good company run by a manager named Scott who cares about his customers. Definitely recommend

Very cool selection of products, but massively overpriced. They get al their inventory from returns and open box from Amazon, so most things are defective or damaged. But they try to ask near regular price. Which is insane. Their price point should be no more than 35% of regular price. Why would anyone pay almost regular price when they can just go to Walmart and buy it new. Hopefully, they will come to their senses on the prices, so this will be a very cool place to shop. Otherwise, avoid spending your money here. I have bought three different $100+ items and they were ALL damaged and didn't work. I will not be shopping here again until I see their prices come down to a reasonable point. Everything you buy here is a big gamble, so it should be priced accordingly.

This place is GREAT!!! As the name says nothing is anywhere near its retail price!! Everything is a STEAL!! I’ve never heard of a store like this, great prices and they even guarantee their products for 7 days!! The owners and employees are soo nice and are very helpful!! You will be amazed with your visit to this wonderful store and they have so much stuff!! You will find something that you will have TO HAVE and you won’t be sorry with any purchase from NEVER PAY RETAIL AGAIN!!

I have purchased several items for my kids since their opening. Some of the larger items I have bought were a play kitchen, a playhouse, and a 5ft wooden kid kraft dollhouse. All of the items were new in box. I have gotten alot of other smaller toys for the kids always in new or excellent condition. I am very pleased with my purchases as well as the customer service I receive in store. The discounts are absolutely amazing! I would recommend this store to anyone as they have something for everyone at a phenomenal price.
