You should probably change If you're hours on Google if you're going to be closed on Saturdays!! I have to give my dog medicine in order to have her nails done...😠 I go all the way up there you guys are close!! Guess you don't need much business. Now I have another good reason why I will be taking her somewhere else.. You guys can't groom anyway, every time I bring her in,, I have to repeatedly tell you guys how to clip her nails🙄 A quick Bath is not grooming.if want your dog to be properly groomed don't go here.

It is hard to express how amazing it feels to feel comfortable with a safe and welcoming place for our baby boy when we are unable to be with him. My favorite is when the team shares pictures of our baby and his friends on their FB page. Reasonable cost, friendly customer service, and a staff committed to sharing love with fur babies. Our boy, Maverick, is more and more excited to be dropped off every time he visits for daycare.

We brought 3 healthy dogs for a short week of boarding while we were out of town. We picked up two dogs with kennel cough (even though they are vaccinated and they are still suffering over a week after being home), two dogs with diarrhea (took 5 days of serious clean up in otherwise house broken dogs), and one dog with open wounds/sores on her neck (pictured). Will not be returning.

My dogs actually want to come here when I drop them off! That speaks for itself! So far they've kept track of the toys and blankets I've brought too. On the pricey side but you're getting good service.

Great location, friendly staff, and great hours for the working family. I also find it comforting that the vet is only steps away just in case something happens. My fur baby Treasure absolutely loves the doggy daycare here as well. As long as she's happy, I'm happy.

Upon calling and speaking to a young lady who was very nice, she informed me to bring my puppy on. Once I arrived, there was another person at the front desk, and older lady. She was rude and would not even look at me while I was speaking. When O asked the amount to board, both people quoted a price that was totally different and the older lady with the attitude price was actually higher. But first thing in the morning, I WILL get a better understanding.

Staff is friendly and professional and they always remember my pet's name.Always a wonderful experience both with boarding and baths. Bathing my 85lb pup on my own is a struggle, so I'm happy to pay $30 for a professional job done. He also hates being away from us, but I know he's in good hands at Boarding the Ark if we ever need to board him!

This place is great! I have a big dog who is TERRIFIED of getting her nails cut. The girls are always so great with her, and do their best to keep her calm. The staff is so kind, and they do a great job with my pups toes!

We love The Ark and have used their vet services for 20 years or so. We boarded our dog over the Thanksgiving holiday, and like any loving dog owner, worried about how she was doing. I believe the staff took good care of our dog but think they need some work on their customer service skills. We would have loved some reassurance about how our dog would be cared for when we dropped her off. I tried asking the tech questions about whether or not our dog would get played with or let out and the only thing I could get out of the girl was, “She’ll be let out twice a day and will have an inside/outside run.” When we picked our dog up, it would’ve been nice to hear how her week was, if she ate her food, if she had any problems, if she had fun, if she interacted well with the other dogs or techs, etc. Anything! Unfortunately, they just brought her out and charged us for her stay. Again, I’m sure she was well cared for but think it’d be worth their while to give more feedback and reassurance to pet owners who leave their beloved pets there. It would have given my family some peace of mind. Instead, we worried all week about how our dog was doing.

Was highly recommend. My pups records, sent months earlier by email, could not be found. The young woman left in charge could was overwhelmed with customers before closing time.It was later explained to me that the manager, Donna, was off for the weekend. She assured me the young girl left in charge was competent. I didn't feel that way when I arrived to check in my babies. In fact, I left them sobbing. I had tried so hard to plan for everything, being my daughter's wedding weekend. I had traveled 150 miles and had no other options at that point. It added so much stress to the weekend.

The customer service and care they have my my dogs is unsurpassed. They go above and beyond at day care to scocialize then and tell me how they are doing.I recently tried the grooming service, I have a Great Pyrenees mix, so grooming is quit a task.Lisa groomed him exactly how I wanted. I will definitely be back!They are also very reasonably priced

I've had problems with my three dogs hiding when I wanted to do the nails oh boy so I decided to take them to arks boarding to have them done everyone is so polite and very professional I love it doesn't cost an arm and a leg! Even boarding them is very reasonable I'll probably use them when I can travel again. And my dogs nails look great!

We started taking our baby Daisy to Doggy Daycare around April 2020. We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Boarding The Ark. They always greet our baby by name and she is always excited to go in. The pricing is exceptional for the service they provide. We are very particular about our baby and try to provide the best for her and truly believe this is one of the best decisions we have ever made concerning her care. I would highly recommend Boarding the Ark for a quick drop off, weekly day care or boarding for a trip!

Can't go wrong taking your pet here. Employees are amazing, facilities are clean. They really care . Boarded dog aren't just stuck in a kennel. They have play time/socializing with other dogs. Rates are reasonable too.

I was definitely impressed with the job they did. I have a large shorthaired dog who is frightened by water. They were able to bathe him and get him smelling and looking nice for a very reasonable price, and quickly!

Just picked up my dog today from his grooming and he looks great! He’s an Akita/shepherd mix and they did an excellent job de-shedding his fur and giving him a trim. I will definitely recommend them to anyone!

I don’t know what I would do without the girls at the Ark daycare! They truly love animals & are so patient & kind. The price is so low and I don’t have to feel guilty crating my pup while at work. They know all the dogs and owners such a friendly staff. My girl is worn out after daycare and it makes her focused and intent on being a good child, when she comes home.I also appreciate the baths and nail trimmings that get done while she is there. Daycare at the Ark is worth every penny!

Our dog Chopper attends Doggie Day Care. He loves it!! The Employees enjoy jobs! They do a good job with grooming (baths and nail trimmings). We also would board our previous beloved dog Sampson ( who has gone over the Rainbow Bridge) on and off for 13 and 1/2 years. We have used their services Boarding, Daycare, Grooming, and Veterinarian's! Would highly recommend!!!!!!!
